Indigenous peoples are the custodians of traditional knowledge,encompassing their ideas,innovations,and *** history,both plants and animals have served as valuable sources for medicinal remedies,capable of treating or preventing *** article aims to offer a concise overview of the traditional medical uses of vertebrates and the derived products in both human and veterinary *** species are utilized as raw materials,and the resulting products are employed to cure a wide array of *** different regions of India,indigenous peoples have diverse traditional applications for vertebrates and their by-products,which are utilized to treat human and animal *** various parts of India,medical practices involve the use of forty percent mammals,seven percent birds,eleven percent reptiles,eight percent fish,and two percent *** employs around 69 different animal species and their by-products for the treatment of human and veterinary ***,the Theni district of Tamil Nadu utilizes 69 animals,the state of Madhya Pradesh employs 18 animals,the state of Tripura utilizes 25 animals,and the state of Assam employs 44 animals for the treatment of human and veterinary ***,the main objective of this review is to provide a summary of the traditional therapeutic applications of animals and the resulting products.

FDG PET在监测胃肠道淋巴瘤治疗疗效中的应用价值

目的 :探讨FDG -PET在监测胃肠道淋巴瘤治疗疗效中的应用。方法 :对 19例不同类型胃肠道淋巴瘤患者进行回顾性分析 (2例霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 ,15例非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 ,2例mantle细胞淋巴瘤 )。 3例为胃部淋巴瘤 ,14例为小肠淋巴瘤 ,2例为结肠淋巴瘤。所有患者进行治疗前及治疗后PET显像。显像结果与临床结果相比较。结果 :19例患者的治疗前扫描中 ,17例 (89% )为FDG摄取明显增强 ,2例显示病灶部位FDG摄取轻度增强。所有患者治疗后随访PET扫描 ,13例PET图像上未见明显异常FDG摄取 ,6例原病灶部位仍存在异常FDG摄取。FDGPET扫描阴性的患者中 ,仅有 1例 1年后复发 ,占7.7% ,而所有 6例 (10 0 % )治疗后PET随访仍阳性的患者 ,在 1年的随访当中复发。结论 :FDG -PET在监测胃肠道淋巴瘤治疗反应方面有潜在的应用价值。

Diabetes is a major global public health *** prevalence of type 1 diabetes is comparatively static,as hereditary and genetic causes are involved,while type 2 diabetes(T2D)prevalence is increasing day by day.T2D is associated with chronic complications,including diabetic neuropathy(DN),nephropathy,retinopathy,and other complications like diabetic *** is the main complication of both types of *** can be diagnosed by routine laboratory tests,microalbuminuria>300 mg/24 h,and a gradual decrease in glomerular filtration *** the appearance of microalbuminuria is a late manifestation,an early marker for renal damage is ***-2,also known as neutrophil gelatinaseassociated lipocalin(NGAL),is a small protein purified from neutrophil granules and a good marker for kidney *** is a transporter protein responsible for many physiological processes,such as inflammation,generation of the immune response,and metabolic *** has been reported to depict the early changes in renal damage when urine microalbumin is still ***,elucidating the role of NGAL in detecting DN and understanding its mechanism can help establish it as a potential early marker for DN.
