Age calibrated deformation histories established by detailed mapping and dating of key magmatic time markers are correlated across all tectono-metamorphic provinces in the Damara Orogenic *** across structural belts result in an internally consistent deformation framework with evidence of stress field rotations with similar timing,and switches between different deformation *** principle compressive stress rotated clockwise ~180°in total during kaoko Belt evolution,and^135° during Damara Belt *** most stages,stress field variation is progressive and can be attributed to events within the Damara Orogenic System,caused by changes in relative trajectories of the interacting Rio De La Plata,Congo,and kalahari *** orogenesis occurred earliest and evolved from collision and obduction at ~590 Ma,involving E-W directed shortening,progressing through different transpressional states with ~45° rotation of the stress field to strike-slip shear under NW-SE shortening at ~550-530 *** orogenesis evolved from collision at ~555-550 Ma with NW-SE directed shortening in common with the kaoko Belt,and subsequently evolved through ~90°rotation of the stress field to ne-SW shortening at ~512-508 *** kaoko and Damara orogenic fronts were operating at the same time,with all three cratons being coaxially convergent during the 550-530 Ma period;Rio De La Plata directed SE against the Congo Craton margin,and both together over-riding the kalahari Craton margin also towards the *** stress field rotation was punctuated by rapid and significant switches at ~530-525 Ma,~508 Ma and ~505 *** three events included:(1)Culmination of main phase orogenesis in the Damara Belt,coinciding with maximum burial and peak metamorphism at 530-525 *** occurred at the same time as termination of transpression and initiation of transtensional reactivation of shear zones in the kaoko *** compressive stress switched from NW-

Background: “Low-risk” pregnancy is defined as a pregnancy that develops physiologically in a healthy woman and remains healthy. In practice, “low-risk” pregnancies are defined by excluding high-risk pregnancies. Objectives: Evaluate the rate of complications and medical interventions in “low-risk” pregnant women. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study assessing the risk of obstetrical complications and medical interventions in low-risk patients from January 2010 to December 2020 at Philippe Maguilen Senghor Health Center in Dakar, Senegal. Results: There were 10,979 low-risk patients out of a total of 52,768, accounting for 20.8%. As medical interventions, episiotomy was performed in 27.5% and cesarean section in 8.7%. Acute fetal distress was observed in 4.1%. A low Apgar score at the fifth minute was observed in 1.89% (whereas it was 3.49% in high risk patients). newborn-resuscitation was performed in 10.7%. neonatal mortality was 5‰. Conclusion: Low-risk pregnancies are not without “risk”, and thus care-givers should prepare for risks even at dealing with low risk patients.

Abdominal advanced pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. The diagnosis can be difficult, especially in advanced forms. The management is mainly surgical. The materno-fetal mortality is very high with a high risk of bleeding. We report a case of a 22 years old primiparous who presented an abdominal pregnancy with intraoperative discovery. Through this case managed in our structure, we will present the diagnostic and management difficulties.

Background: Escherichia coli are ubiquitous bacteria colonising both humans and animals. Extended spectrum β-lactamase-producing E. coli has been selected as a suitable indicator for the monitoring and surveillance of antimicrobial resistance. Death due to resistant bacteria is continuously rising in Cameroon, but the contribution of the aviary sector is not well studied. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the resistance profile of extended spectrum beta-lactamases-producing Escherichia coli strains, isolated from faeces of broiler chickens in Yaoundé, capital city of Cameroon. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out from February to June 2020. Escherichia coli were isolated from samples of broilers in poultry farms in Yaoundé and submitted to the extended spectrum β-lactamase screening. The logistic regression was used to assess the statistical association of a significance threshold p-value of 0.05. Results: Out of 385 faecal samples collected in broiler farms, 114 Escherichia coli isolates were obtained out of which 30 (26.32%) were Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases-producing Escherichia coli. These isolates revealed high resistance to all antibiotic families. Poor storage conditions for feeds and the proximity to latrines, the troughs on the ground, the lack of foot bath and uniforms, the inadequate treatment of faeces, the poor usage of preventive antibiotics and the lack of water treatment have been identified as risk factors to faecal carriage of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli. Conclusion: This work reveals the emergence of Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases-producing Escherichia coli in poultry farms in Yaoundé and the failure in the biosecurity system. As such, the awareness of poultry breeders on the respect of biosecurity measures may be an effective tool to tackle antimicrobial resistance, specifically in livestock industries using a One Health approach.

为合理地选择柴油发电机组安装架的结构形式和支承位置,对柴油发电机组安装架在运用中出现的问题进行了分析,并结合安装架的受力特点,提出两种设计方案。为比较两种方案的可行性,采用有限元方法对两种设计方案安装架的强度和刚度进行计算、分析和比较。计算结果表明,两种方案的强度、垂向刚度均能满足设计要求,但方案二的扭转刚度明显优于方案一。
