洋甘菊抗哮喘活性部位的提取工艺研究

目的:运用正交试验优化洋甘菊抗哮喘活性部位的提取工艺。方法:以洋甘菊特征成分咖啡酰基奎宁酸类(3,4-二-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸和4,5-二-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸)化合物的含量、提取率以及提取物抗哮喘体外筛选作为考察指标,对洋甘菊抗哮喘活性成分的提取工艺进行评价。结果:确定最优提取条件为:70%乙醇作为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶30,回流提取2次,每次提取时间2 h。结论:运用正交试验确定洋甘菊抗哮喘活性成分的最优提取工艺。

Malware attacks on the Android platform are rapidly increasing due to the high consumer adoption of Android *** technologies have motivated cyber-criminals to actively create and disseminate a wide range of malware on Android *** researchers have conducted numerous studies on the detection of Android malware,but the majority of the works are based on the detection of generic Android *** detection based on malware categories will provide more insights about the malicious patterns of the ***,this paper presents a detection solution for different Android malware categories,including adware,banking,SMS malware,and *** this paper,a novel Huffman encoding-based feature vector generation technique is *** experiments have proved that this novel approach significantly improves the efficiency of the detection *** method makes use of system call frequencies as features to extract malware’s dynamic behavior *** proposed model was evaluated using machine learning and deep learning *** results show that the proposed model with the Random Forest classifier outperforms some existing methodologies with a detection accuracy of 98.70%.

The effect of forests clear felling and associated burning on the population of soil nitrogen transforming bacteria and actinomycetes are reported at three pair sites of Chittagong University campus, Bangla- desh in monsoon tropical climate. Clear felled area or burnt site and 15-21 year mixed plantation of native and exotic species, situated side by side on low hill having Typic Dystrochrepts soil was represented at each pair site. At all the three pair sites, clear felled area or burnt site showed very significantly （p~_0.001） lower population of actinomycetes, Rhizobium, Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter and ammonifying as well as deni- trifying bacteria compared to their adjacent mixed plantation. From en- vironmental consideration, this finding has implication in managing natural ecosystem.

Segmenting Arabic handwritings had been one of the subjects of research in the field of Arabic character recognition for more than 25 years. The majority of reported segmentation techniques share a critical shortcoming, which is over-segmentation. The aim of segmentation is to produce the letters (segments) of a handwritten word. When a resulting letter (segment) is made of more than one piece (stroke) instead of one, this is called over-segmentation. Our objective is to overcome this problem by using an Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to verify the resulting segment. We propose a set of heuristic-based rules to assemble strokes in order to report the precise segmented letters. Preprocessing phases that include normalization and feature extraction are required as a prerequisite step for the ANN system for recognition and verification. In our previous work [1], we did achieve a segmentation success rate of 86% but without recognition. In this work, our experimental results confirmed a segmentation success rate of no less than 95%.

The segmentation of individual words into characters is a vital process in handwritten character recognition systems. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed to segment handwritten Arabic text (words). We consider the “Naskh” font style. The segmentation algorithm employs seven agents in order to detect regions where segmentation is illegal. Feature points (end points) are extracted from the remaining regions of the word-image. Initially, the middle of every two successive end points is considered as a candidate segmentation point based on a set of rules. The experimental results are very promising as we achieved a success rate of 86%.

Extrusion-Compression molded isotactic polypropylene (iPP) composites containing 10 wt%, 20 wt%, 30 wt%, 40 wt% and 50 wt% of talc filler were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) and physical testing. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) micrographs of neat iPP and composites with 10 wt%, 20 wt%, 30 wt%, 40 wt% and 50 wt% talc content show that neat PP, 10 wt%, 20 wt%, and 30wt% talc composites surface is smooth in comparison to 40 wt% and 50 wt% talc composites. It is also observed that talc is dispersed uniformly in the matrix and this uniform dispersion is not decreased even with talc content as high as 30 wt% talc. The composites of 40 wt% and 50 wt% talc contain more crack, agglomerates or larger particles. Bulk density of the composites decreases with the increase of talc content. With the increase of percentage of talc and period of immersion, the water absorption (WA) increases. Thermal analyses indicate a considerable increase of thermal stability of the composites with filler addition.
