The growing integration of distributed energy resources(DERs)in distribution grids raises various reliability issues due to DER's uncertain and complex *** large-scale DER penetration in distribution grids,traditional outage detection methods,which rely on customers report and smart meters'“last gasp”signals,will have poor performance,because renewable generators and storage and the mesh structure in urban distribution grids can continue supplying power after line *** address these challenges,we propose a datadriven outage monitoring approach based on the stochastic time series analysis with a theoretical ***,we prove via power flow analysis that dependency of time-series voltage measurements exhibits significant statistical changes after line *** makes the theory on optimal change-point detection suitable to identify line ***,existing change point detection methods require post-outage voltage distribution,which are unknown in distribution ***,we design a maximum likelihood estimator to directly learn distribution parameters from voltage *** prove the estimated parameters-based detection also achieves optimal performance,making it extremely useful for fast distribution grid outage ***,since smart meters have been widely installed in distribution grids and advanced infrastructure(e.g,PMU)has not widely been available,our approach only requires voltage magnitude for quick outage *** results show highly accurate outage identification in eight distribution grids with 17 configurations with and without DERs using smart meter data.

Background: The protective role of (poly)phenols against metabolic disorders has been extensively studied in adults but not in ***: To assess associations of dietary (poly)phenols and their subclasses with cardiometabolic health parameters in adolescents. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 944 individuals aged 11 to 14 years enrolled in the SI! Program for Secondary Schools trial (NCT03504059). (Poly)phenol intake was assessed using semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaires and the Phenol-Explorer database. The measured cardiometabolic parameters were waist circumference (WC) age-sex z-score， blood pressure (BP) age-sex z-score， blood glucose (BG)， triglycerides (TG)， and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c). Multilevel mixed-effect linear regression models were applied to examine the association between (poly)phenol quintiles and cardiometabolic health ***: Compared to the lowest quintile， adolescents in the highest quintile of total (poly)phenol intake had lower WC z-scores (β=-0.09， 95%CI=-0.09;-0.08， P-for trend=0.002)， mean arterial pressure z-scores (β =-0.11， 95%CI=-0.12;-0.09， P-for trend=0.206)， and HDL-c (β=-1.52， 95%CI=-2.90;-0.14， P-for trend=0.108)， after multivariable adjustment. The WC z-scores (β=-0.11， 95%CI=-0.19;-0.03， P-for trend=0.013) and HDL-c (β=-2.16， 95%CI=-3.78;-0.53， P-for trend=0.046) were lower in the highest quintile of flavonoid intake compared to the lowest quintile. The highest quintile of phenolic acid intake was associated with a lower WC z-score (β=-0.14， 95%CI=-0.26;-0.02， P-for trend=0.011) and TG levels (β=-8.83， 95%CI=-12.37;-5.30， P-for trend <0.001)， and the highest quintile of stilbene intake with lower BG (β=-1.83， 95%CI= -3.103;-0.64， P-for trend <0.001) and TG (β=-3.22， 95%CI= -4.95;-1.49， P-for trend=0.034)， and with higher HDL-c (β=2.328， 95%CI= 1.40;3.17， P-for trend=0.466) compared to the lowest quintile. Background: Localized pancreatic cancer, including resectable (R), borderline resectable (BR) and locally advanced unresectable disease (LAU), is considered in clinical guidelines for diverse treatment options based on clinical trials in selected populations. Hence, exploring with real world evidence (RWE) clinicians’ preferences for treatment options and their results seems pertinent. Methods: In a set of consecutive patients with localized pancreatic cancer assisted in a third level hospital from January 2013 to December 2022, medical records, symptoms, diagnostic process, distribution between subtypes, and treatment plans, with safety and efficacy results, were assessed. Results: A total of 152 patients with localized disease were included (43.4% R, 21.0% BR, 33.6% LAU). The population characteristics exemplified differences between daily practice and clinical trials. Tumor location and symptoms were as expected. Treatment plan was conditioned by PS or comorbidities in 23.0% of patients. In patients with R disease, surgery followed by different adjuvant chemotherapy (CT) regimes was the antineoplastic treatment of choice (64.8%) with efficacy results (OS 37.5 months;95% CI 18.4 - 56.7), in the range of contemporary standards. The common use of neoadjuvant CT for BR disease (94.4%), with surgery in 50% of them, and its results (OS 30.8 months;95% CI 10.5 - 51.2) reflected current controversies of treatment recommendations and evolution in this scenario. Paliative CT with or without radiotherapy was the standard specific treatment in LAU disease (95.1%) with survival results (PFS: 10.8 months;95% CI 8.8 - 12.7. OS: 20.3 months;95% CI 13.5 - 27.2) that justify the distinct character and the specific study of this entity. Conclusion: RWE for localized pancreatic cancer aroused from the analysis of this population confirms the distinct nature of patients assisted in daily practice, as well as mirrors the complexity of decision making in clinical assumptions in which a

