the spread of the severe Acute Respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2)has already taken on pandemic extents,influencing even more than 200 nations in a couple of ***,regulation measures in China have decreased new cases by over 98%,this decrease is not the situation everywhere,and most of the countries still have been affected by *** objective of this research work is to make a comparative analysis of the top 5 most populated countries namely United states,India,China,Pakistan and Indonesia,from 1st January 2020 to 31st July *** research work also targets to predict an increase in the number of deaths and total infected cases in these five *** our research,the performance of the proposed framework is determined by using three Machine Learning(ML)regression algorithms namely Linear Regression(LR),support Vector Regression(sVR),andRandom Forest(RF)*** proposed model is also validated upon the infected and death cases of further *** performance of these three algorithms is compared using the RootMean square Error(RMsE)*** Forest algorithm shows best performance as compared to other proposed algorithms,with the lowest RMsE value in the prediction of total infected and total deaths cases for all the top five most populated countries.

the COVID-19 disease has already spread to more than 213 countries and territories with infected(confirmed)cases of more than 27 million people throughout the world so far,while the numbers keep *** India,this deadly disease was first detected on January 30,2020,in a student of Kerala who returned from *** of India’s high population density,different cultures,and diversity,it is a good idea to have a separate analysis of each ***,this paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the effect of COVID-19 on Indian states and Union territories and the development of a regression model to predict the number of discharge patients and deaths in each *** performance of the proposed prediction framework is determined by using three machine learning regression algorithms,namely Polynomial Regression(PR),Decision tree Regression,and Random Forest(RF)*** results show a comparative analysis of the states and union territories having more than 1000 cases,and the trained model is validated by testing it on further *** performance is evaluated using the RMsE *** results show that the Polynomial Regression with an RMsE value of 0.08,shows the best performance in the prediction of the discharged *** contrast,in the case of prediction of deaths,Random Forest with a value of 0.14,shows a better performance than other techniques.

Growing competition in the software industry with the persistently changing needs and the usual?problems associated with software release, which have made acceptance of a new software in?market, are extremely important for the success. Volatility in the software developmental processes is generally difficult to handle. the change request at any arbitrary point of time leads to the inevitable change and rework request. the software release process which broadly includes all the process that starts after the completion of development till the final deployment. this complete phase is exposed to various risks which may hamper the final result. this paper presents threat associated with software release activities and their possible mitigation and exploring the role played by the change management in controlling or reducing those *** the effective survival in ever changing software industry needs, software Release Management takes a holistic view of the change and configuration relationship and work on the improvement strategies for the effective release with zero defect potential.

Introduction: NsAIDs inhibit COX-2, which is responsible for regulating neurons leading to neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease affecting the geriatric population, as it affects more than two third cases of dementia in the sphere. Results obtained from experimental and observational studies were unclear regarding the protective role of NsAIDs in AD, therefore this justifies the need for meta-analysis. Methods: Database search was PubMed, Web of science, and Embase. Experimental studies and Observational studies investigating the effect of NsAIDs on AD. For experimental studies indicators used were MMsE score, ADAs-cog score, CDR-sob score, NPI score, and Hazard ratio. similarly for Observational studies, Odds Ratio and Relative Risk are used. Results: As this is the study protocol, therefore it is not possible to write the results of the study in the study protocol. there is a total of 06 (MMsE, ADAs-cog, CDR-sob, HR, RR, and OR) indicators used in the study, so 06 results will be obtained showing the pooled effect size which will indicate the use of NsAIDs as a protective factor for Alzheimer’s disease. Discussion: the present systematic review will improve the understanding of the relative efficacies of NsAIDs in AD and possibly guide clinical practices by providing the current best evidence on the efficacy of various regimens of NsAIDs in the management of AD subjects. Conclusion: Conclusion can be drawn only after the final meta-analysis using three study design (RCt, Cohort and Case-control study designs) and six indicators.

Background: Alzheimer’s disease is the major neurodegenerative disease, affecting more than two third cases of dementia in the world. NsAIDs are widely used anti-inflammatory analgesic agents representing 7.7% of worldwide prescriptions of which 90% are in patients over 65 years old. Based on mixed findings observed by different RCts, a systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted to develop a better understanding of the protective role of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NsAIDs) in AD. Methods: Database search was Pubmed, Webscience, and Embase. RCts investigating the effect of NsAIDs on AD or test scores assessing cognitive function in people without AD at baseline were included. three indicators were MMsE score, ADAs-cog score, and CDR-sob. 10 studies were included in the present Meta-analysis. Results: For the ADAs-cog score, the pooled effect size was -0.31 with 95% CI -0.06 to 0.02, which was statistically significant (p = 0.03). MMsE score difference, the pooled effect size was -0.06 with 95% CI -0.22 to 0.10, which was statistically insignificant (p-value = 0.47). For the MMsE average score, the pooled effect size was -0.002 with 95% CI -0.03 to 0.07, which was statistically insignificant (p-value = 0.87). For the CDR-sob score difference, the pooled effect size calculated using the random effect model was -0.06 with 95% CI -0.39 to 0.05 which was statistically insignificant (p = 0.14). For CDR-sob average score, the pooled effect size calculated using the random effect model was 0.21 with 95% CI -0.09 to 0.51, which was statistically insignificant (p-value = 0.17). Conclusion: Present Meta-analysis shows that NsAIDs in general are not effective in the treatment of AD. they also have no protective effect against the development of AD on their sustained use.

