与发达经济体相比,新兴市场和发展中经济体(EMDEs)的资产收益波动性要大得多。学术界对此现象的研究结果是“各国无法从全球金融周期中脱钩”。文章利用1995—2019年间78个国家的结构向量自回归模型,以及文献中识别美国货币政策冲击的不同方法,检验了资本账户开放程度较低的国家对美国货币政策冲击的系统性反应小于资本管制宽松的国家这一命题。文章还考虑了汇率制度和外汇干预等其他制度特征在解释各国对冲击的反应差异方面的作用。实证结果表明:较严格的资本管制会使利率和汇率对美国货币政策冲击的反应较小,该结果在新兴市场经济国家中更为显著;只有微弱的证据表明汇率的灵活程度会影响美国对外国利率和汇率的溢出效应。本刊编译此篇世界银行的研究报告,以飨读者。

强噪环境下分频段数字音频信号精细化采集研究

在强噪环境下,为了获取高质量、低失真度的数字音频信号,提出一种强噪环境下分频段数字音频信号精细化采集方法。通过麦克风设备获取音频信号,利用LM4550芯片对其作采样、编码等处理后生成数字音频信号,基于AC-97单元接收数字音频信号,利用频段分割器对其作频带分解,获得互不重叠子频段数字音频信号。采用多窗谱谱减法对其去噪,利用数据通信接口将其传输给LM4550芯片,在完成模拟信号转换后,通过耳机输出,实现数字音频信号精细化采集。实验结果表明,该方法处理后的各子频段数字音频信号有用信息得以完整保留,并提高了信号波形的规整度和规律性,强噪声环境下数字音频信号的PESQ指标达到4.08以上,最大失真度为3.74%。

为加强隧道群区段危化品及超温车辆运行监测和管控，采用智慧化、数字化手段，构建了基于数字孪生平台隧道群重点车辆安全预警管控系统，并在大娄山隧道群进行应用。结果表明：1)系统能实现对危化品、超温车辆的主动识别及安全预警，监测准确率达到97%,系统预警响应时效小于30 s; 2)基于分级管控措施，该系统能自动拦截危化品车辆驶入率达到46%,降低了隧道群安全隐患；3)系统通过数字孪生平台可实现对危化品车辆、超温车辆的主动监测和管控，极大提升了隧道运行安全和管理效率。

A Retrospective Analysis of Intoxicated Patients Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit: A Single-Institution Assessment in the Post-Pandemic Period

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of patients with acute intoxication admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Material and Methods: An observational retrospective study was conducted on intoxicated patients who admitted to ICU between January 2022 and January 2024. Data were collected from the patients medical records. The demographic characteristics, causes of intoxications, clinical parameters, the mean stay in the ICU, treatment modalities and prognosis were recorded. Results: A total of 2875 critically ill patients were admitted during the study period, and 109 (3.79%) of them were acute intoxications. Their mean of ages was 38.09 ± 12.29. The female-to-male ratio was 1.37/1. Drugs were found to be the primary cause (62.39%) of intoxications, and analgesics, antidepressants, and antibiotics were the most frequent agents. Suicidal attempts were present in 66 patients, most of them were female (62.13%) and between 17 - 24 years (40.91%). The other common causes of intoxications were carbon monoxide (CO) (22.02%), methyl/ethyl alcohol (8.26%) and mushroom (5.50%). The mean stay in the ICU was 2.69 ± 0.89 days. Mechanical ventilation was applied to 10 of our patients. Renal replacement therapy was required in 6 patients. Despite all treatments, 6 of our patients died, and we found the mortality rate to be 5.50%. Conclusion: Intoxications were more frequent in young female patients and drugs were the most common cause with suicidal intent. Unfortunately, CO poisoning continues to be a very important problem in our city. These findings provided significant information about the characteristics of intoxications in Karabuk.

The Monte Desert is characterized by a great diversity of landforms created with fluvial， alluvial which the vegetation patterns are related to. The present work has the following objectives: 1: determine whether topographical attributes， surface characteristics， soil properties and vegetation patterns vary between alluvial landforms， and 2: define whether morphometric， soil and surface properties influence vegetation patterns along alluvial landscape. Morphometric data were obtained by processing a 5 m digital elevation model. The coverage of rock fragments， fine sediments and mulch was quantified. Observations and descriptions of the soil profiles were restricted to the uppermost 50 cm. Vegetation properties were calculated using a Point Quadrat Method. The relationship between variables was evaluated through multivariate statistical analysis. The main results show the presence of 45 plant species distributed in 19 families， where shrubs are dominant. The wind effect， topographic wetness and dissection of the landscape are limiting factors of diversity. The coverage of superficial rock fragments influence vegetation coverage through the distribution and availability of rainwater. Furthermore， the different soil textures reveal that the silt content favors an increase in vegetation coverage. The presence of V horizon could condition the installation and development of vegetation in the early stages of growth.

Cancer is one of the most dangerous diseaseswith *** of the principal treatments is radiotherapy by using radiation beams to destroy cancer cells and this workflow requires a lot of experience and skill from doctors and *** our study,we focused on the 3D dose prediction problem in radiotherapy by applying the deeplearning approach to computed tomography(CT)images of cancer *** image data has more complex characteristics than normal image data,and this research aims to explore the effectiveness of data preprocessing and augmentation in the context of the 3D dose prediction *** proposed four strategies to clarify our hypothesis in different aspects of applying data preprocessing and *** strategies,we trained our custom convolutional neural network model which has a structure inspired by the U-net,and residual blocks were also applied to the *** output of the network is added with a rectified linear unit(Re-Lu)function for each pixel to ensure there are no negative values,which are absurd with radiation *** experiments were conducted on the dataset of the Open Knowledge-Based Planning Challenge which was collected from head and neck cancer patients treatedwith radiation *** results of four strategies showthat our hypothesis is rational by evaluating metrics in terms of the Dose-score and the Dose-volume histogram score(DVH-score).In the best training cases,the Dose-score is 3.08 and the DVH-score is *** addition,we also conducted a comparison with the results of another study in the same context of using the loss function.

Endobronchial metastasis secondary to renal clear cell carcinoma:A case report

BACKGROUND Endobronchial metastases(EBMs)are tumours that metastasise from a malignant tumour outside the lungs to the central and subsegmental bronchi,and are visible under a *** EBMs are formed by direct invasion or metastasis of intrathoracic malignant tumours,such as lung cancer,oesophageal cancer or mediastinum *** cell carcinoma(RCC),accounting for 2%to 3%of all tumours,is a common malignant tumour of the urinary *** clear cell carcinoma(RCCC)constitutes the predominant pathological subtype of RCC,comprising approximately 70%to 80%of all RCC *** can spread and metastasise through arterial,venous and lymphatic circulation to almost all organs of the ***,lung,bone,liver,brain and local recurrence are the most common metastatic neoplasms of ***,EBM from RCCC has a low complication rate and is often misdiagnosed as primary lung *** SUMMARY A 71-year-old male patient who had undergone radical left nephrectomy 7 years prior due to RCCC was referred to our hospital due to a 1-mo history of productive *** results of an enhanced chest CT scan indicated the presence of a soft tissue nodule in the upper lobe of the left lung,and flexible bronchoscopy revealed a hypervascular lesion in the bronchus of the left lung's superior ***,the patient underwent thoracoscopic left superior lobe wedge resection,and pathology confirmed EBM from the *** EBM from RCCC has a low incidence and no characteristic clinical manifestations in the early *** a bronchial tumour is found in a patient with RCCC,the possibility of bronchial metastatic cancer should be considered.
