We investigate the effect of the ballistic mechanism on the phase diagram using a square surface. While using this mechanism whenever an O2 molecule hits a randomly vacant selected site, the molecule breaks up into atomic form and then executes a ballistic flight. The paths of the two oxygen atoms are taken exactly to be opposite to each other, ***-parallel, and the ranges of the atoms are taken to be equal, *** may fly up to 1 or 1.414 or 2 of the atomic spacing from the site of impact. Four cases have been studied on the basis of the range of hot atoms. The range of the hot oxygen atoms executing a ballistic flight might be up to the first nearest neighbourhood (1 atomic spacing from the site of impact), the second nearest neighbourhood (1.414 atomic spacing from the site of impact), the third nearest neighbourhood (2 atomic spacing from the site of impact), known as cases a, b, and c, respectively, while for case d the range of the oxygen atoms executing the ballistic flight might be up to 1 atomic spacing or 1.414 atomic spacing or 2 atomic spacing from the site of impact. The steady reactive window is observed and the continuous transition disappears. As soon as the CO partial pressure departs from zero, the production of CO2 is observed, which clearly verifies the experimental observation.

The mechanism of gold migration,enrichment,and precipitation in forming world-class gold deposits has been a topic of wide interest,particularly where these deposits are abundant in *** Jiaodong Peninsula in eastern China hosts some of the world-class gold deposits among which the Jinqingding deposit is one of the best examples with substantial telluride mineralization and thus provides opportunity to investigate the genetic connection between tellurium and gold *** orebody in this deposit is hosted in the NE-NNE-trending Jiangjunshi-Quhezhuang fault with the Jurassic kunyushan granitic pluton as wall *** deposit involved three mineralization stages as inferred from assemblages and crosscutting relationships between *** stages are:(I)pre-ore gold-poor quartz-pyrite veins,(II)main ore auriferous quartz-pyrite-Te/Bi-minerals±sphalerite±chalcopyrite±barite±marcasite veins,and(III)post-ore quartz-calcite *** present here the textural,isotopic,and geochemical variations of different stages/generations of pyrite based on scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy(SEm-EdS),electron probe microanalysis(EPmA),and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-mS).Pyrite in the Jinqingding deposit displays distinct ***1a shows a porous and dissolution-reprecipitation texture in the core,whereas Py1b exhibits a smooth and flat *** analysis reveals contrasting elemental compositions,with Py1a characterized by low Au(avg.0.14 ppm),As(avg.15.57 ppm),Ag(avg.17.71 ppm),and Te(avg.19.22 ppm)contents,but elevated Co(avg.1068.10 ppm)and Ni(224.12 ppm)concentrations,and variable sulfur isotopic composition(δ^(34)SV-CdT=9.54‰-12.12‰).Conversely,Py1b displays increased concentrations of these elements and a more concentratedδ^(34)SV-CdT value(11.99‰-12.23‰),possibly associated with weak coupled dissolution-reprecipitation(CdR)*** Stage II,pyrite can be further categorized

The perovskite-like NamgF3 polycrystalline powder samples, pure and rare earth doped, were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction method. The perovskite material was doped with 0.2 mol.% of EuF3 and CeF3 impurity. Phase purity of synthe-sized compounds was analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction technique. The thermoluminescence response of polycrystalline samples showed a linear response up to 12 Gy and then became sub linear at higher doses. The order of kinetics （b）, activation energy （E） and other trapping parameters were calculated using peak shape method and variable heating rate method. From glow curve analysis the symmetric factor was calculated. The glow curve showed two peaks at 404 and 488 k, and both of them confirmed the thermolumi-nescence in the phosphor, which obeyed second-order kinetics. The experimental resulted showed that this phosphor could have po-tential applications in radiation dosimetry.

using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays d^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,d^(0)→π(1300)π,d^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and d^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and d^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of d^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the Ckm angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→dk^(−)decay.

