Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder and the most common cause of dementia that principally affects older *** factors,such as oxidative stress,an increase in acetylcholinesterase activity,mitochondrial dysfunction,genotoxicity,and neuroinflammation are present in this syndrome,which leads to *** pathologies such as Alzheimer’s disease are considered late-onset diseases caused by the complex combination of genetic,epigenetic,and environmental *** are two main types of Alzheimer’s disease,known as familial Alzheimer’s disease(onsetlate-onset or sporadic Alzheimer’s disease(onset≥65 years).Patients with familial Alzheimer’s disease inherit the disease due to rare mutations on the amyloid precursor protein(APP),presenilin 1 and 2(PSEN1 and PSEN2)genes in an autosomaldominantly fashion with closely 100%*** contrast,a different picture seems to emerge for sporadic Alzheimer’s disease,which exhibits numerous non-Mendelian anomalies suggesting an epigenetic component in its ***,the fundamental pathophysiological mechanisms driving Alzheimer’s disease are interfaced with epigenetic ***,the dynamic nature of epigenetics seems to open up new avenues and hope in regenerative neurogenesis to improve brain repair in Alzheimer’s disease or following injury or stroke in *** recent years,there has been an increase in interest in using natural products for the treatment of neurodegenerative illnesses such as Alzheimer’s *** epigenetic mechanisms,such as DNA methylation,non-coding RNAs,histone modification,and chromatin conformation regulation,natural compounds appear to exert neuroprotective *** we do not purport to cover every in this work,we do attempt to illustrate how various phytochemical compounds regulate the epigenetic effects of a few Alzheimer’s disease-related genes.

Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,including chronic hypertension,gestational hypertension,and preeclampsia,are the most common complications in pregnant women,affecting approximately 15%of pregnancies.[1,2]Hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes,and low platelet count(HEllP syndrome)can occur in 0.2%-0.6%of all pregnancies,and 10%-15%of patients are diagnosed with preeclampsia.[3,4]Among its severe complications,liver hematoma is remarkable and may lead to liver *** identification of HEllP syndrome is crucial for proper therapeutic management and to avoid fatal outcomes[4,5]since when a hepatic hematoma occurs,the risk of rupture increases to 12%.[3,5]

选自沃尔夫冈·阿玛多伊斯·莫扎特(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart)的歌剧《后宫诱逃》(Die Entführung aus dem Serail)的咏叹调“Marten Aller Arten”,被认为是最具挑战性的女高音咏叹调之一。演唱这首咏叹调需要歌唱者具备较高的歌唱技术,包含歌唱中气息的灵活性、音与音之间的过渡和衔接、可长时间保持发声与音准的气息强度。此外,还需要歌唱者拥有宽广的音域和能够随时转换音高的能力。现今大众仍普遍认同的观点是,戏剧性的声音是沉重的、强烈的、甚至阴暗的,这与敏捷、灵活与明亮的声音几乎是对立的。通常情况下,敏捷、清晰的声音会更多地与闹剧或喜剧作品联系在一起,而沉重、强烈的声音则更多地与戏剧联系在一起。本文中,笔者尝试证明这两种音色可以同时存在于一个曲目中,由抒情花腔女高音扮演的康斯坦斯这一角色正好可以证明笔者的观点。本文提出了一些可供参考的观点,以帮助读者从不同的技术角度了解女高音如何处理声区转换,以支持其在主要音域中以饱满的嗓音演唱歌曲,使声音放开,并实现咏叹调“Marten Aller Arten”所要求的戏剧性。同时,本文以意大利美声学派的原则为基础,介绍了该咏叹调的技术方法——其重点集中于四个声区:胸声区、弱混声区、强混声区和头声区。本文比较了意大利美声学派的一些歌唱方法和关于声区的不同技术的概念。尽管这些概念仍会引起混淆,但这一新的视角有助于帮助人们理解女高音声区的结构,并将其更清晰地带入实践当中。了解了这四个音区的工作原理,女高音歌唱家就能更自如地去演绎这首咏叹调,并将嗓音发挥到极致,帮助歌唱家们更深入地了解自己的“乐器”,加强声音本身的柔韧性、肌肉和嗓音的调节能力,这些都是演唱咏叹调“Marten Aller Arten”所需要的。

Chronic wounds have become one of the most important issues for healthcare systems and are a leading cause of death *** dressings are necessary to facilitate wound *** wound dressings may substantially reduce healing time,reduce the risk of recurrent infections,and reduce the disability and costs *** the path of engineering of an ideal wound dressing,hydrogels have played a leading *** are 3D hydrophilic polymeric structures that can provide a protective barrier,mimic the native extracellular matrix(ECM),and provide a humid *** to their advantages,hydrogels(with different architectural,physical,mechanical,and biological properties)have been extensively explored as wound dressing *** we describe recent studies on hydrogels for wound healing applications with a strong focus on the interplay between the fabrication method used and the architectural,mechanical,and biological performance ***,we review different categories of additives which can enhance wound regeneration using 3D hydrogel *** engineering for wound healing applications promises the generation of smart solutions to solve this pressing problem,enabling key functionalities such as bacterial growth inhibition,enhanced re-epithelialization,vascularization,improved recovery of the tissue functionality,and overall,accelerated and effective wound healing.

Habitat structure determines species occurrence and ***,human activities are altering natural habitat structure,potentially hampering native species due to the loss of nesting cavities,shelter or movement *** South American temperate rainforest is experiencing an accelerated loss and degradation,compromising the persistence of many native species,and particularly of the monito del monte(Dromiciops gliroides Thomas,1894),an arboreal marsupial that plays a key role as seed *** to compare 2 contrasting habitats(a native forest and a transformed habitat composed of abandoned Eucalyptus plantations and native understory vegetation),we assessed ***’occurrence using camera traps and measured several structural features(*** and bamboo cover,deadwood presence,moss abundance)at 100 camera ***plementarily,we used radio telemetry to assess its spatial ecology,aiming to depict a more complete *** abundance was the only significant variable explaining *** occurrence between habitats,and no structural variable explained its occurrence at the transformed *** were no differences in home range,core area or inter-individual *** the transformed habitats,tracked individuals used native and Eucalyptus-associated vegetation types according to their *** locations(and,hence,nesting sites)were located exclusively in native *** landscape heterogeneity resulting from the vicinity of native and Eucalyptus-associated vegetation likely explains *** occurrence better than the habitat structure itself,as it may be use Eucalyptus-associated vegetation for feeding purposes but depend on native vegetation for nesting.

This paper presents an upper limb exoskeleton that allows cognitive(through electromyography signals)and physical user interaction(through load cells sensors)for passive and active exercises that can activate neuroplasticity in the rehabilitation process of people who suffer from a neurological *** the exoskeleton to be easily accepted by patients who suffer from a neurological injury,we used the ISO9241-210:2010 as a methodology design *** the first steps of the design process,design requirements were collected from previous usability tests and ***,as a second step,a technological solution is proposed,and as a third step,the system was evaluated through performance and user *** part of the technological solution and to allow patient participation during the rehabilitation process,we have proposed a hybrid admittance control whose input is load cell or electromyography *** hybrid admittance control is intended for active therapy exercises,is easily implemented,and does not need musculoskeletal modeling to ***,electromyography signals classification models and features were evaluated to identify the best settings for the cognitive human–robot interaction.
