“The time-fractional generalized Burger-Fisher equation(TF-GBFE)”is used in various applied sciences and physical applications,including simulation of gas dynamics,financial mathematics,fluid mechan-ics,and ocean *** equation represents a concept for the coordination of reaction systems,as well as advection,and conveys the understanding of *** Fractional reduced Differential Transform Method(FrDTM)is used to evaluate“the time-fractional generalized Burger-Fisher equation(TF-GBFE).”Todeterminethemethod’s validity,whenthesolutionsareobtained,theyarecorrelatedto exact solutions ofα=1 order,and even for various values ofα.Three-dimensional graphs are used to depict the ***,the analysis of exact and FrDTM solutions indicates that the proposed approach is very accurate.

renal cell carcinoma (rCC) is an important contributor to cancer-specific mortality worldwide. Targeted agents that inhibit key subtype-specific signaling pathways have improved survival times and have recently become part of the standard of care for this disease. Accurately diagnosing and classifying rCC on the basis of tumor histology is thus critical. rCC has been traditionally divided into clear-cell and non-clearcell categories, with papillary rCC forming the most common subtype of non-clear-cell rCC. renal neoplasms with overlapping histologies, such as tumors with mixed clear-cell and papillary features and hybrid renal oncocytic tumors, are increasingly seen in contemporary practice and present a diagnostic challenge with important therapeutic implications. In this review, we discuss the histologic, immunohistochemical, cytogenetic, and clinicopathologic aspects of these differential diagnoses and illustrate how the classification of rCC has evolved to integrate both the tumor's microscopic appearance and its molecular fingerprint.

The mangroves are specialized marine environments widely distributed along the coast lines, which support biologically diverse groups of organisms including microbes. The microorganisms present in this ecosystem contribute significantly in the food web of the tropical marine ecosystem. In the present investigation, Actinomycete isolates obtained from mangrove sediments have been studied for diversity as well as for their bioactive potential. Seven different Actinomycete isolates （MS 1-MS7） were obtained from the sediments collected from the mangrove swamps. The phylogenetic analysis of these isolates showed that out or seven isolates, 3 isolates belong to Streptomyces sp., which has bioactive potential as several bioactive metabolites have been isolated from this group. One bacterium showed genetic similarity with Corynebacterium sp.. The microbes from this group are used for very important industrial applications. Three Actinomycete isolates showed very low similarity with the reported strains from the gene bank. In suggests that, these cultures could be novel and further research work is warranted to prove this speculation. In antagonistic studies, three Actinomycete isolates showed promising results. This investigation highlights the importance of mangrove ecosystem as a rich source of diverse Actinomycete strains for biotechnological applications.

The design of cost-effective, highly active catalysts for hydrogen energy production is a vital element in the societal pursuit of sustainable energy. Water electrolysis is one of the most convenient processes to produce high purity hydrogen. Cobalt-based catalysts are well-known electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction（OEr）. In this article, all these merits indicate that the present cobalt nanocomposite is a promising electrocatalyst for OEr. C–CoO-nanorods catalyst with nanorod structure was synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of CoCl·6HO/dextrose/urea mixture at 180 °C for 18 h and then calcined at400 °C for 3.5 h. The role of dextrose percentage in solution to achieve the uniform coating of carbon on the surface of CoO-nanorods has been demonstrated. The prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XrD）, X-ray photoelectron spectrum（XPS）, field emission scanning electron microscopy（FE-SEM）, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy（Hr-TEM）, and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller instrument（BET）. Due to its unique morphology, the C–CoO-nanorods catalyst exhibited better activity than CoO-microplates catalyst for OEr in 1 M KOH aqueous solution. The results showed a highly efficient, scalable, and low-cost method for developing highly active and stable OEr electrocatalysts in alkaline solution.

AIM: To assess the incidence of vitreous loss and associated risk factors in residents performing manual small-incision cataract surgery(MSICS). METHODS: The present retrospective record review study was performed on 490 patients who underwent MSICS performed between November 2018 and December 2019 by 7 third-year postgraduate residents. The study group comprised of patients having intraoperative vitreous prolapse. All the surgeries were performed under supervision of a trained assistant. rESULTS: The mean age of the participants at the time of surgery was 68.42±2.05 y. Of the 490 patients, 250 patients were male, and 240 patients were female(P=0.23). A total of 215(43.9%) eyes had mature white cataract, 185(37.8%) eyes had brown cataract, and 90(18.3%) eyes had immature senile cataract. The incidence of intraoperative vitreous loss among residents was 2%(10/490). Vitreous loss occurred during hydrodissection [1/10(10%)], nucleus delivery [3/10(30%)], irrigation and aspiration [5/10(50%)], and intraocular lens insertion [1/10(10%)]. Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analysis confirmed immature senile cataract [odds ratio(Or)=3.99;P=0.02], irrigation and aspiration of cortical material(Or=3.07;P=0.03), and anterior capsular extension(Or=3.22, P=0.03) as independent risk factors for vitreous loss. CONCLUSION: Immature senile cataract, irrigation and aspiration of cortical material, and anterior capsular extension are independent risk factors for vitreous loss. Our findings may serve as a guide for future trainers or residents learning MSICS.

A silica supported ionic liquid was synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, and thermogravimetric analysis. All these techniques, especially SEM results indicated the presence of well-defined spherical particles having diameters larger than the pristine silica particles, confirming the successful immobilization of the ionic liquid. The prepared silica supported ionic liquid was used in the reductive amination of cyclohexanone under different conditions with different azeotropic mixtures of formic acid and triethyl amine as a hydrogen source. The catalyst showed efficient catalytic performance and excellent yields of N-cyclohexyl amine derivatives in the range of 58% to 84% at 30 °C. After completion of the reaction, the catalyst was easily recovered by simple filtration and reused for another five cycles without any significant impact on product yields. The obtained catalytic performance indicates that the present catalyst is green, very active, and reusable for the reductive amination of cyclohexanone.

Collision tumor of the kidney composed of clear cell carcinoma and collecting duct carcinoma: report of a case with unusual morphology and clinical follow-up

We report the case of a 67-year-old female who presented with a large renal mass. Gross examination of the nephrectomy specimen demonstrated a 6-cm renal mass that invaded into the renal sinus and perinephric fat. Histologic examination revealed two distinct tumor types. The first type was a conventional(clear cell) renal cell carcinoma that was of low nuclear grade and comprised the minority of the overall tumor. The second type was a high-grade collecting duct carcinoma with glandular/tubular differentiation and composed the majority of the tumor. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated distinctive patterns of the two tumor types, thus confirming two distinct lineages. Five months postoperatively, the patient developed metastasis to the lungs and right hilar lymph node region. A fine needle aspiration of a lung nodule demonstrated a metastatic, poorly differentiated carcinoma, similar to the collecting duct carcinoma component in the kidney. Collision tumors of the kidney are rare with fewer than 10 cases reported in the literature. Our report further expands the spectrum of this rare phenomenon.
