With the increase in IoT(Internet of Things)devices comes an inherent challenge of *** the world today,privacy is the prime concern of every *** one’s privacy and keeping anonymity throughout the system is a desired functionality that does not come without inevitable trade-offs like scalability and increased complexity and is always exceedingly difficult to *** challenge is keeping confidentiality and continuing to make the person innominate throughout the *** address this,we present our proposed architecture where we manage IoT devices using blockchain *** proposed architecture works on and off blockchain integrated with the closed-circuit television(CCTV)security camera fixed at the rental *** this framework,the CCTV security camera feed is redirected towards the owner and renter based on the smart contract *** entity(owner or renter)can see the CCTV security camera feed at one *** is no third-party dependence except for the CCTV security camera deployment *** contributions include the proposition of framework architecture,a novel smart contract algorithm,and the modification to the ring signatures leveraging an existing cryptographic *** are made based on different systems’security and key management *** an empirical study,our proposed algorithm performed better in key generation,proof generation,and verification *** comparing similar existing schemes,we have shown the proposed architectures’*** now,we have developed this system for a specific area in the real ***,this system is scalable and applicable to other areas like healthcare monitoring systems,which is part of our future work.

Dry cropland changes in China's Three Gorges Reservoir Region during the period 1990 to 2015

Monitoring and analyzing changes in the extent of cultivated land may inform strategic decisions on issues of environmental and food *** dry cropland area of 12000 km^2in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region(TGRR)of China is essential for feeding the local population of^20 million,but is highly prone to soil erosion,leading to the delivery of excessive amounts of sediment and associated pollutants to the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR),and causing serious eco-environmental *** this background,this paper used Landsat images and a digital elevation model to analyze the altitudinal distribution of,and dynamic changes in,the area of dry cropland during the period 1990 to *** results suggest that dry cropland was mainly distributed in the elevation range of 200-600 *** dry cropland area decreased from 12525.37 km^2to 11796.27 km^2during the 25-year study period,including a particularly significant decrease in the rate of decrease from 6.93 km^2/yr to 43.99 km^2/yr after *** largest decline in the dry cropland area occurred in the elevation range of 600-900 *** transformations between dry cropland and forest revealed the impact of the TGR operation on the extent of dry cropland.A total of 528.79 km^2of dry cropland with slopes>25°were converted to forest after 2000,whereas a total of 642 km^2of forest was converted to dry cropland during the study period,and these conversions mainly occurred between the elevation of 200–900 *** spatiotemporal changes in the dry cropland area are likely to raise new issues concerning food security in the TGRR.

Wireless Body Area Network(WBAN)technologies are emerging with extensive applications in several *** is a fascinating domain of WBAN for smart monitoring of a patient’s *** important factor to consider in WBAN is a node’s *** the lifetime of nodes is critical to address many issues,such as utility and *** routing protocols have addressed the energy conservation problem but considered only a few parameters,thus affecting their ***,most of the existing schemes did not consider traffic prioritization which is critical in *** this paper,an adaptive multi-cost routing protocol is proposed with a multi-objective cost function considering minimum distance from sink,temperature of sensor nodes,priority of sensed data,and maximum residual energy on sensor *** performance of the proposed protocol is compared with the existing schemes for the parameters:network lifetime,stability period,throughput,energy consumption,and path *** is evident from the obtained results that the proposed protocol improves network lifetime and stability period by 30%and 15%,respectively,as well as outperforms the existing protocols in terms of throughput,energy consumption,and path loss.

中国区域生态经济投入效益测度及其时空演化分析

在政府强化环境绩效考核的当下,科学考察中国区域生态经济投入效益时空演化规律,对于中国实现经济发展与环境保护双赢具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文采用2003—2014年中国大陆30个省、市和自治区数据,考虑废水、化学需氧量、工业废气和工业烟(粉)尘等非期望产出,构建sBM-DEA超效率模型测算中国区域生态经济投入效益水平。并基于空间经济学的视角,对区域生态经济投入效益时空演化格局进行分析。结果显示:(1)区域生态经济投入效益呈现从东部沿海向西部内陆地区逐渐递减的地带性差异;(2)要素配置失衡导致资源投入效率存在"短板效应",各区域表现出不同的资源投入松弛量空间分布状态、生态经济投入效益无法达到最优状态;(3)空间全局Moran's I指数证实区域生态经济投入效益逐步由较强的空间集聚状态向较弱集聚状态转变;(4)Getis-Ord Gi*指数结果表明,热点和次热点区域呈现出与生态经济投入效益较为一致的地带性分布;(5)重心移动轨迹曲折,东西往复摆动,表明中国区域生态经济投入效益分布存在振荡演化趋势。这意味着:要重视省际间的经济联系,强化区域联动和产业分工,在结构转换的带动下提升资源的配置效率;逐步引导企业成为科技研发投入的主体,使研发投入与产品和市场紧密结合,高层次人力资源,培养与企业需求相结合。延长热点区域技术、人力资源等生产要素的空间溢出半径,缩小生态经济投入效益冷热点区域之间的失衡;政府要建立规范化的治污投资效益评价体系加强治污投资资金的管理和监督,注重依靠市场化的手段将区域经济发展过程中的外部性内部化,从而推动区域生态经济投入效益水平的不断提升。

Nickel Antimony sulphide Thin Films for solar Cell Application: study of Optical Constants

Chemical bath deposition technique has been used to deposit Ni-doped sb2s3 thin films onto glass substrate. Doping was carried out by adding 1, 3 and 5 wt% of Ni. Bath temperature was kept as 10℃ and films were annealed at 250℃ under vacuum. Polycrystalline nature of films with an orthorhombic phase was analyzed by X-ray diffraction technique. scanning electron microscopy was used for morphological study which shows that grains are spherical. Optical measurements using transmittance data indicated that films have a direct band gap of 1.00 - 2.60 eV with an absorption coefficient of ~104 cmsup>-1sup> in visible range. The average value of electrical conductivity was calculated as 1.66, 1.11 and 1.06 (Ω·cm)sup>-1sup> for as-deposited films and 1.90, 2.08 and 1.15 (Ω·cm)sup>-1sup> for annealed films while refractive indices were found as 2.18 - 3.38 and 1.91 - 3.74 respectively. The obtained films can be used for solar cell applications due to their good absorbing properties like higher absorption coefficient and refractive index values.
