Detecting hate speech automatically in social media forensics has emerged as a highly challenging task due tothe complex nature of language used in such platforms. Currently, several methods exist for classifying hatespeech, but they still suffer from ambiguity when differentiating between hateful and offensive content and theyalso lack accuracy. The work suggested in this paper uses a combination of the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to adjust the weights of two Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLPs)for neutrosophic sets classification. During the training process of the MLP, the WOA is employed to exploreand determine the optimal set of weights. The PSO algorithm adjusts the weights to optimize the performanceof the MLP as fine-tuning. Additionally, in this approach, two separate MLP models are employed. One MLPis dedicated to predicting degrees of truth membership, while the other MLP focuses on predicting degrees offalse membership. The difference between these memberships quantifies uncertainty, indicating the degree ofindeterminacy in predictions. The experimental results indicate the superior performance of our model comparedto previous work when evaluated on the Davidson dataset.

Thyroid hormones play essential roles in spermatogenesis,but their effects on infertile males remain poorly *** study aimed to evaluate the impact of combining carbimazole(CBZ)with vitamin e(Ve)on testicular injury induced by experimental hyperthyroidism in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflammatory,and apoptotic *** this experimental study,64 adult male albino Wistar rats were divided into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(Ve-control),Group IV(CBZ+Ve-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+Ve-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+Ve-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of Medicine,Suez Canal University(Ismailia,egypt).After cervical decapitation,both testes and epididymis were examined histopathologically and *** differences were observed among groups concerning malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Perase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lymphoma 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)mRNA levels(all Perthyroid group treated with CBZ alone(Group VI)exhibited testicular side effects,affecting seminiferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed improved spermatogenesis and a decrease in testicular side *** addition of Ve to the treatment of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side effects and seminiferous tubular affection when potentially improving *** research is needed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms fully.

BACKGROUND Angelman syndrome(AS)is caused by maternal chromosomal deletions,imprinting defects,paternal uniparental disomy involving chromosome 15 and the ubiquitin-protein ligase UBe3A gene *** the genetic basis remains unclear for several *** To investigate the involvement of UBe3A gene in AS and identifying new potential genes using exome *** We established a cohort study in 50 patients referred to Farhat Hached University Hospital between 2006 and 2021,with a strong suspicion of AS and absence of chromosomal *** UBe3A gene was screened for mutation *** unrelated patients issued from consanguineous families were subjected to exome *** We describe seven UBe3A variants among them 3 none previously described including intronic variants c.2220+14T>C(intron14),c.2507+43T>A(exon15)and insertion in exon7:c.30-47_*** exome sequencing revealed 22 potential genes that could be involved in AS-like syndromes that should be investigated *** Screening for UBe3A mutations in AS patients has been proven to be useful to confirm the *** exome findings could rise to new potential alternative target genes for genetic counseling.

Wet-cupping therapy(WCT)is one of the oldest known medical techniques,used as a traditional and complementary therapy with a wide application all around the world for general *** on the effects of WCT on sports performance are sparse and ***,we aimed to explore the effects of WCT on repeated sprint ability,wellness,and exertion in young active ***-nine active adult males(age:[28±5]years;body height[177±8]cm;body mass:[79±7]kg;body mass index:[25.4±1.8]kg/m^(2))were selected for the *** participants performed a running-based sprint test on two separate occasions(Control and Post-WCT).WCT was performed 24 h before the testing *** completed the Hooper questionnaire to assess their well-being(i.e.,sleep,stress,fatigue,and soreness)before each *** rating of perceived exertion(RPe)was collected after each testing session.A higher maximum power(peffect size[eS]=0.6),mean power(peS=0.5)and minimum power(peS=0.6)were recorded post-WCT as compared to Control session along with a better perceived sleep(peS=0.85).Perceived stress(peS=0.6)and RPe(peS=1.1)were lower during the post-WCT compared to the Control *** present findings demonstrated that WCT moderately enhanced repeated sprint ability and had positive effects on perceived sleep,stress,and *** may be an effective ergogenic aid to improve repeated sprint ability and general wellbeing in young adult *** large-scale multicentric clinical studies are paramount to confirm the results of our study.

This paper presents a quasi-Z-source based isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter(qZIBDC)for renewable energy *** converter utilizes a dual active bridge circuit with a quasi-Z-source network on both sides,so the converter works as buck/boost converter from either *** has a wider input/output voltage operating range,soft-switching capabilities without additional devices,and higher boost capability than a traditional dual active bridge *** from that,shoot-through states are incorporated in its operating cycle to boost the input voltage resulting in high reliability of the proposed *** to the symmetrical structure of the circuit,there is no defined high voltage or low voltage side as in traditional isolated bidirectional DC-DC *** operating principle and control strategy of the proposed converter are *** and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter topology and its control strategy.

Coverless Image Steganography Based on Jigsaw Puzzle Image Generation

Current image steganography methods are working by assigning an image as a cover file then embed the payload within it by modifying its pixels,creating the stego ***,the left traces that are caused by these modifications will make steganalysis algorithms easily detect the hidden payload.A coverless data hiding concept is proposed to solve this *** does not mean that cover is not required,or the payload can be transmitted without a ***,the payload is embedded by cover generation or a secret message mapping between the cover file and the *** this paper,a new coverless image steganography method has been proposed based on the jigsaw puzzle image generation driven by a secret ***,the image is divided into equal rows then further divided into equal columns,creating blocks(i.e.,sub-images).Then,according to secret message bits and a proposed mapping function,each block will have tabs/blanks to get the shape of a puzzle piece creating a fully shaped jigsaw puzzle *** that,the generated jigsaw puzzle image is sent to the *** results and analysis show a good performance in the hiding capacity,security,and robustness compared with existing coverless image steganography methods.
