Wireless networks are playing an imperative role in our daily existence;in current scenario, the users want wireless connectivity for all location with all types of service. One of the major challenges for wireless network is security issue. First and foremost task is to detect the security attacks in the network and the second task is to prevent from an authorized attacks. In our view, a lot of researches are going on and somehow we have succeeded in the first case but the second task is very tough due to wireless channel. Our research is based on how to avoid network attack i.e. misbehavior node attack in the WiMAX system. In this paper we have proposed an algorithm for WiMAX network and our algorithm are able to prevent fixed as well as mobile misbehavior node attacks. As we know, misbehavior node misbehaves in the sense that the node does not esteem its MAC protocols and avariciously sends its packets without any restriction (Flooding of packets) because it doesn't follow any protocol. Our proposed work based on the standard time required for communication for valid user with some threshold time for valid delay and some unwanted delay with network conditions. Our approach can control continuous flooding of packets and continuously transmits Constant Bit Rate (CBR) packets by misbehavior node, which introduces noise in the network and upset the performance of the network. In the mean while the valid user communicate in a trouble-free approach.

炎症性肠病(IBD)亚洲焦点Ⅱ会议于2010年3月在上海召开,会议提出,在过去的十年里,IBD在亚洲地区广为报道,而且许多方面与西方国家相比具有差异,因此关注亚洲地区IBD的特点,明确与西方的差别,对亚洲IBD的诊断与治疗都具有重要意义。临床指南可以为IBD临床实践提供指导及标准,然而,临床指南通常都很长而且复杂,漫长的审查过程导致的应用滞后性也限制了指南的实效性。因此制定一个简明扼要的共识条例具有重要意义。此次会议学习并讨论了2009年7月由亚洲地区IBD工作组在澳门制定的一份共识条例,本文学习并总结了该共识条例相关内容。

This review aims to analyze the development and impact of Artificial Intelligence(AI)in the context of Saudi Arabia’s public healthcare system to fulfill Vision 2030 *** is extensively devoted to AI technology deployment relevant to disease management,healthcare delivery,epidemiology,and ***,its AI is culturally sensitive and ethically grounded in *** on the PRISMA framework,an SLR evaluated primary academic literature,cases,and practices of Saudi Arabia’s AI implementation in the public healthcare ***,it categorizes prior research based on how AI can work,the issues it poses,and its implications for the Kingdom’s healthcare *** Saudi Arabian context analyses show that AI has increased the discreet prediction of diseases,resource management,and monitoring outbreaks during mass congregations such as ***,the study outlines critical areas for defining the potential for artificial intelligence and areas for enhancing digital development to support global healthcare *** key themes emerging from the review include Saudi Arabia:(i)the effectiveness of AI with human interaction for sustainable health services;(ii)conditions and quality control to enhance the quality of health care services using AI;(iii)environmental factors as influencing factors for public health care;(iv)Artificial Intelligence,and advanced decision-making technology for Middle Eastern health care *** policymakers,healthcare managers,and researchers who will engage with AI innovation,the review proclaims that AI applications should respect the country’s socio-cultural and ethical practices and pave the way for sustainable healthcare *** empirical research is needed on the implementation issues with AI,creating culturally appropriate models of AI,and finding new applications of AI to address the increasing demand for healthcare services in Saudi Arabia.

BACKGROUND 2D-echocardiography(2DE)has been the primary imaging modality in children with Kawasaki disease(KD)to assess coronary *** To report the presence and implications of incidental congenital coronary artery anomalies that had been misinterpreted as coronary artery abnormalities(CAAs)on *** Records of children diagnosed with KD,who underwent computed tomography coronary angiography(CTCA)at our center between 2013-2023 were *** identified 3 children with congenital coronary artery anomalies in this cohort on *** of CTCA and 2DE were compared in these 3 *** Of the 241 patients with KD who underwent CTCA,3(1.24%)had congenital coronary artery anomalies on CTCA detected *** all 3 patients,baseline 2DE had identified *** was then performed for detailed evaluation as per our unit ***(11-year-boy)amongst the 3 patients had complete KD,while the other two(3.3-year-boy;4-month-girl)had incomplete *** revealed separate origins of left anterior descending artery and left circumflex from left sinus[misinterpreted as dilated left main coronary artery(LCA)on 2DE],single coronary artery(interpreted as dilated LCA on 2DE)and dilated right coronary artery on 2DE in case of anomalous origin of LCA from the main pulmonary *** latter one was subsequently operated *** CTCA is essential for detailed assessment of coronary arteries in children with KD especially in cases where there is suspicion of congenital coronary artery *** solely on 2DE may not be sufficient in such cases,and findings from CTCA can significantly impact therapeutic decision-making.

The present study synthesized Cu-4 wt％ Ni matrix composites reinforced with different percentages of TiC (0,2,4,6,and 8 wt％) through high-energy ball milling,followed by compaction and *** friction and wear behavior was examined at four different normal loads of 5,10,15,and 20 N.A constant sliding speed of 1.25 m/s was maintained while sliding against a hardened counterface made of EN31 steel (HRC 60) under ambient conditions using a pin-on-disk test *** composite hardness increased until the addition of 4 wt％ of TiC,beyond which it was observed to *** a trend may be attributed to the TiC agglomeration in the composites containing relatively larger amounts of TiC (i.e.,6 and 8 wt％).The wear rate linearly increased with the ***,the composites exhibited a lower rate of wear than the matrix alloy,which may have resulted from the relatively higher hardness of *** observed friction and wear behavior has been explained on the basis of hardness and presence of the transfer layer on the worn surface and its nature,i.e.,loose or well *** of 4 wt％ TiC showed the optimum performance in terms of friction and wear caused by its higher hardness and ability to hold a transfer layer of a relatively larger thickness compared to the other *** wear mechanism for the Cu4Ni matrix alloy was a mix of adhesive and oxidative wear and primarily abrasive for the composites containing hard TiC particles.

Adaptive Linear Quadratic Regulator for Continuous-Time Systems With Uncertain Dynamics

In this paper, adaptive linear quadratic regulator(LQR) is proposed for continuous-time systems with uncertain dynamics. The dynamic state-feedback controller uses inputoutput data along the system trajectory to continuously adapt and converge to the optimal controller. The result differs from previous results in that the adaptive optimal controller is designed without the knowledge of the system dynamics and an initial stabilizing policy. Further, the controller is updated continuously using input-output data, as opposed to the commonly used switched/intermittent updates which can potentially lead to stability issues. An online state derivative estimator facilitates the design of a model-free controller. Gradient-based update laws are developed for online estimation of the optimal gain. Uniform exponential stability of the closed-loop system is established using the Lyapunov-based analysis, and a simulation example is provided to validate the theoretical contribution.
