Premature ejaculation(PE)is the most comm on male sexual dysfunction,which represents a diag no stic as well as a therapeutic challenge for ***,no universally accepted definition is currently available for *** a result,physicians continue to diagnose patients with PE according to major guidelines set by the professional *** guidelines either recommend the use of validated questionnaires or patient-reported *** efforts directed toward classifying PE may help provide a better understanding of the prevalence and risk factors of this *** the exact etiology of PE has not been clearly elucidated,several risk factors have been strongly reported in the ***,to understand the revised definition of PE,its etiology and pathophysiology is necessary to improve the clinical management of this medical condition and form the basis of future research in this *** this review,we highlight the past and current definitions of PE and present an appraisal on the classifications and theories suggested for the etiopathogenesis of PE.

Semen analysis(SA)remains the cornerstone of male infertility evaluation and should ideally be performed by an accredited andrology laboratory or in vitro fertilization(IVF)clinics based on the standards defined by the World Health Organization(WHO)for the Examination and Processing of Human Semen and in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization’s Basic Semen Examination on Specification and Test Methods.

合成了Cu（Ⅱ）,Ni（Ⅱ）,Co（Ⅱ）,Mn（Ⅱ）,Zn（Ⅱ）和Cd（Ⅱ）的乙基3-（2-氨硫化亚肼基）-2-（羟胺基）丁烯酸酯配合物（H2L）并用元素分析,DTA热分析,IR,UV-Vis,1H-NMR,质谱,顺磁共振以及磁矩,电导率测量等对合成的配合物进行表征.摩尔电导率测量结果证明合成的配合物为非电解质.光谱数据表明配体分别表现为一元的三齿配体,一元的二齿配体,中性的二齿配体,中性的三齿配体,一元的四齿配体或二元的四齿配体通过席夫碱的氮原子,氨基硫脲中的氮原子,肟中的氮原子和硫酮中的硫原子与金属离子键合生成围绕金属离子的四面体或平面正方形构型.固态Cu（Ⅱ）（2）,（3）,（4）和（5）的配合物顺磁共振谱表明其为轴向对称,但（10～15）的配合物却为各向异性.配体和配合物（2）,（3）,（10）,（13）,（16）和（19）由于它们对乳腺癌（MCF-7细胞系）和肝癌（HePG-2细胞系）的抑制作用而表现出潜在的抗癌活性.

According to the World Health Organization(WHO),oxidative stress(OS)is a significant contributor to male *** can be measured by a number of assays,all of which are either costly or time sensitive and/or require large semen volume andcomplex *** less expensive alternative is to quantify the oxidation-reduction potential(ORP)with the *** this international multi-center study,we assessed whether ORP levels measured by the MiOXSYS could distinguish semensamples that fall within the 2010 WHO normal reference values from those that do *** samples were collected from 2092patients in 9 countries;ORP was normalized to sperm concentration(mV/10^6 sperm/ml).Only those samples with a concentration>1×10^6 sperm ml1 were in *** results showed that 199 samples fell within the WHO no rmal refere nee range while theremaining 1893 samples did not meet one or more of the *** was negatively correlated with all semen parameters(P <0.01)except *** area under the curve for ORP was *** ORP cut-off value(1.34 mV/10^6 sperm/ml)was able todifferentiate specimens with abnormal semen parameters with 98.1%sensitivity,40.6%specificity,94.7%positive predictivevalue(PPV)and 66.6%negative predictive value(NPV).When used as an adjunct to traditional semen analysis,ORP levels mayhelp identify altered functional status of spermatozoa caused by OS in cases of idiopathic male infertility and in male partners ofcouples sufferi ng recurre nt pregna ncy loss,and thereby directi ng these men to relevant medical therapies and lifestyle modificati ons.

Privacy preserving data mining (PPDM) has become more and more important because it allows sharing of privacy sensitive data for analytical purposes. A big number of privacy techniques were developed most of which used the k-anonymity property which have many shortcomings, so other privacy techniques were introduced (l-diversity, p-sensitive k-anonymity, (α, k)-anonymity, t-closeness, etc.). While they are different in their methods and quality of their results, they all focus first on masking the data, and then protecting the quality of the data. This paper is concerned with providing an enhanced privacy technique that combines some anonymity techniques to maintain both privacy and data utility by considering the sensitivity values of attributes in queries using sensitivity weights which determine taking in account utility-based anonymization and then only queries having sensitive attributes whose values exceed threshold are to be changed using generalization boundaries. The threshold value is calculated depending on the different weights assigned to individual attributes which take into account the utility of each attribute and those particular attributes whose total weights exceed the threshold values is changed using generalization boundaries and the other queries can be directly published. Experiment results using UT dallas anonymization toolbox on real data set adult database from the UC machine learning repository show that although the proposed technique preserves privacy, it also can maintain the utility of the publishing data.

