The present paper is aimed at studying the effects of thermal relaxation time and gravity of a two-dimensional problem with anisotropic semi-infinite solid media with the deformation of fiber-reinforced generalized thermoplastic. The harmonic function techniques are used. The thermal stresses, temperature and displacement have been obtained. These expressions are calculated numerically for two values of elastic constants for mediums M1 and M2 respectively. The results obtained are displayed by graphs to clear the phenomena physical meaning. The results indicate that the effect of gravity, relaxation times and parameters of fibre-reinforced of the material medium are very pronounced.

枸杞属茄科多年生植物,是一种药食两用植物,因其高效的药理作用,多年来被很多人作草药而广泛食用。目前,枸杞越来越多地被欧洲和亚洲国家人民作为功能性食品而食用,并在西方已作为保健食品销售。在外观上,干燥枸杞果皮的颜色呈现红色至深红色,能引起消费者的购买的欲望。目前已有研究表明,枸杞多糖具有增强免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌和抑制肿瘤生长等作用,具有很重要的研究价值。但传统的提取多糖的方法,不仅提取率较低且提取时间也较长,而超声辅助提取能对热和质进行有效地传递,可以显著地提高提取率和节约时间,而且作为绿色、安全和高效的新技术,而被广泛用于农产品有效成分的提取。提取是一个连续性过程,对其关键指标在线原位实时检测,最终实现提取过程终止的自动判断与决策,分离提取过程的智能化控制有重要的价值,且目前相关研究鲜见报道。本文首先研究超声辅助提取(UAE)对枸杞多糖提取率的影响,其次系统的研究三种多模式超声波对枸杞多糖提取率的影响,最终应用NIR技术对提取过程提取液中多糖含量进行在线检测与建模,进而实现对提取过程的实时分析与规划。主要研究工作及其结果如下:单频逆流聚能式超声的最佳提取条件为:提取时间30 min,提取温度60℃,固/液比20g/600ml,超声频率28 kHz,枸杞粗多糖提取率为26.38%。与传统热水提取相比,粗多糖提取率在温度降低33.3%和提取时间减少50%的情况下,提取率提高了17.51%。美国购买的对位双频超声波,在模式为20kHz,16kHz条件下,枸杞多糖提取率为33.6%,比传统热水提取增加了49.67%。双频逆流聚能式超声在模式为20 kHz/40kHz时,提取率为38.93%,比传统热水相比增加了73.41%。因此,双频逆流聚能式超声波与单频逆流聚能式超声波和对位双频超声波相比,双频逆流聚能式超声波20kHz/40 kHz是枸杞粗多糖的最佳模式。在双频逆流聚能式超声波20 kHz/40 kHz提取过程中使用NIR光谱仪预测提取过程中的多糖含量。通过微小型便携式近红外(NIR)光谱仪和多变量分析进行枸杞多糖的研究。对变量进行Si-PLS算法的选择,建立校正回归模型。模型的性能通过预测集中的相关系数(Rp)和均方根误差(RMSEP)进行评估。结果表明,在多糖含量模型中Rp=0.994,RMSEP=0.49。结果显示,使用微小型便携式近红外(NIR)光谱仪,通过联合偏区间最小二乘法建立的模型可作为枸杞多糖超声过程中原位实时监测。

随着无线通信迅速的发展,系统容量亟待扩升,密集网络的出现对系统容量的扩充起到了至关重要的作用。但密集网络中的复杂干扰问题会导致网络性能的下降。无线通信的爆炸性增长,以及现有的低效的许可频谱的使用,有力地推动了认知无线电网络和通信的发展和标准化。认知网络技术在提高网络性能方面具有巨大的潜力,即使不考虑动态频谱使用。通过在密集网络中采用认知无线电,可有效解决复杂的干扰问题。合作频谱感知是通过减少检测用户的数量提高无线传感器通信的频谱效率的技术。基于此,认知无线电可以被发展为一个有利的技术支持的合作频谱感知,这意味着无线用户提供了增强的能力,用于检测操作的无线环境,并利用从这种传感获得的网络侧信息。合作频谱感知的概念意味着,无线系统的用户被划分成一个多层次的层次结构的主用户和认知无线电能力的次用户。在密集网络中,频谱效率的提高可以通过在应急环境中根据融合规则减少合作用户数来取得。在传统的应急环境中,采用传统的固定功率分配方式会导致低频谱效率这一问题可通过引入认知无线电技术得以解决。为了满足应急环境低延迟的需求,认知无线电的合作频谱感知机制需考虑合作用户和信噪比条件。合作频谱感知,即多个认知用户感知合作进行频谱感知以提高感知性能的技术,可用于应急环境。采用合作频谱感知机制的应急网络被分为不同簇(集群消防战士,警察,救援服务等),形成无线自组织网络。他们分别管理并在特设基础上创建。在操作过程中,每个集群将合作,帮助其他集群,以实现其特定的任务。这样的集群被称为一个事件区域网络,它由两种类型的节点。本文首先调研了密集网络和认知无线电的研究现状,重点总结和比较了密集网络合作频谱感知技术和传统的合作频谱感知技术。然后结合密集网络的特征,利用matlab对合作频谱感知技术进行了仿真分析和比较。最后,为了增强合作频谱感知算法的鲁棒性,我们提出了一个新的基于应急网络的合作频谱感知机制。

