Background:Language impairment is relatively common in Parkinson’s disease(PD),but not all PD patients are susceptible to language *** this study,we identified among a sample of PD patients those pre-disposed to language impairment,describe their clinical profiles,and consider factors that may precipitate language disability in these ***:A cross-sectional cohort of 31 PD patients and 20 controls were administered the Chinese version of the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB)to assess language abilities,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)to determine cognitive *** patients were then apportioned to a language-impaired PD(LI-PD)group or a PD group with no language impairment(NLI-PD).Performance on the WAB and MoCA was investigated for correlation with the aphasia quotient deterioration rate(AQDR).Results:the PD patients scored significantly lower on most of the WAB subtests than did the *** aphasia quotient,cortical quotient,and spontaneous speech and naming subtests of the WAB were significantly different between LI-PD and NLI-PD *** AQDR scores significantly and positively correlated with age at onset and motor function ***:A subset group was susceptible to language dysfunction,a major deficit in spontaneous *** established,dysphasia progression is closely associated with age at onset and motor disability progression.

the lower part of Fahdene Formation outcropping in northeastern tunisia is repre- sented by pelagic sequences and characterized by an important siliciclastic fraction that includes ra- diolarian and organic-rich beds of Allam Member. Litho-biostratigraphic analysis based on planktic foraminifera and radiolaria shows that deposition of organic-rich beds of Allam Member is confined to the Microhedbergella rischi Zone through the lower part of ticinella primula Zone. Age diagnostic radiolaria recovered from these beds has been identified to constrain a direct age of black shale depo- sition. the assemblages can be correlated with the radiolarian biochronozone U.A.10-11 indicating an Early Albian to early Middle Albian in age. radiolarian assemblages composed of species characteris- tic of U.A.10 biochronozone （A. montisserei, D. gracilis） are associated with radiolarian taxa belonging to Costata Zone （U.A.9 Pseudoeucyrtis hanni and thanarla pseudodecora）, which can be correlated with Dercourt Member in the Ionian Zone and Paquier level of the Vocontian Basin （southeast of France）. Biostratigraphic and abundance curves analysis has demonstrated significant diversification of cryptocephalic Nassellaria and Archaeodictyomitrae, probably adapted to eutrophic conditions that characterized the Aptian-Albian transition. Ecological conditions may have governed the stratigraphic range of many cosmopolitan taxa （i.e., Pseudodictyomitrae lodogaensis） compared with stratigraphic distributions schemes reported from other domains. the timing of black shales deposition was dia- chronic due to local geodynamic conditions and upwelling currents distribution. the Allam black shales are correlative with the oceanic anoxic event OAElb which is characterized by the widespread of supraregionnally organic-rich beds in the Mediterranean tethys basins across the Aptian-Albian transition.

LaxHf1-xOy thin films with various concentrations of La, homogeneous and nonhomogeneous distributions of elements throughout the films thickness was purposefully grown by CVD. the composition of the films and their chemical structures were characterized throughout the films thickness by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry （EDXA）. A full picture of the film crystallinity was provided by the combination of grazing incidence X-ray diffraction （GIXRD） synchrotron radiation （SR） and high resolution transmission electron microscopy （HR tEM）. It was shown that La acted as ＂molar volume modulator＂ and stabilized the nonequilibrium at t≤1300 ℃ cubic phases. the samples with La content in range of 7 at.%〈cla〈22 at.% were materials with fluorite-type （Fm-3m） structure. the pyroehlore phase formation was observed at -18 at.% La content. the correlation between the La-doped content and the films microstructure was revealed.

Background: Uterine fibroid is the most common benign gynecological tumor in women of childbearing age and is common in our context. It can be discovered incidentally or by metrorrhagia. Objective: to study the epidemiological, clinical, therapeutic and prognostic aspects of uterine fibroids operated in the gynaecology and obstetrics department of the CHU-t. Patients and Method: this was a descriptive cross-sectional study including all patients operated on for uterine fibromyoma in the gynaecology-obstetrics department. the collection mode was retrospective, over a 5-year period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021 in the mother-child department of the CHU-t. Data entry and analysis were carried out on a microcomputer using Epi info 7.2.5 software. Results: We collected 109 cases of uterine fibroids which represented 42.5% of the surgical activities of the gynaecology department. the average age of the patients was 38.9 years ± 7.8. Married women represented 77.1%. Salaried women accounted for 65.1%. the main reasons for consultation were uterine haemorrhage (53.1%), pelvic pain (40.4%) and hypofertility (31.2%). Ultrasound was performed in all patients to help map the fibroid nuclei. the main indication for surgery was haemorrhagic myoma (43.1%). the surgical treatment was conservative (myomectomy) in 58.7% of cases and radical (hysterectomy) in 27.4% of cases. the most frequent postoperative complication was vulvar haemorrhage and the average hospital stay was 4 days ± 1.4. Anatomical pathological examination of the surgical excision specimen carried out on 30 operated patients concluded that uterine leiomyoma was diagnosed in 100% of cases. Conclusion: Patient education for early detection, universal health insurance and cost subsidies could improve the management of this condition.

Aerosol technology provides efficient methods for producing nanoparticles with well-controlled composition and size distribution. this review provides an overview of methods and results obtained by using aerosol technology for producing nanostruetures for a variety of applications in semiconductor physics and device technology. Examples are given from： production of metal and metal alloy particles： semiconductor nanoparticles; semiconductor nanowires, grown both in the aerosol phase and on substrates; physics studies based on individual aerosol-generated devices; and large area deviees based on aerosol particles.

Lactoferrin （LF） and retinoic acid （ra） are enriched in colostrum, milk, and mucosal tissues. We recently showed that LF-induced IgA class switching through binding to betaglycan （transforming growth factor-beta receptor III, tpRIII） and activation of canonical tGF-p signaling. We investigated the combined effect of LF and ra on the overall IgA response. An increase in IgA production by LF was further augmented by ra. this combination effect was also evident in Ig germ-line α （GLa） transcription and GLa promoter activity, indicating that LF in cooperation with ra increased IgA isotype switching. We subsequently found that ra enhanced tβRIII expression and that this increase contributed to LF-stimulated IgA production. In addition to the IgA response, LF and ra in combination also enhanced the expression of the gut-homing molecules C-C chemokine receptor 9 （CCR9） and a4β7 on B cells. Finally, peroral administration of LF and ra enhanced the frequency of CCR9＋ IgA＋ plasma cells in the lamina propria. taken together, these results suggest that LF in cooperation with ra can contribute to the establishment of gut IgA responses.

Local structure and luminescent properties of lead phosphate glasses containing rare earth ions were studied. Optically active ions such as Eu^3＋, dy^3＋, tb^3＋ and Er^3＋ were chosen as dopants. the local structure was verified using X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform inflared （Ft-IR） spectroscopy. the visible luminescence bands recorded for the studied samples corresponded to ^5D0→^7Fj （J=0÷4） transitions of Eu^3＋, ^4F9/2→^6Hj/2 （J=11÷15） transitions of dy^3＋, ^5D3→^7FJ, （J＇=1÷6） and ^5Da→^7FJ （J=3÷6） transitions of tb^3＋, and ^4S1/2→^4I15/2 transitions of Er^3＋.
