BACKGROUND The classification of uterine sarcomas is based on distinctive morphological and immunophenotypic characteristics,increasingly supported by molecular genetic *** on neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase(NTRK)gene fusionpositive uterine sarcoma,potentially aggressive and morphologically similar to fibrosarcoma,are limited due to its recent ***-TRK immunohistochemistry(IhC)analysis serves as an effective screening tool with high sensitivity and specificity for NTRK-fusion *** SUMMARY We report a case of a malignant mesenchymal tumor originating from the uterine cervix,which was pan-TRK IhC-positive but lacked NTRK gene fusions,accompanied by a brief literature review.A 55-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and distension,exhibiting significant ascites and multiple solid pelvic *** examination revealed a tumor encompassing the uterine cervix,extending to the vagina and uterine corpus.A punch biopsy of the cervix indicated NTRK sarcoma with positive immunochemical pan-TRK ***,subsequent next generation sequencing revealed no NTRK gene fusion,leading to a diagnosis of poorly differentiated,advanced-stage *** The clinical significance of NTRK gene fusion lies in potential treatment with TRK inhibitors for positive *** such rare tumors is crucial due to the potential applicability of tropomyosin receptor kinase inhibitor treatment.

An Adaptive Data-driven Method Based on Fuzzy Logic for Determining Power System Voltage Status

This paper proposes an adaptive method based on fuzzy logic that utilizes data from phasor measurement units(PMUs) to assess and classify generating-side voltage trajectories. The voltage variable and its associated derivatives are used as the input variables of a fuzzy-logic block. In addition, the voltage trajectory is compared with the pre-selected pilot-bus voltage to make a reliable decision about the voltage operational state. Different types of short-term voltage dynamics are considered in the proposed method. The fuzzy membership functions are determined using a systematic method that considers the current situation of the voltage trajectory. Finally, the voltage status is categorized into four classes to determine appropriate remedial actions. The proposed method is validated on a IEEE 73-bus power system in a MATLAB environment.

In the present study Ti-Nb binary alloy system was chosen because it has excellent biocompatibility as well as reasonable mechanical properties,aiming at understanding oxygen content on microstructural formation, elastic modulus and tensile properties in Ti-Nb alloy *** alloy buttons of 50 mm in diameter were prepared by arc melting on a water-cooled copper hearth under an argon gas atmosphere with a non-consumable tungsten *** button ingots were then heat treated in a vacuum atmosphere at 1273 K for 0.5 h followed by water quenching in a specially designed heat treatment ***,elastic modulus and tensile properties were investigated in order to understand the effect of oxygen content in quenched Ti- Nb alloy *** orthorhombic structuredα″martensite was changed to bcc structuredβ-phase with increasing Nb ***,it was found that oxygen makesβ-phase stable in quenched Ti-Nb alloy *** modulus values were sensitive to phase stability of constituent *** strength increased with increasing oxygen *** will be explained by phase formation and stability behavior.

Soil quality assessment for desertification based on multi-indicators with the best-worst method in a semi-arid ecosystem

Since there are some signs of land degradation and desertification showing how soil sustainability is threatened, it is crucial to create a soil quality index(SQI) model in the semi-arid ?orum Basin, situated between the Black Sea and Anatolia Region, Central Turkey. The primary aims of the study are:(1) to determine SQI values of the micro-basin in terms of land degradation and ***, the best-worst method(BWM) was used to determine the weighting score for each parameter;(2) to produce the soils' spatial distribution by utilizing different geostatistical models and GIS(geographic information system) techniques;and(3) to validate the obtained SQI values with biomass reflectance values. Therefore, the relationship of RE-OSAVI(red-edge optimized soil-adjusted vegetation index) and NDVI(normalized difference vegetation index) generated from Sentinel-2A satellite images at different time series with soil quality was examined. Results showed that SQI values were high in the areas that had almost a flat and slight slope. Moreover, the areas with high clay content and thick soil depth did not have salinity problems, and were generally distributed in the middle parts of the basin. however, the areas with a high slope, poor vegetation, high sand content, and low water holding capacity had low SQI ***, a statistically high positive correlation of RE-OSAVI and NDVI indices with soil quality was found, and NDVI had the highest correlative value for June(R~2=0.802) compared with RE-OSAVI.

