A novel general stability analysis scheme based on a non-Lyapunov framework is explored. Several easy-to-check sufficient conditions for exponential p-stability are formulated in terms of M-matrices. Stability analysis of applied second-order It? equations with delay is provided as well. The linearization technique, in combination with the tests obtained in this paper, can be used for local stability analysis of a wide class of nonlinear stochastic differential equations.

土耳其民族和中华民族是两个古老的民族,它们位于欧亚大陆的两个极端。这两个国家在历史上就有着频繁的交流,在21世纪中更是如此。本文主要分析土耳其正发党执政期间对华政策的发展演变。2002-2006年间,正发党政府在成为欧盟正式成员国的战略指导下,优先考虑了发展欧盟与土耳其的政治、经济、军事关系,而土耳其对华贸易逆差增加的主要因素结果形成了土耳其对“中国威胁”的看法。正发党政府无法实现加入欧盟的目标,自2006年以来一直希望发展土中关系,特别是希望减少两国之间的贸易不平衡。此后,由于双方高层互访增多,两国关系在各个领域开始发展。2009年,土耳其前总统居尔访华后,两国关系预计会有新的发展。在此期间,双边高层军事谈判和两国部长的互访产生了积极影响。两国关系随着中国总理温家宝于2010年10月7日访问土耳其时发展成为战略伙伴关系。两国战略合作进入了一个新时代。土耳其在2010年与中国进行了军事演习,演习后得到了北约的大力回应。土耳其和中国从2010年开始的战略合作,在2013年宣布的“一带一路”项目双赢政策的框架内,提供了进一步发展的机会。这个项目不仅增进了两国经济关系,从而推动了两国人民文化和历史联系,也增进了他们之间的相互了解。土耳其2013年曾决定从中国购买34亿美元导弹防御系统,但在北约强烈回应后,于2015年取消了招标。2002年,两国之间的贸易总额为16亿美元。2018年,这一总额为236亿美元。然而两国之间有严重的贸易逆差,为了消除这一问题,土耳其需要实施长期战略计划。尽管近年来两国关系有所发展,但两国之间仍有一些问题有待解决。两国在中东和中亚战略上有所不同。应该为两国建立协商和对话机制,以加强在第三国的合作。

Oxidative stress in portal hypertension-induced rats with particular emphasis on nitric oxide and trace metals

AIM: To investigate the oxidative-stress-related changes in rats with portal hypertension with particular emphasis on nitric oxide (NO) and trace metals. METHODS: Cirrhosis was induced by partial portal vein ligation (PVL) in Wistar rats. The lipid peroxidation marker (malondialdehyde, MDA), antioxidant defense enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione (GSH), and agents known to have antioxidant features including nitric oxide (NO), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu) were determined both in serum and in liver tissue at 4 wk after surgery in PVL and sham-operated rats. Portal pressure of all experimental animals was measured. MDA was detected by thiobarbituric acid reactivity *** activity was determined by inhibition of nitroblue tetrazolium reduction with xanthine/xanthine oxidase used asa superoxide generator. CAT activity was determined by the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide. GSH concentrations were measured by using metaphosphoric acid for protein precipitation and 5'-5'-dithio-bis-2-nitrobenzoic acid for color development. NO was detected by the Griess method after reduction of nitrate to nitrite with nitrate reductase, and the concentrations of Zn and Cu were measured by a Shimadzu 680 AA atomic absorption spectrometer. Histopathological confirmation was done under light microscope. Statistical analyses were done by Student's t-test, and significance of the difference was tested by the unpaired Mann-Whitney test. P＜0.05 was considered statistically ***: Histopathological studies confirmed PVL induced cirrhotic changes. There was a statistically significant difference in portal pressure between PVL and control groups (P＜0.001). The results showed significant increases in the levels of MDA and NO in both tissue and serum (P＜0.05 and P＜0.001, respectively in tissue; P＜0.001 for each in serum), and Zn only in tissue (P＜0.001)in rats with PVL compared with sham-operated rats. 制备了2个新的含有N,N,N-三甲基丙烷-1-铵基团和N,N,N-三甲基戊烷-1-铵基团的苯乙酮-(4-羟基苯腙)配体:(E)-3-(4-(1-(2-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)hydrazono)ethyl)phenoxy)-N,N,N-trimethylpropan-1-ammonium perchlorate(H2L1)和(E)-3-(4-(1-(2-(4-hy-droxybenzoyl)hydrazono)ethyl)phenoxy)-N,N,N-trimethylpentane-1-ammonium perchlorate(H2L2)。以这2个配体分别合成了2个新的铜配合物:[Cu(HL1)2]和[Cu(HL2)2],研究了这些配体和配合物的DNA结合和切割活性,还研究了DNA切割的机理以及化合物浓度对DNA切割反应的影响。紫外-可见光谱结果表明,所有化合物均优先通过主沟结合模式与DNA结合,在甲基绿(主要的沟结合剂)的存在下切割DNA的活性受到抑制的结果也支持这一结论。电泳研究的结果则表明,化合物在存在或不存在氧化剂(H2O2)的情况下均对质粒DNA表现出显著的切割活性,活性主要取决于化合物的浓度。化合物通过水解途径裂解pBR322 DNA,在存在不同自由基清除剂情况下的DNA裂解实验也支持这一结论。