Speech recognition allows the machine to turn the speech signal into text through identification and understanding process. Extract the features, predict the maximum likelihood, and generate the models of the input speech signal are considered the most important steps to configure the Automatic Speech Recognition System (ASR). In this paper, an automatic Arabic speech recognition system was established using MATLAB and 24 Arabic words Consonant-Vowel Consonant-Vowel Consonant-Vowel (CVCVCV) was recorded from 19 Arabic native speakers, each speaker uttering the same word 3 times (total 1368 words). In order to test the system, 39-features were extracted by partitioning the speech signal into frames ~ 0.25 sec shifted by 0.10 sec. in back-end, the statistical models were generated by separated the features into number of states between 4 to 10, each state has 8-gaussian distributions. The data has 48 k sample rate and 32-bit depth and saved separately in a wave file format. The system was trained in phonetically rich and balanced Arabic speech words list (10 speakers * 3 times * 24 words, total 720 words) and tested using another word list (24 words * 9 speakers * 3 times *, total 648 words). Using different speakers similar words, the system obtained a very good word recognition accuracy results of 92.92% and a Word Error Rate (WER) of 7.08%.

埃及与中国都是拥有着各自文化的文明古国。随着中埃的进一步合作发展,学习汉语的埃及人也逐渐增多,教授汉语的地点也随之增多,不止大学和孔子学院。本文的调查对象为66位埃及汉语学习者,这些学习者的年龄、汉语水平、汉语学习经验及性别都不同。教学是种人才培养的过程,由教师的教与学习者的学共同组成。教师和学习者在教与学的过程中产生了重要联系,而在此过程中,教师与学习者会遇到一些不可避免的问题与障碍,如:沟通困难、教材缺陷、教学方法落后、教学环境恶劣等,因此为了克服这些困难与减轻障碍,有必要对这些困难产生的原因做充分的了解。为了研究埃及汉语学习者对埃及本土汉语教师与埃及中国汉语教师的满意度和接受度,本文对埃及本土汉语教师与埃及中国汉语教师的汉语教学特点及效果进行研究,以埃及学习者为观察研究对象,通过问卷,调查埃及汉语学习者对埃及本土汉语教师和埃及中国汉语教师的教学特点并做出学习反馈和建议。问卷调查显示埃及本土汉语教师和埃及中国汉语教师对埃及汉语学习者均十分重要,且优缺点鲜明。虽然调查问卷显示埃、中两国教师的教学是有效的,但是也同时揭示了两国教师的不足之处与学习者的困难和需求等。其中包括:学习者与教师沟通困难的问题、缺乏练习汉语机会的问题、教师的严厉造成学习者产生距离感的问题、教师无法因材施教的问题等。同时,问卷调查结果还显示埃及汉语学习者对埃及本土汉语教师和中国汉语教师的满意度较高,也显示出埃、中两国教师对埃及汉语学习者存在的重要性与学习者对两国教师的需求。因此,本研究致力于更加深入地了解埃及汉语学习者在学习汉语的过程中所面临的困难及其产生的原因。通过对埃及学习者给两国教师建议的梳理,总结埃及汉语学习者对两国教师提出来的学习反馈与教学建议,能够把握埃及汉语学习者学习汉语的难点和更适合埃及学习者的汉语教学方法,帮助埃、中两国教师和埃及学习者探索出汉语学习的更加有效果的学和教的汉语环境,帮助埃及汉语学习者更好地把握汉语,达到学习汉语目标,也帮助埃中两国教师提高教学质量,提升教学效果。

Epidemiology of COVID-19 in Misrata, Libya: A Population-Based Surveillance Study

Background: The prevalence of SARS-COV2 in Libya is unclear;PCR is still under-performed. Although lockdown measures have been in place for weeks, there is no prevalence data to support the gradual lifting of such lockdowns. SARS-COV2 IgM/IgG is emerging as potential alternatives to PCR testing, and many counties and towns have undertaken such seroprevalence studies. Objective: Prevalence of SARS-COV2 in Misrata, Libya amongst the population as a whole. Materials and Methods: The study was prospective, cross-sectional, population-based, and age-stratified, to assess SARS-COV2 IgM/IgG in the population of Misrata. It was carried out between the 18th and 21st of April, 2020. Results: A representative sample of 897 participants was tested for SARS-COV2 IgM/IgG antibodies. 30 participants were positive for IgM or IgG indicating a prevalence of 3.4% (95% CI, 2.8% - 5.2%), with eight (0.9%) IgM positive and 22 (2.4%) IgG positive. Accordingly, 9075 (95% CI, 6586 - 14,170) people are estimated to have had a current or recent COVID-19 infection, symptomatic or asymptomatic. Conclusion and Recommendations: Serological testing as a diagnostic or surveillance tool may uncover a large proportion of asymptomatic individuals in the community, far outnumbering PCR. The authors highly recommend further precautionary public measures, as well as an ongoing surveillance programme to monitor the epidemiological trends of the disease in the city of Misrata and Libya in general.
