“夸父计划”是由三颗小卫星组成的有机系统,用于监测太阳活动影响日地空间天气连锁变化的全过程,建议在2012发射,寿命为4年或更长。“夸父A”卫星位于日地连线上距地球150万公里的太阳与地球引力平衡处第一拉格朗日点,即l1点上,用来全天候监测太阳爆发事件的发生及其扰动在日地空间中的传播过程。“夸父”的名字寓意夸父A星像传说中夸父一样追日。卫星“夸父B1 ”和“夸父B2”在地球极轨上共轭飞行,用来监测太阳活动导致的地球附近空间环境的整体变化。“夸父”的科学目标是:研究日地系统能量输入和输出,日地爆发事件的形成和因果关系,以及空间天气连锁变化过程,预期在能量和扰动耦合机制方面,在揭示因果链机制方面取得具有重要原创性意义的突破性进展。“夸父”应用目标是:揭示空间灾害性天气变化的规律,开展空间天气的预报、警报和现报等服务业务。夸父计划将成为国际空间天气和日地物理研究中令人瞩目的重要项目。

Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who exhibit elevated blood eosinophil levels often experience worsened lung function and more severe *** implies the potential involvement of eosinophils in the development of ***,the precise mechanisms underlying the development of eosinophil-mediated emphysema remain *** this study,we employed single-cell RNA sequencing to identify eosinophil subgroups in mouse models of asthma and emphysema,followed by functional analyses of these *** of accumulated eosinophils unveiled distinct transcriptomes in the lungs of mice with elastase-induced emphysema and ovalbumin-induced *** of eosinophils through the use of anti-interleukin-5 antibodies ameliorated elastase-induced emphysema.A particularly noteworthy discovery is that eosinophil-derived cathepsin l contributed to the degradation of the extracellular matrix,thereby leading to emphysema in pulmonary tissue Inhibition of cathepsin l resulted in a reduction of elastase-induced emphysema in a mouse ***,eosinophil levels correlated positively with serum cathepsin l levels,which were higher in emphysema patients than those without *** of cathepsin l in eosinophils demonstrated a direct association with lung emphysema in COPD ***,these findings underscore the significant role of eosinophil-derived cathepsin l in extracellular matrix degradation and remodeling,and its relevance to emphysema in coPD ***,targeting eosinophil-derived cathepsin l could potentially offer a therapeutic avenue for emphysema *** investigations are warranted to explore therapeutic strategies targeting cathepsin l in emphysema patients.

中国投资者是国际收购市场的重要参与者,国有企业和私营企业都在追求复杂的收购策略。东道国的政治家们"欢迎"这些收购活动的方式是呼吁进行严厉的投资管理。本文以一些著名案例为基础,讨论业已出现在美国和欧盟监管者面前的投资管理法热点问题。在借鉴经合组织和世界贸易组织框架内的国际惯例的基础上,该分析将为国有企业和在政府影响下行事的私营企业找出一些可行的原则。当前的监管话语表明对中国投资采取的是一种基于所有权的方法。更近距离的审视表明,盛行的态度是具体案件具体分析,几乎不遵从先例。为审查国有企业而发明的市场经济标准被类比适用于据称与政府和政治关系密切的私营企业。在未来多年内,监管者(也许还有外交官)将不得不在投资管理关切与资本自由流动之间寻求平衡。
