Cultivated peanut is grown worldwide as rich- source of oil and protein. A broad genetic base is needed for cultivar improvement. The objectives of this study were to develop highly informative simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers and to assess the genetic diversity and popuJation structure of peanut cultivars and breeding lines from different breeding programs in China, India and the US. A total of 111 SSR markers were selected for this study, resulting in a total of 472 alleles. The mean values of gene diversity and polymorphic information content （PIC） were 0.480 and o.429, respectively. Country-wise analysis revealed that alleles per locus in three countries were similar. The mean gene diversity in the US, China and India was 0.363, o.489 and 0.47 with an average PIC of 0.323, 0.43 and o.412, respectively. Genetic analysis using the STRUCTURE divided these peanut lines into two populations （P1, P2）, which was consistent with the dendro- gram based on genetic distance （G1, G2） and the clustering of principal component analysis. The groupings were related to peanut market types and the geographic origin with a few admixtures. The results could be used by breeding programs to assess the genetic diversity of breeding materials to broaden the genetic base and for molecular genetics studies.

The thermal nanofluids have garnered widespread attention for their use in multiple thermal systems, including heating processes, sustainable energy, and nuclear reactions. Research on nanofluids has revealed that the thermal efficiencies of such materials are adversely affected by various thermal features. The purpose of the current work is to demonstrate the thermal analysis of Jeffrey nanofluids with the suspension of microorganisms in the presence of variable thermal sources. The variable effects of thermal conductivity, Brownian diffusivity, and motile density are utilized. The investigated model also reveals the contributions of radiation phenomena and chemical reactions. A porous, saturated, moving surface with a suction phenomenon promotes flow. The modeling of the problem is based on the implementation of the Cattaneo-Christov *** convective thermal constraints are used to promote the heat transfer features. A simplified form of the governing model is treated with the assistance of a shooting technique. The physical effects of different parameters for the problem are presented. The current problem justifies its applications in heat transfer, coating processes, heat exchangers, cooling systems in microelectronics, solar systems, chemical processes, etc.

Polytypic transformations of aluminum hydroxide: A mechanistic investigation

The diffusion of ammonia vapors into a solution of aluminum nitrate or ferric nitrate results in the precipitation of their respective hydroxides and oxyhydroxides. Polymorphic phase formation of aluminum hydroxide is controlled by the rate of crystallization. The PXRD patterns of products obtained via vapor phase diffusion revealed that poorly ordered aluminum hydroxide is formed during the initial stages of crystallization. After 8 days, the formation of the bayerite phase of aluminum hydroxide was observed. Upon prolonged exposure to ammonia vapors, bayerite was transformed into gibbsite. The infrared spectrum of the product confirmed the presence of different polytypic phases of aluminum hydroxide. The results demonstrated that the crystal structure of metal hydroxides is controlled by the rate of crystallization, nature of the metal ion, site selectivity and specificity and preparative conditions.

Transition from acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease in liver cirrhosis patients:Current perspective

In liver cirrhosis patients,acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common and severe complication associated with significant morbidity and mortality,often leading to chronic kidney disease(CKD).This progression reflects a complex interplay of renal and hepatic pathophysiology,with AKI acting as an initiator through maladaptive repair *** mechanisms—such as tubular cell cycle arrest,inflammatory cascades,and fibrotic processes—are exacerbated by the hemodynamic and neurohormonal disturbances characteristic of *** AKI episodes,persistent kidney dysfunction or acute kidney disease(AKD)often serves as a bridge to *** represents a critical phase in renal deterioration,characterized by prolonged kidney injury that does not fully meet CKD criteria but exceeds the temporal scope of *** progression from AKD to CKD is further influenced by recurrent AKI episodes,impaired renal autoregu-lation,and systemic comorbidities such as diabetes and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,which compound kidney *** clinical management of AKI and CKD in cirrhotic patients requires a multidimensional approach that includes early identification of kidney injury,the application of novel biomarkers,and precision *** evidence underscores the inadequacy of traditional biomarkers in predicting the AKI-to-CKD progression,necessitating novel biomarkers for early detection and intervention.

Maximum Power Enhancement Under Partial Shadings Using a Modified Sudoku Reconfiguration

Partial shading is one of the important factors in reducing maximum power generation from PV(Photovoltaic)*** power generation can be improved by selecting a PV array through a Total-Cross-Tied(T-C-T)***,maximum power generated from T-C-T can still be improved by distribution of shading over various *** to distribution of shading,the current entering the node increases and results in improved maximum power *** can be done effectively by using Sudoku reconfiguration *** techniques are economical,since they don’t require any sensors and switching *** technique only changes the physical location of the PV panel but the electrical connection between the panels remains the *** paper proposes a Modified Sudoku reconfiguration pattern which enhances the maximum power from the T-C-T connected PV ***,the theoretical calculation of row current and power output have been done for existing and proposed topologies under various shading *** performance of the proposed pattern has been analyzed and compared using specifications,such as Global Maximum Power(GMP),Fill Factor(FF),mismatch losses,and *** the results,it can be concluded that the Modified Sudoku reconfiguration enhances the GMP under all shading conditions.