Bone marrow biopsy findings in brucellosis patients with hematologic abnormalities

Background Brucellosis can mimic various multisytem diseases, showing wide clinical polymorphism that frequently leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delay, further increasing the complication rates. In this study, we aimed to examine bone marrow biopsy findings in brucellosis cases presenting with hematologic abnormalities. Methods Forty-eight brucellosis cases were prospectively investigated. Complaints and physical examination findings of patients were recorded. Patients＇ complete blood count, routine biochemical tests, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and serological screenings were performed. Bone marrow biopsy and aspiration was performed in patients with cytopenia, for bone marrow examination and brucella culture, in accordance with the standard procedures from spina iliaca posterior superior region of pelvic bone. Results Of the 48 patients, 35 （73%） were female and 13 （27%） were male. Mean age was （34.8±15.4） years （age range： 15-70 years）. Anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and pancytopenia were found in 39 （81%）, 28 （58%）, 22 （46%） and 10 patients （21%）, respectively. In the examination of bone marrow, hypercellularity was found in 35 （73%） patients. Increased megacariocytic, erythroid and granulocytic series were found in 28 （58%）, 15 （31%） and 5 （10%） patients, respectively. In addition, hemophagocytosis was observed in 15 （31%） patients, granuloma observed in 12 （25%） and increased eosinophil and plasma cells observed in 9 （19%） patients. Conclusion According to the results of our series, hemophagocytosis, microgranuloma formation and hypersplenism may be responsible for hematologic complications of brucellosis.

The study was conducted at the nursery of Malta station/Duhok. Kurdistan region-lraq, during the season 2011 to study the effect of GA3 and Fe on vegetative growth of two year old of two olive （Olea europaea L.） cultivars （Kithary and Sorany）, the transplant were sprayed with four levels （0, 250, 500 and 750 mg L^-1 GA3） and four levels of chelated iron （0, 25, 50 and 75 mg Fe L^-1）. Foliar application of GA3 at 500 mg Ll increased significantly stem diameter （mm）, leaf number, increasing GA3 level up 750 mg L^-1 significantly increase shoot length （cm） plantl, leaf area. However, 50 mg Fe L^-1 increased significantly leaf number, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and when treated with 75 mg Fe L^-1 significantly increase stem diameter, shoot length cm plant^-1, leaf fresh weight （g）, leaf dry weight （g）. While, Kithary cultivar significant dominated Sorany cultivar of the most studied characteristics. The interactions between GA3, Fe and cultivars significantly affected on the most of the characteristics studied, foliar sprays of Kithary cultivar with 750 mg Ll GA^-1 and 0 mg Fe Ll significantly increase chlorophyll content and leaf area, and Kithary cultivar when treated only by 75 mg Fe Ll increase significantly plant high （cm）, stem diameter （mm）, leaf dry weight （g） and leaf fresh weight when compared with the control.

Background Both early repolarization and altered heart rate profile are associated with sudden death. In this study, we aimed to demonstrate an association between early repolarization and heart rate profile during *** A total of 84 subjects were included in the study. Comparable 44 subjects with early repolarization and 40 subjects with normal electrocardiogram underwent exercise stress testing. Resting heart rate, maximum heart rate, heart rate increment and decrement were *** Both groups were comparable for baseline characteristics including resting heart rate. Maximum heart rate, heart rate increment and heart rate decrment of the subjects in early repolarization group had significantly decreased maximum heart rate, heart rate increment and heart rate decrement compared to control group （all P〈0.05）. The lower heart rate increment （〈106 beats/min） and heart rate decrement （〈95 beats/min） were significantly associated with the presence of early repolarization. After adjustment for age and sex, the multiple-adjusted OR of the risk of presence of early repolarization was 2.98 （95% CI 1.21-7.34）（P=0.018） and 7.73 （95% CI 2.84-21.03）（P 〈0.001） for the lower heart rate increment and heart rate decrement compared to higher levels, *** Subjects with early repolarization have altered heart rate profile during exercise compared to control subjects. This can be related to sudden death.
