This experiment aimed to determine how Cd exposure impacts CD4 cell activation,macrophage cells,pinocytosis activity,metallothionine expression,and Cd levels in juvenile Gambusia affinis *** treatment groups were used,with one control and treatments A,B,C,and D at dosages of 0.03 mg/L,0.023 mg/L,0.015 mg/L,and 0.008 mg/L,*** results showed that the number of CD4 with CD8 cell markers differed significantly from each treatment compared to the control(0.33%).The value in A,namely 0.54%,was the highest,followed by B,C,and D of 0.46%,0.44%,and 0.42%,*** number of macrophages increased as the Cd level of the medium increased,as did the activity of ***,the immunofluorescence test on the gills with the Anti-MT Mouse and goat IgG fluoresce in Rhodamine on the gills showed that luminescence increased with increasing Cd levels in the ***,the MT intensity increased at Cd-exposed gills as compared to the *** the Cd level in the gills increased,the MT levels ascended significantly.

Effect of Mechanical Treatment Temperature on Electrical Properties and Crystallite Size of PVDF Film

Fabrication of PVDF films has been making using Hot Roll Press. Preparation of samples carried out for nine different temperatures. This condition is carried out to see the effect of temperature fabrication on electrical properties and crystallite size of PVDF films. The electrical properties like as surface resistivity are discussion focus in this paper. Surface resistivity properties of PVDF can be improved by mechanical treatment on the varying film thickness and the temperature. To obtain the diffraction pattern of sample characterization is performed using X-Ray Diffraction. Crystallite size of PVDF films calculate from broadening pattern of X-Ray Diffraction. Furthermore, from the diffraction pattern calculated β fraction and crystallite size, for calculation to determine the crystallite size of the sample by using the Scherrer equation. Has been obtained an increase piezoelectric properties of PVDF films that characterized by increasing β fraction. Have been obtained β fraction increased from 25.4% up to 44% for temperatures of 130°C up to 170°C, respectively. Resistivity value has been obtained at temperature 130°C up to 170°C, decreased from 1.23 × 104 Wm up to 0.21 × 104 Wm respectively. From the experimental results and the calculation of crystallite sizes obtained for the samples with temperature 130°C up to 170°C respectively are increased from 7.2 nm up to 20.54 nm. These results indicate that mechanical treatment caused increase β fraction and decrease surface resistivity. Increasing temperatures will also increase the size of the crystallite of the sample. This happens because with the increasing temperature causes the higher the degree of crystallization of PVDF film sample is formed, so that the crystallite size also increases.

The oyster mushroom(Pleurotus spp.)is one of the most widely cultivated mushroom species *** present study investigated the effect of synbiotics on the growth and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus *** synbiotics formulations were applied by spraying mushroom samples daily and measuring their growth parameters,yield,biological efficiency,proximate composition,mineral content,total phenolic content(TPC),and diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging *** demonstrated that the most significant yield of oyster mushrooms was harvested from synbiotics sprayed with inulin and Lactobacillus casei(56.92 g).Likewise,the highest biological efficiency obtained with a similar synbiotic was 12.65%.Combining inulin and *** was the most effective method of improving the mushrooms'growth performance and nutrient content in both ***,synbiotics that combined inulin and *** resulted in the highest TPC(20.550 mg gallic acid equivalent(GAE)/g dry extract(DE))in white oyster mushrooms(***).In comparison,in grey mushroom(***)the highest TPC was yielded by ***(1.098 mg GAE/g DE)followed by inulin and ***(1.079 mg GAE/g DE).The DPPH results indicated that the oyster mushroom could be an efficient *** results revealed that applying synbiotics improved the mushrooms'quality by increasing their antioxidant capacity with higher amounts of phenolic compounds and offering better health benefits with the increased levels of mineral ***,these studies demonstrated the potential of using synbiotics as a biofertilizer,which is helpful for mushroom cultivation;therefore,it might solve the challenge of inconsistent quality mushroom growers face.

平菇（Pleurotus spp.）是全球最广泛栽培的蘑菇品种之一。本研究旨在探讨合生元对Pleurotus ostreatus和Pleurotus pulmonarius生长和品质的影响。通过每日对蘑菇样品喷洒不同浓度的合生元，测量其生长参数、产量、生物效率、近似成分、矿物质含量、总酚含量和二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼（DPPH）自由基清除活性。结果表明，使用喷洒菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的合生元，平菇的产量最高（56.92克），生物效率也最高（12.65%）。菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的组合最为高效，可以同时提高两种样品蘑菇的生长性能和营养成分。此外在白平菇（***）中，菊粉和干酪乳杆菌组合的合生元可产生最高的总酚含量（20.550 mg GAE/g DE），而在灰蘑菇（P. pulmonarius）中产生最高总酚含量的是干酪乳杆菌（1.098 mg GAE/g DE），其次是菊粉和干酪乳杆菌（1.079 mg GAE/g DE）。DPPH结果表明，平菇可以作为一种有效的抗氧化剂。综上，合生元可通过增加酚类化合物的含量来提高蘑菇的抗氧化能力，并通过增加矿物质元素的含量来提供更好的健康益处，从而提高了蘑菇的品质。上述研究证明了合生元作为一种生物肥料用于蘑菇栽培的应用潜力，是帮助蘑菇种植者解决质量不稳定的一个有效方案。

The demand for tree height derivation is increasing year by year,especially for large plantation and forest *** conventional method needs a long time to complete tree measurement for large forest area,especially when using a pole,measuring tape,rangefinder,clinometer,and tree *** study aims to evaluate the height of oil palm tree based on crown diameter by using a multi-rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV).Digital Elevation Model(DEM)and orthophoto were generated by using Agisoft software,while oil palm tree crown diameter was delineated by using seed generation with Quantum Geographic Information System(QGIS)and Seeded Region Growing(SRG)segmentation methods in the System for Automated Geoscientific Analysis(SAGA).The study validates the results between the actual tree height and tree height estimated from *** results showed that the orthophoto was successfully generated with a Ground Sampling Distance(GSD)of 2.95 cm and 129 tree crowns were successfully *** accuracy of the tree height as compared to the actual measurement was 57.7 *** conclusion,UAV images are capable of determining the tree height after going through the correct procedure to help foresters in their daily task.

