Pulse profile stability of the Crab pulsar

We present an X-ray timing analysis of the Crab pulsar, PSR B0531＋21, using archival RXTE data. We have investigated the stability of the Crab pulse profile, in soft （2-20keV） and hard （30-100 keV） X-ray energies, over the last decade of RXTE operation. The analysis includes measurement of the separation between the two pulse peaks and the intensity and widths of the two peaks. We did not find any significant time dependency in the pulse shape. The two peaks have been stable in phase, intensity and width for the last ten years. The first pulse is relatively stronger at soft X-rays. The first pulse peak is narrower than the second peak in both soft and hard X-ray energies. Both the peaks show a slow rise and a steeper fall. The ratio of the pulsed photons in the two peaks is also constant in time.

Oxidative-exfoliation methods were in vogue in the production of rGO from *** of such synthetic graphite needs high temperatures(2500℃).Thus,such process is not *** present study is made on the dry leaves of sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum)as an alternative raw material so as to be economical and environmentally *** dry leaves are subjected to two-step pyrolysis without any catalyst or reducing agent in far divergent temperatures to produce as prepared and acid treated *** were evaluated by UV–Vis.,FTIR,XRD,raman spectroscopy,TGA/DTG,BET,FESEM-EDS and *** as prepared rGO has few layers with irregular and folded architecture whereas acid-treated rGO has thinly stacked crumpled sheets with many wrinkles on its *** prepared rGOs have multilayered graphitic structure due to the unique ratio between G and D *** treated rGO has poor thermal stability as compared to that of as-prepared rGO at high temperatures due to the variation in the oxygen-containing functional *** treated rGO has low antibacterial activity as compared to that of the as-prepared rGO due to the paucity of the functional groups.

Regio-and stereoselective 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions of C-(3-indolyl)-N-phenylnitrone(10)were carried out with different mono-substituted,disubstituted and cyclic dipolarophiles under mono-mode microwave irradiation to obtain substituted 3-(indol-30-yl)-N-phenyl-isoxazolidines(16–22).Reactions of nitrone(10)with allenic esters under similar conditions afforded,via a domino process,bis-indole derivatives(23a–c)along with compounds 24 and ***,reactions of C-(3-pyridyl)-N-phenylnitrone(26)with mono-substituted,disubstituted and cyclic dipolarophiles were carried out in refluxing dry toluene to obtain substituted 3-(30-pyridyl)-Nphenylisoxazolidines(27–34).Some of the compounds(16f,18b,23a,23c,27c and 29f)display significant cytotoxicity against a number of human cancer cell lines.
