Dynami. i.crease Factor (Di.) due to strai. rate effect was exami.ed wi.h documented experi.ental work done by Razaqpur, et al. i. the experi.ent work, two 1000 × 1000 × 70 mm rei.forced concrete slabs were constructed. The slabs were subjected to blast loads generated by the detonati.n of ei.her 22.4 kg or 33.4 kg of ANFO located at a 3.0 m standoff. Blast wave characteri.ti.s, i.cludi.g i.ci.ent and reflected pressures and reflected i.pulses were measured. The slabs were modeled by expli.i. analysi. wi.h or wi.hout strai. rate effect to study thei. behavi.r under blast load to compare thei. predi.ted and observed behavi.r. The predi.ted post-blast damage and mode of fai.ure for each model i. compared wi.h the observed damage of experi.ental work. i. was concluded that when the dynami. i.crease factor added to concrete and rei.forcement materi.ls due to strai. rate effect, the behavi.r of model under blast load become closer to experi.ental work.

The pri.ary materi.ls of concrete (‘cement’) producti.n emi. a large quanti.y of CO2 i.to the envi.onment. Also, the cost of conventi.nal bui.di.g materi.ls li.e cement gi.es moti.ati.n to fi.d geopolymer waste materi.ls for concrete. To reduce harmful effects on the envi.onment and cost of tradi.i.nal concrete substance, alternati.e waste materi.ls li.e ri.e husk ash (RHA), ground granulated blast-furnace (GGBS), fly ash (FA), and metakaoli. (MK) can be used due to thei. pozzolani. behavi.r. RHA waste materi.l wi.h a hi.h si.i.a concentrati.n obtai.ed from burni.g ri.e husks can possi.ly be used as a supplementary cementi.i.us materi.l (SCM) i. the manufacturi.g of concrete, and i.s strong pozzolani. properti.s can contri.ute to the strength and i.permeabi.i.y of concrete. PCR(rep-PCR).Methods:i. the present study,a total of 211 non-repeti.i.e i.olates of *** were collected from Qazvi. educati.nal hospi.als(2016–2017).The di.k di.fusi.n method was used to i.vesti.ate the anti.i.ti. suscepti.i.i.y of studi.d strai.s,followed by the detecti.n of MBL and OXA-type genes usi.g polymerase chai. reacti.n(PCR)and sequenci.g *** rep-PCR method assessed the clonal relati.nshi. of carbapenem-non-suscepti.le *** ***:The obtai.ed results showed that 87.2%and 86.7%of i.olates were non-suscepti.le to i.i.enem and *** blaOXA-24(93.5%)was the most frequent gene,followed by the blaOXA-23(4.34%),blai.P-1(1.63%),and blaVi.-1(0.54%).Meanwhi.e,blaOXA-58 and blaOXA-143 genes were not found.81.5%and 66.1%of i.olates contai.ed i.Aba1 upstream of the blaOXA-23 and blaOXA-58 genes,***-PCR results revealed the carbapenem non-suscepti.le i.olates belonged to three di.ti.ct clones:A 171(81%),B 34(16.1%),and C 6(2.8%).Conclusi.ns:The results i.di.ated a hi.h prevalence of carbapenem-non-suscepti.le ***,wi.h the emergence of the blaOXA-24 gene as the most common gene and the notable prevalence of MBL *** results revealed the need for appropri.te therapeuti. and i.fecti.n control strategi.s and moni.ori.g suscepti.i.i.y patterns for controlli.g *** i.fecti.ns.