The present research work has been carried out on biomass based on 10 kW capacity gasifier power generation system installed at College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology,*** deshmukh Agricultural university(***),Akola maharashtra,*** main objectives were to evaluate various costs and benefits involved in the power generation *** costs of energy per unit were calculated for the first year of *** economics of gasifier based power generation system and thereby the feasibility of the system was examined by estimating per unit cost,Net Present Value(NPV),Benefit Cost ratio(BCR),Internal rate of Return(IRR)and payback *** discount cash flow method was used to find out the *** the present analysis,three costs viz.,installed capital cost,operation and maintenance cost,and levelised replacement cost were examined for the evaluation of the power generation per *** rate on investment in case of subsidy(Case I)and in case without subsidy(Case II)for installation cost of system was considered as 12.75%.The BCR comes in Case I for operating duration of 22 h,20 h,and 16 h are 1.24,1.18,and 1.13,*** for Case II BCR comes 1.44,1.38,and *** IRR comes in Case I for operating duration of 22 h,20 h,and 16 h are 26%,22%,and 19%,*** for Case II,IRR comes 52%,44%,and 39%for operating duration of 22 h,20 h,and 16 h,*** payback period in the present analysis was worked *** payback period for biomass based gasifier power generation system was observed to be for Case I from three to four years and for Case II it was one to two years.

dilated dysfunction involving multiple visceral organs has been reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Chronic intestinal pseudoobstruction （CIPO） resulting from intestinal smooth muscle damage has presented in conjunction with ureterohydronephrosis and, more rarely, biliary dilatation （megacholedochus）. While the molecular pathogenesis is largely unknown, observed histopathologic features include widespread myositis, myocyte necrosis in the intestinal muscularis propria with subsequent atrophy and fibrosis, preserved myenteric innervations and little vasculitis. High dose immunosuppression usually results in resolution of symptoms with recovery of smooth muscle function, indicative of an autoimmune etiology. We report a patient with SLE who presented with intestinal pseudo-obstruction, ureterohydronephrosis and megacholedochus, and present images that illustrate megaviscera simultaneously involving all 3 visceral organs. Since the co-manifestation of all 3 is unusual and has been reported only once previously, we have termed this rare clinical syndrome generalized megaviscera of lupus （GmL）. Although the SLE disease-activity parameters responded to aggressive immunomodulative therapy in our patient, clinical evidence of peristaltic dysfunction persisted in all involved viscera. This is a variation from the favorable outcomes reported previously in SLE patients with GmL and we attribute this poor clinical outcome to disease severity and, most importantly, delayed clinical presentation. Since inflammation followed by atrophy and fibrosis are key aspects in the pathogenesis and natural history of GmL, the poor response in our patient who presented late in the clinical course may be the result of ＇burnt out＇ inflammation with irreversible end-stage fibrosis. Thus, early recognition and timely initiation of treatment may be the key to recover visceral peristaltic function in patients with GmL.

CO2 hydrogenation to methanol on small size Pdxclusters(x = 7, 9 and 13) has been studied using density functional theory calculations. It has been found that in contrast to metallic Pd system, these small Pdxclusters can interact well with CO2 molecule. CO2 molecule can be adsorbed with a bidendate configuration on the Pdxclusters. The formation of CO2 bidendate adsorption configuration facilitates the first step of CO2 hydrogenation reaction on the clusters. The energy profiles for formate pathway and reverse water gas shift + CO hydrogenation pathways on Pdxclusters are quite similar with Cu(111) surface, except for the first and last hydrogenation steps where the Pdxclusters have lower activation energies. This improvement causing the Pdxclusters to have a tolerable turn over frequencies values. In general, the usage of Pd in the form of small size cluster can improve the catalytic performance of metallic Pd for the CO2 hydrogenation to methanol because small size Pd cluster can act not only as an H2 dissociation center but also as a CO2 hydrogenation center.

Traumatic brain inju ry-induced unfavorable outcomes in human patients have independently been associated with dysregulated levels of monoamines,especially epinephrine,although few preclinical studies have examined the epinephrine level in the central nervous system after traumatic brain *** has been shown to regulate the activities of spinal motoneurons as well as increase the heart rate,blood pressure,and blood flow to the hindlimb ***,the purpose of the present study was to determine the impact of repeated blast-induced traumatic brain injury on the epinephrine levels in seve ral function-s pecific central nervous system regions in *** three repeated blast injuries at 3-day intervals,the hippocampus,motor cortex,locus coeruleus,vestibular nuclei,and lumbar spinal cord were harvested at post-injury day eight and processed for epinephrine assays using a high-sensitive electrochemical detector cou pled with high-performance liquid *** results showed that the epinephrine levels were significantly decreased in the lumbar spinal cord tissues of blast-induced traumatic brain injury animals compared to the levels detected in age-and sex-matched sham *** other function-specific central nervous system regions,although the epinephrine levels were slightly altered following blast-induced tra u matic brain injury,they were not statistically *** results suggest that blast injury-induced significant downregulation of epinephrine in the lumbar spinal cord could negatively impact the motor and cardiovascular *** is the first repo rt to show altered epinephrine levels in the spinal cord following repetitive mild blast-induced traumatic brain injury.