Theoretical Calculation of the Low-Lying Electronic States of the Molecule PbO

The potential energy curves of the lowest 20 electronic states in the representation 2s+1Λ(±) of the molecule PbO have been investigated via ab initio CASSCF and MRCI (single and double excitations with Davidson correction) calculations. The spectroscopic constants such as vibrational harmonic frequency ωe, the internuclear distance at equilibrium Re, the rotational constant Be, and the electronic transition energy Te with respect to the ground state have been calculated along with the permanent dipole moment for the different bound investigated electronic states. By using the canonical functions approach, the eigenvalues Ev, the rotational constant Bv and the abscissas of the turning points Rmin and Rmax have been calculated. The comparison of these values with those available in the literature shows a very good agreement.

Starch was polymerized with methacrylic acid (MAA) to different magnitudes of poly (MAA) using potassium persulphate/sodium thiosulphate redox initiation system. The polymerization products are referred to as “composite”. The latter consists of poly (MAA)-starch graft copolymer, poly (MAA) in the form of homopolymer, oxidized starch brought about under the influence of the initiator and intact starch. At this end, the composite, the copolymer, and the untreated (native) starch were subjected to carboxymethylation under different conditions and the rheological properties of these starch—based on products before and after carboxymethylation examined. Results obtained disclosed that the susceptibility of these products toward carboxymethylation follows the order: native starch > Copolymer > composite. Meanwhile, these products exhibit non-Newtonian thixotropic behavior before carboxymethylation;and their rheology signifies the order: Composite > copolymer > native starch whereas after carboxymethylation these products are characterized by non-Newtonian Pseudoplastic behavior. For a given rate of shear, the apparent viscosity follows the order: native starch > composite > copolymer > carboxymethyl composite > carboxymethyl starch > carboxymethyl copolymer, in contrast with pseudoplasticity which reveals an opposite order. It was also shown that the apparent viscosity increases by increasing poly (MAA) in the copolymer and composite and that redrying of the copolymer and the composite after normal precipitation and drying causes a considerable enhancement in the apparent viscosity of these products.

Objective:The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence and level of social media addiction among nursing students in the Faculty of Nursing,Cairo *** and Methods:A descriptive cross‑sectional research design was conducted on samples of 340 students at the Faculty of Nursing,Cairo *** were collected through demographic background information sheet and Social Networking Addiction ***:All the students were addicted as 6.76%were severely addicted and 60.59%and 32.65%were moderately and mildly addicted,*** relations were found between social media addiction and students’age(χ^(2)=11.331,P=0.003),educational level(χ^(2)=20.239,P=0.003),and grade point average(χ^(2)=19.378,P=0.013).Conclusion:Internet addiction was prevalent among all students but at different levels,so early screening of students for Internet addiction using the Internet Addiction Scale is important to provide early treatment and prevent hazards to health.

Reproductive biology of L. mormyrus was studied using monthly samples totaling 224 fish obtained from AI-Haneah fishing site, eastern Libya Mediterranean Sea. Lengths of the examined fish ranged between 11.5 cm and 23.4 cm. Corresponding weights were 24.5 g and 160.8 g. The minimum values of the condition factors, KF and Kc, were 1.38 and 1.21 at the average fish length of 12.4 cm. These values increased with increases in length until they reached maximum values of 1.59 and 1.41 at the length of 22.1 cm. The high values of KF and Kc, Gonado-Somatic Index and oocyte diameter maintained during May, June, July, and August and the monthly changes in gonadal condition, indicated that summer was the breeding season of L. mormyrus. The oocyte diameter ranged between 379± 25.3 μ and 1,511 ± 143.3μ （n = 76） with an average of 895 ± 111.3 μ. The sex ratio was in favor of females during all months of the study. The overall sex ratio was 1 ： 1.52. Length at first maturity, Ls0, for L. mormyrus was found to be 14.15 cm for males and 14.45 for females. Overall average of absolute fecundity was 4,342±557 egg per fish （n = 45）. The overall average of relative fecundity was 234± 181 egg per cm. Absolute fecundity increased with increasing fish length.
