The curcumin loaded chitosanlpoly （lactic acid）（PLA） nanoflbers were produced using electrospinning. Box-Behnken experimental design was used for the optimization of variables （-1, 0, ＋ 1 coded level） like chitosan/PLA strength （% w/v）, curcumin strength （% w/v） and applied voltage （kV） to obtain uniform fiber diameter. The morphology of nanofibers was shown by SEM. Molecular interactions and the presence of each chemical compound of curcumin loaded chitosanlPLA fibers were characterized by FTIR and EDX analysis. Antioxidant, drug release and in vitro cytotoxicity tests were performed to evaluate the suitability of nanofibers that would be used for wound healing. In vivo wound healing studies on excision and incision wounds created on rat model showed significant reduction of wound area when compared to untreated. The better healing efficiency can be attributed to the presence of curcumin and chitosan.

Urban agriculture is gaining recognition for its potential contributions to environmental resilience and climate change adaptation,providing advantages such as urban greening,reduced heat island effects,and decreased air ***,it indirectly supports communities during weather events and natural disasters,ensuring food security and fostering community ***,concerns about planetary health risks persist in highly urbanized and climate-affected *** electronic databases such as Web of Science and PubMed and adhering to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines,we identified 55 relevant papers to comprehend the planetary health risks associated with urban agriculture,The literature review identified five distinct health risks related to urban agriculture:(1)trace metal risks in urban farms;(2)health risks associated with wastewater irrigation;(3)zoonotic risks;(4)other health risks;and(5)social and economic *** study highlights that urban agriculture,while emphasizing environmental benefits,particularly raises concerns about trace metal bioaccumulation in soil and vegetables,posing health risks for *** well studied risks included wastewater irrigation and backyard livestock *** main limitations in the available literature were in studying infectious diseases and antibiotic resistance associated with urban agriculture.

Background:Hard mineral and acid salt deposits that clump together in concentrated urine are known as kidney stones.A complicated chain of physicochemical events,including hyper saturation,nucleation,growth,aggrega-tion,and retention in the urinary tract,leads to urolithiasis,the third most prevalent urinary tract *** traditional medications and therapies are less successful in treating urolithiasis and frequently cause ***:The present study is focused on evaluating the anti-urolithiasis activities of the polyherbal formulation prepared from Spinacia oleracea *** Coriandrum sativum ***:To evaluating the anti-urolithiasis activities of the polyherbal formulation prepared from *** and *** seeds against oxalate crystals by employing an in vitro inhibition,aggregation,and nucleation assay,employing a spectrophotometer followed by microscopic observation,and further monitored by egg semiperme-able membrane model,using cystone as a standard ***:In the present work,the alkaloids,glycosides,flavonoids,glycosides,phenols,saponins,steroids,tannins,terpenoids,and triterpenoids were found in the extracts of *** and *** in vitro assays in the present study clearly indicated that all the mixture extracts readily prevented crystal nucleation,growth and *** aqueous extract of the mixture inhibited significant inhibitory potential against the crystallization ***:It can be said that the phyto-constituents enriched homemade preparation possibly will be used as a medication for the management of kidney stones by dissolving the oxalate stone in the kidney.

For optimal results,retrieving a relevant feature from a microarray dataset has become a hot topic for researchers involved in the study of feature selection(FS)*** aim of this review is to provide a thorough description of various,recent FS *** review also focuses on the techniques proposed for microarray datasets to work on multiclass classification problems and on different ways to enhance the performance of learning *** attempt to understand and resolve the imbalance problem of datasets to substantiate the work of researchers working on microarray *** analysis of the literature paves the way for comprehending and highlighting the multitude of challenges and issues in finding the optimal feature subset using various FS techniques.A case study is provided to demonstrate the process of implementation,in which three microarray cancer datasets are used to evaluate the classification accuracy and convergence ability of several wrappers and hybrid algorithms to identify the optimal feature subset.

Insulin resistance(IR)has a nexus with metabolic *** homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),HOMA-β,quantitative insulin sensitivity check index(QUICKI),glucoseinsulin ratio,and triglyceride(TAG)/high density lipoprotein(HDL)have been increasingly recognized as insulin sensitivity/resistance markers[1].Hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp(HEC),the gold standard,has inherent practical demerits and thus paves the way for a simplified but objectivized approach to quantifying insulin sensitivity/resistance.

Owing to the recent trends in remote health monitoring,real-time appli-cations for measuring Heartbeat Rate and Respiration Rate(HARR)from video signals are growing *** Plethysmo Graphy(PPG)is a method that is operated by estimating the inﬁnitesimal change in color of the human face,rigid motion of facial skin and head parts,*** Cardiography(BCG)is a non-surgical tool for obtaining a graphical depiction of the human body’s heartbeat by inducing repetitive movements found in the heart *** resilience against motion artifacts induced by luminanceﬂuctuation and the patient’s mobility var-iation is the major difﬁculty faced while processing the real-time video *** this research,a video-based HARR measuring framework is proposed based on combined PPG and ***,the noise from the input video signals is removed by using an Adaptive Kalmanﬁlter(AKF).Three different algorithms are used for estimating the HARR from the noise-free input ***,the noise-free sig-nals are subjected to Modiﬁed Adaptive Fourier Decomposition(MAFD)and then to Enhanced Hilbert vibration Decomposition(EHVD)andﬁnally to Improved Var-iation mode Decomposition(IVMD)for attaining three various results of *** obtained values are compared with each other and found that the EHVD is showing better results when compared with all the other methods.