In the present study,Al_(86)Ni_(8)Y_(6) and Al_(86)Ni_(6)Y_(4.5)Co_(2)La_(1.5) bulk amorphous nanocomposites were synthesized by spark plasma sintering of milled melt spun ribbon *** as-cast ribbons were of near amorphous nature with minute amount of FCC Al embedded in the amorphous *** of the ribbons resulted in partial devitrifi cation due to mechanical *** milled ribbon particles were sintered in the temperature and pressure range of 300-500℃ and 500-700 MPa,*** was observed that nominal amount of amorphous phase was retained at 500℃ and 500 *** increase in sintering pressure and decrease in sintering temperature,the amount of crystalline phase evolution decreased,and maximum amount of amorphous phase was retained at 300℃ and 700 *** microstructure consisting of amorphous phase embedded with hard intermetallic phases led to increase in the nanohardness of Al_(86)Ni_(8)Y_(6) and Al_(86)Ni_(6)Y_(4.5)Co_(2)La_(1.5) as-cast ribbons from 3.26±0.59 GPa and 3.81±0.58 GPa to 6.06±0.70 GPa and 6.14±0.82 GPa,respectively,for the corresponding consolidated amorphous *** of the three and five component system bulk samples was 4.19±0.13GPa and 3.6±0.13 GPa,respectively.

山体滑坡是尼泊尔山区的主要灾害，主要是由于其脆弱的地貌、强烈的降雨、不当的土地管理和在修建山区道路过程中没有采取必要的稳定措施所导致的。由于频繁的山体滑坡，下游地区人类的生命财产遭受了巨大损失，并导致生态系统生产力和功能下降，河道泥沙淤积。土地利用与土地覆被、地形、道路、排水、地质环境和降雨等多种空间因素与滑坡的发生紧密相关，并决定了该地区滑坡的易感性。了解滑坡现象及其引发的相关因素，对于采取适当的预防、控制和恢复措施至关重要。本研究在尼泊尔桑科西河流域的新格地子流域进行，旨在了解滑坡危害、引发的相关因素以及为最大限度地减少可能的危害而采取的最佳预防策略。滑坡评估是通过使用时序谷歌影像和实地调查，对滑坡体进行识别和数字化来进行的。利用GIS软件对滑坡危险性进行评估，编制影响因子图，并对现场观测数据进行分析的基础上，计算了滑坡的规模。此外，在相关家庭的问卷调查(n=60)中，进行目的性抽样，探讨人们对山体滑坡、对生计资产的主要影响因素的看法。并采用Friedman非参数检验评估滑坡对当地人感知的最主要影响因素。根据现场调查，在研究区域的不同位置共调查了46处滑坡体，滑坡总面积为4.77km2。通过使用Friedman检验的比较矩阵分析，本研究确定了滑坡发生的主要原因是农村道路、施工、边坡因素、降雨和土地利用与土地覆被。距离道路200-500 m造成最高比率的滑坡灾害，东南方向坡度30°-45°的山体对滑坡的易感性最高。与其他土地利用相比，因为在林内松软地区修建道路，茂密的森林更易受到山体滑坡的影响。比较道路建设前后滑坡的影响，约80%的受访者认为对滑坡有重要影响。

Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) negatively affect quality of life, causing pain and restricted jaw movements. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) on TMD patients before orthodontic treatment at the Juarez Autonomous University of Tabasco. A quantitative, quasi-experimental study was conducted with 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria: aged 18 to 65 years, with TMJ pain symptoms, diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders using the Helkimo index, and who had provided informed consent for the study. The range of mandibular movement and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were measured to record values before therapy. The electrodes of the TENS therapy were positioned on both sides of the jaw in the preauricular area and the masseter muscle, the therapy was administered for 40 minutes, utilizing a frequency of 2 - 4 Hz and a pulse duration of 300 microseconds. Following this, the range of mandibular movement and the VAS were reassessed to evaluate the outcomes., significantly improved maximum mouth opening (37.7 ± 6.4 mm to 44.6 ± 5.88 mm), right laterality (3.86 ± 1.57 mm to 5.43 ± 1.21 mm), left laterality (3.13 ± 1.63 mm to 4.53 ± 1.61 mm), protrusion (4.01 ± 1.7 mm to 5.36 ± 1.32 mm), and pain perception (4.56 ± 2.045 to 2.03 ± 1.5) (P < 0.01). TENS therapy enhances mandibular movement and reduces pain, making it a well-tolerated, non-invasive complementary treatment for TMD.