Comparative quantitative analysis of fruit oil from hippophae rhamnoides(seabuckthorn) by qNMR, FTIR and GC–MS

Objective: To develop a qNMR method for quantitative analysis of triacylglycerols in fruit oil of hippophae rhamnoides(seabuckthorn, SBT) and analyze commercial samples of SBT oils using GC–MS and ***: SBT fruit oil(IPhRFh) was extracted with hexane and the triglyceride(TAG) was isolated by vacuum liquid chromatography. Six different branded SBT oils purchased from e-commerce suppliers(Amazon) and in-house prepared SBT oil was analyzed by qNMR and fatty acyl composition of TAGs determined by using NMR. In-house oil was also analysed by GC–MS and FTIR ***: The qNMR results showed that the oil contained 80.3% of triacylglycerol(TAG). The SBT oil TAGs comprised of linolenate 6.6%, palmitoleate/oleate 65.4%, and total saturated fatty acyl chain including palmitate 28% as determined by qNMR. GC–MS analysis revealed that the major acyl functionalities present in the TAG were palmitoleic acid 36.5%, oleic acid 12.9%, palmitic acid 21.2%, and linoleic acid 18%. Of the six commercial samples analyzed, samples from only one supplier(SW) were fruit oil;All others were the seed oils or mix of fruit oil and seed oil. The labels for samples except for the SW did not indicate whether it was fruit oil or seed ***: The results suggest that SBT oil should be analyzed by combination of GC–MS, FTIR and qNMR for factual content of free fatty acid or TAGs, which are chemically different in nature and affect the quality of oil. GC–MS showed the content of omega free fatty acids after hydrolysis, while qNMR and FTIR showed the content of TAGs. The major acyl functionalities found in SBT fruit oil TAGs are palmitoleate/palmitate/oleate, while linoleate and linonelate make up a minor fraction. Furthermore,analysis of commercial samples showed discrepancies between label claims and actual content.

Stellar structure model in hydrostatic equilibrium in the context of f(R)-gravity

In this work we present a stellar structure model from the f（R）-gravity point of view capable of describing some classes of stars（white dwarfs, brown dwarfs, neutron stars, red giants and the Sun）. This model is based on f（R）-gravity field equations for f（R） = R ＋ f2R2, hydrostatic equilibrium equation and a polytropic equation of state. We compare the results obtained with those found by Newtonian theory. It has been observed that in these systems, where high curvature regimes emerge,stellar structure equations undergo modifications. Despite the simplicity of this model, the results are satisfactory. The estimated values of pressure, density and temperature of the stars are within those determined by observations. This f（R）-gravity model has proved to be necessary to describe stars with strong fields such as white dwarfs, neutron stars and brown dwarfs, while stars with weaker fields, such as red giants and the Sun, are best described by Newtonian theory.

ROBUST hIGh ORDER CONVERGENCE OF AN OVERLAPPING SChWARZ METhOD FOR SINGULARLY PERTURBED SEMILINEAR REACTION-DIFFUSION PROBLEMS

In this article we propose an overlapping Schwarz domain decomposition method for solving a singularly perturbed semilinear reaction-diffusion problem. The solution to this problem exhibits boundary layers of width O（√ε ln（1/√ε）） at both ends of the domain due to the presence of singular perturbation parameter ε. The method splits the domain into three overlapping subdomains, and uses the Numerov or hermite scheme with a uniform mesh on two boundary layer subdomains and a hybrid scheme with a uniform mesh on the interior subdomain. The numerical approximations obtained from this method are proved to be almost fourth order uniformly convergent （in the maximum norm） with respect to the singular perturbation parameter. Furthermore, it is proved that, for small ε, one iteration is sufficient to achieve almost fourth order uniform convergence. Numerical experiments are given to illustrate the theoretical order of convergence established for the method.

Future prospectives for the management of chronic hepatitis B

Chronic hepatitis B virus infection affects about 400 million people around the globe and causes approximately a million deaths a year. Since the discovery of interferon-α as a therapeutic option the treatment of hepatitis B has evolved fast and management has become increasingly complicated. The amount of viral replication reflected in the viral load （hBV-DNA） plays an important role in the development of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The current treatment modalities for chronic hepatitis B are immunomodulatory （interferons） and antiviral suppressants （nucleoside and nucleotide analogues） all with their own advantages and limitations. An overview of the treatment efficacy for both immunomodulatory as antiviral compounds is provided in order to provide the clinician insight into the factors influencing treatment outcome. With nucleoside or nucleotide analogues suppression of viral replication by 5-7 log10 is feasible, but not all patients respond to therapy. Known factors influencing treatment outcome are viral load, ALT levels and compliance. Many other factors which might influence treatment are scarcely investigated. Identifying the factors associated with response might result in stopping rules, so treatment could be adapted in an early stage to provide adequate treatment and avoid the development of resistance. The efficacy of compounds for the treatment of mutant virus and the cross-resistance is largely unknown. however, genotypic and phenotypic testing as well as small clinical trials provided some data on efficacy in this population. Discontinuation of nucleoside or nucleotide analogues frequently results in viral relapse; however, some patients have a sustained response. Data on the risk factors for relapse are necessary in order to determine when treatment can be discontinued safely.