the present study describes the production optimization of recombinant L-asparaginase II of Pectobacterium carotovorum MtCC 1428 in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) at batch and fed batch bioreactor level. Production of recombinant L-asparaginase II in batch and fed batch mode was found to be 1.34 and 5.38 folds higher, respectively as compared to shake flask culture. sDs-PAGE and native PAGE of the purified enzyme revealed that molecular mass of the subunits and native enzyme are ~37.5 kDa and ~150 kDa, respectively. Optimum range of pH and temperature for hydrolysis of L-asparagine were found to be 7.5 - 8.5 and 47°C - 52°C, respectively. the recombinant enzyme is very specific for its natural substrate, L-asparagine. the activity of recombinant L-asparaginase II is improved by mono cations and diverse effectors including Na+, K+, L-cystine, L-histidine, glutathione and 2-mercaptoethanol whereas, it is moderately inhibited by different divalent cations and thiol group blocking reagent. the kinetic parameters Km, Vmax, kcat and Km/Kcat of purified recombinant L-asparaginase II were determined. the purified L-asparaginase II possesses no partial glutaminase activity, which is prerequisite to reduce the possibility of side effects during the course of anti-cancer therapy.

the deep learning models hold considerable potential for clinical applications, but there are many challenges to successfully training deep learning models. Large-scale data collection is required, which is frequently only possible through multi-institutional cooperation. Building large central repositories is one strategy for multi-institution studies. However, this is hampered by issues regarding data sharing, including patient privacy, data de-identification, regulation, intellectual property, and data storage. these difficulties have lessened the impracticality of central data storage. In this survey, we will look at 24 research publications that concentrate on machine learning approaches linked to privacy preservation techniques for multi-institutional data, highlighting the multiple shortcomings of the existing methodologies. Researching different approaches will be made simpler in this case based on a number of factors, such as performance measures, year of publication and journals, achievements of the strategies in numerical assessments, and other factors. A technique analysis that considers the benefits and drawbacks of the strategies is additionally provided. the article also looks at some potential areas for future research as well as the challenges associated with increasing the accuracy of privacy protection techniques. the comparative evaluation of the approaches offers a thorough justification for the research’s purpose.

Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) poses a risk of opportunistic infections with a variety of organisms with Nocardia being the most common pathogen followed by mycobacteria and fungi. Case presentation: A 7-year-old female child, presented with headache and multiple episodes of vomiting. there was no fever or altered sensorium. On examination, there were no focal deficits or cranial nerve palsies. An MRI brain showed a small t2 hyperintense lesion in the left superior parietal lobe suggestive of an abscess. she was diagnosed as PAP based on Ct chest and bronchioloalveolar lavage 7 months earlier and treated with corticosteroids. A left parieto-occipital craniotomy was done with drainage of abscess and abscess wall excision. Histopathology revealed a suppurative lesion with slender septate acute angle branching hyphae which were positive on fungal stains. Culture done on the pus was positive for Aspergil us fumigatus. the patient was treated with voriconazole and stable at 1 year follow-up. Conclusion: Opportunistic infections are common in patients diagnosed with PAP. High index of clinical suspicion and early diagnosis are important for favorable outcome.

CsF tau and amyloid β42levels in Alzheimer’s disease—A meta-analysis

Alzheimer’s disease International (ADI) estimates that there are currently 30 million people with dementia in the world. the main objective was to perform meta-analysis of studies of CsF tau and Amyloid β42 (Aβ42) levels in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) patients and controls. In the present study MEDLINE was reviewed from 1995 to 2009, supplemented by citation analysis from retrieved articles to select case control studies. Descriptive statistics showed that median effect size (raw mean difference) of CsF tau and Aβ42 levels were 301 pg/ml (Range: 22 to 614 pg/ml) and –352 pg/ml (Range: –969 to 203 pg/ml) respectively. the pooled effect size CsF tau and Aβ42 was 289.14 pg/ml (95% CI 253.278 to 325.013 pg/ml) and –329.02 pg/ml (95% CI –387.740 to –270.445 pg/ml) respectively. Heterogeneity in effect size of selected studies was present for both parameters (CsF tau: Q statistics = 1816.596, DF = 40, P = 0.000 and CsF Aβ42: Q-statistics = 1259.358, DF = 24, p 42 levels in AD and controls may be considered as potential biomarker along with the clinical phenotype to perform them during high quality diagnostic testing in dementia.