Ethylene Conversion to Higher Hydrocarbon over Copper Loaded BZSM-5 in the Presence of Oxygen

The successful production of higher hydrocarbons from methane depends on the stability or the oxidation rate of the intermediate products. The performances of the BZSM-5 and the modified BZSM-5 catalysts were tested for ethylene conversion into higher hydrocarbons. The catalytic experiments were carried out in a fixed-bed micro reactor at atmospheric pressure. The catalysts were characterized using XRD, NH3-TPD, and IR for their structure and acidity. The result suggests that BZSM-5 is a weak acid. The introduction of copper into BZSM-5 improved the acidity of BZSM-5. The conversion of ethylene toward higher hydrocarbons is dependent on the acidity of the catalyst. Only weaker acid site is required to convert ethylene to higher hydrocarbons. The loading of Cu on BZSM-5 improved the selectivity for higher hydrocarbons especially at low percentage. The reactivity of ethylene is dependent on the amount of acidity as well as the presence of metal on the catalyst surface. Cul%BZSM-5 is capable of converting ethylene to higher hydrocarbons. The balances between the metal and acid sites influence the performance of ethylene conversion and higher hydrocarbon selectivity. Higher loading of Cu leads to the formation of COx.

Intelligently Tuned Wavelet Parameters for GPS/INS Error Estimation

This paper presents a new algorithm for de-noising global positioning system （GPS） and inertial navigation system （INS） data and estimates the INS error using wavelet multi-resolution analysis algorithm （WMRA）-based genetic algorithm （GA） with a well-designed structure appropriate for practical and real time implementations because of its very short training time and elevated accuracy. Different techniques have been implemented to de-noise and estimate the INS and GPS errors. Wavelet de-noising is one of the most exploited techniques that have been recently used to increase the precision and reliability of the integrated GPS/INS navigation system. To ameliorate the WMRA algorithm, GA was exploited to optimize the wavelet parameters so as to determine the best wavelet filter, thresholding selection rule （TSR）, and the optimum level of decomposition （LOD）. This results in increasing the robustness of the WMRA algorithm to estimate the INS error. The proposed intelligent technique has overcome the drawbacks of the tedious selection for WMRA algorithm parameters. Finally, the proposed method improved the stability and reliability of the estimated INS error using real field test data.

Amorphous particle deposition and product quality under different conditions in a spray dryer

Deposition of amorphous particles, as a prevalent problem particularly in the spray drying of fruit and vegetable juices, is due to low-molecular-weight sugars and is strongly dependent on the condition of the particles upon collision with the dryer wall. This paper investigates the condition of the amorphous particles impacting the wall at different drying conditions with the aim of elucidating the deposition mechanism and physical phenomena in the drying chamber. A model sucrose-maltodextrin solution was used to represent the low-molecular-weight sugar. Particle deposits were collected on sampling plates placed inside the dryer for analyses of moisture content, particle rigidity (using SEM) and size distribution. Moisture content was adopted as a general indicator of stickiness. Product particles collected at the bottom of the experimental dryer were found to have higher moisture than particle deposits on samplers inside the dryer. Moisture content profile in the dryer shows that apart from the atomizer region, where particles are relatively wet, particle deposits at other regions exhibit similar lower moisture content. At the highest temperature adopted in the experiments, particles became rubbery suggesting liquid-bridge formation as the dominant deposition mechanism. Further analysis on particles size distribution reveals a particle segregation mechanism whereby smaller particles follow preferentially to the central air stream while larger particles tend to re-circulate in the chamber, as predicted in past CFD simulation. The findings from this work will form the basis and provide validating data for further modeling of wall deposition of amorphous particles in spray drying using CFD.

The coexistence of numerous species within a community results from how those species use available *** are one of the major groups of Malaysian insectivorous birds,which frequently forage in dense vegetation cover and have a high level of ***,examining the diet,prey selection,and niche segregation of babblers can be *** this study,we used high-throughput sequencing to investigate potential dietary overlap or segregation among 10 babbler species of the 4 genera of the family Pellorneidae and Timaliidae:Pellorneum,Malacopteron,Stachyris,and Cyanoderma in central peninsular *** tested the hypothesis that trophically similar species may differ in resource use to avoid competitive *** identified 81 distinct arthropod taxa from fecal samples,belonging to 71 families representing 13 orders,which were predominantly from 16 dipteran,13 lepidopteran,and 10 coleopteran *** all the prey taxa consumed,45%were found to be distinct across the 10 babbler species,and<35%were shared simultaneously by≥3 babbler species,indicating minimal dietary *** black-throated babbler Stachyris nigricollis and moustached babbler Malacopteron magnirostre had the most generalist tendencies because they consumed a greater variety of prey *** dietary overlap values(Ojk)and a relatively wide range of food resources suggest that dietary segregation occurred among the studied *** great diversity of prey consumed revealed the presence of dietary flexibility among the sympatric insectivorous birds,thus reducing any active dietary competition and facilitating the coexistence through niche partitioning.
