利用卫星上携带的闪电成像系统,1998年1月至2002年7月获取的全球闪电定位资料对青藏高原中部地区的闪电活动进行了研究.结果表明,高原上的闪电活动呈现出明显的日变化,峰值出现在下午17:00左右,比临近同纬度带上的湖北荆州地区早3个小时,说明高原对太阳的加热比同纬度带的邻近地区反应敏感.青藏高原地区的闪电放电较荆州地区和其他低海拔高度地区的闪电放电要弱,其原因可归结为高原上较低的对流最大不稳定能量.青藏高原上的对流最大不稳定能量平均值为荆州地区的1/12左右,为广州地区的1/20左右,但是闪电活动频数对对流最大不稳定能量变化的敏感性却比显著低海拔地区高30多倍.

This paper presents a PFCVF (Power Factor Correction) rectifier that uses a variable frequency source for alternators for electric and hybrid vehicles application. In such application, the frequency of the signal in the alternator changes according to the vehicle speed, more over the loading effect on the alternator introduces harmonic currents and increases the alternator apparent power requirements. To overcome these problems and aiming more stability and better design of the alternator, a new third harmonic injection technique is proposed. This technique allows to preserve a good THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of the input source at any frequency and to decrease losses in semiconductors switches, thereby allowing more stability and reducing the apparent power requirements. A comparative study between the standard and the new technique is made and highlights the effectiveness of the new design. A detailed analysis of the proposed topology is presented and simulations as well as experimental results are shown.

公司法是一国重要的经济法律制度,对各国、乃至世界经济的发展都起到了重要的推动作用,公司法律制度的完善与否,对一国经济与未来发展产生着重大的影响。中国和法国同属于大陆法系的国家,其有关公司立法存在着一定的相似之处。然而,中国和法国在其国内政治、经济和文化等诸多方面也存在着不同之处,中国和法国的有关公司立法同时也存在着许多不同的地方。中国和法国公司法律制度总体框架存在着不同,中国的公司立法框架主要是由《中华人民共和国公司法》及其相应的修订版组成的,而法国的公司法律框架主要是基于《商事条例》,以《商事公司法》为核心的立法体系。并且,中法公司立法在股权转让、公司清算等诸多方面具有不同之处。总体而言,目前法国的公司立法比中国要更加完善。通过研究中国和法国在公司立法上的不同之处,能够为中国发现自身立法的不足之处,不断地完善其立法具有重要的借鉴意义。为此,本文将首先通过文献研究法确定本文的理论基础,进而通过描述性研究法、经验总结法阐述中法两国现行公司法律制度的概况以及立法原意,然后通过经验总结法、案例对比分析法找出中法两国现行公司法律制度存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议。

The study of dynamics of tank vehicles carrying liquid fuel cargo is complex. The forces and moments due to liquid sloshing create serious problems related to the instability of tank vehicles. In this paper, a complete analytical model of a modular tank vehicle has been developed. The model included all the vehicle systems and subsystems. Simulation results obtained using this model was compared with those obtained using the popular TruckSim software. The comparison proved the validity of the assumptions used in the analytical model and showed a good correlation under single or double lane change and turning manoeuvers.

The Effect of Overweight on The Risk of Recurrence in Tunisian Patients with Operable Breast Cancer

Obesity is associated with worse breast cancer outcomes in Western and Asian women. The present study was to determine the relation of body mass index (BMI) to disease-free survival (DFS) in Tunisian patients with operable breast cancer. We retrospectively reviewed data from 223 patients with operable breast cancer treated with primary surgery and adjuvant epirubicin-based chemotherapy. Patients were categorized into lower-BMI (2;N=114) v higher-BMI (>27.5 kg/m2;N=113). Patients’and disease characteristics, including tumor size and lymph node status, were similar between the 2 groups. With a median follow-up of 56 months, there were 42 and 30 DFS events in the lower- and higher-BMI group, respectively (adjusted hazard ratio (HR): 0.74;95% CI, 0.43 to 1.26;p=0.26). A significant interaction (p<0.001) was found between BMI category and time, with a significant DFS advantage for the higher-BMI group after 3 years (adjusted HR: 0.28;95% CI, i to 0.86;p=0.03). We conclude that overweight is associated with a decreased risk of late recurrence in Tunisian patients with operable breast cancer.

Patient Reported Outcomes Instruments in Schizophrenia: A Review of Psychometric Properties

Background: Interest in the self-perception of patients with mental illness is increasing because of the gap between the physician and patient perceptions of symptoms and drug side effects. Schizophrenia is one of the mental illnesses that cause the greatest difficulty in understanding the various physical and psychological impacts related to both symptoms and drug treatment. Thus, several.patient-reported outcomes (PRO) have been developed to get a clearer understanding of patients’ experience with their own illness and the treatment that they receive. Objective: The aim of this study was to identify all PRO questionnaires used in the evaluation of patients with schizophrenia, and to assess the quality of these questionnaires based on psychometric evidence. Methods: All PRO questionnaires used in the evaluation of patients with schizophrenia were identified using a search strategy in Pubmed, Medline, and the ISPOR website. PRO psychometric properties were extracted, and their level of validation was assessed. Results: The literature search resulted in the identification of 70 generic, mental health-specific or schizophrenia-specific instruments. These questionnaires were categorized according to measured domains. Six major domains were identified: health related quality of life (HRQoL), insight, depression/ feelings, treatment related, illness symptoms, and caregiver/family. Questionnaires measuring other dimensions were classified as other (related to personality measurement, communication between patients and clinicians and services satisfaction). The review shows that the HRQoL questionnaires demonstrate the best psychometric properties. Conclusion: The assessments of these questionnaires, based on their psychometric evidence level, will allow researchers to choose the most appropriate PRO instruments, based on the instruments’ ability to respond to the objectives of the study and on the rigor of their psychometric qualities. In this work,the microstructure of titania coating fabricated on the surface of hydrostatically extruded titanium grade 4 with the use of the micro-arc oxidation method was *** surface topography and microstructure investigations performed with atomic force microscopy and scanning and transmission electron microscopy revealed that,by using an Na_(2)HPO_(4)electrolyte,a well-adherent porous coating is produced on the top surface and side walls of the extruded *** distribution of chemical elements was analyzed by using energy dispersive X-ray *** chemical elements dissolved in the electrolyte(Na,P and O)incorporated into the *** locates preferentially in the outer part of the coating,while phosphorus and oxygen are distributed throughout the whole *** most relevant finding shows that a grain refinement caused by a hydrostatic extrusion provoked an increase in density of high-angle grain boundaries(HAGB),which in turn secured the formation of a continuous amorphous layer close to the *** presence of this layer compensates for the effect of anisotropic substrate,producing a comparable and homogenous microstructure with a large number of micropores.

The present work deals with a comparative study of the physical-mechanical characteristics of different types of cement CEM II 42.5R produced and used in Cameroon. Indeed, the recent policy of integration and promotion of products in the sub-region has allowed some manufacturers (04) to settle in Cameroon and propose their products that characteristics are most often ignored by consumers. In order to handle this work correctly, we have conducted several.tests on cements CEM II 42.5R of CIMENCAM and DANGOTE. These trials were carried out on fresh concrete, mortar, and also on a normalized cement paste. The present study mainly shows the specificities and the characteristics of CEM II 42.5R cement from other brands.
