The present study addresses the problem of fault estimation for a specific class of nonlinear time-varying complex networks,utilizing an unknown-input-observer approach within the framework of dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM).In order to optimize communication resource utilization,the DETM is employed to determine whether the current measurement data should be transmitted to the estimator or *** guarantee a satisfactory estimation performance for the fault signal,an unknown-input-observer-based estimator is constructed to decouple the estimation error dynamics from the influence of fault *** aim of this paper is to find the suitable estimator parameters under the effects of DETM such that both the state estimates and fault estimates are confined within two sets of closed ellipsoid *** techniques of recursive matrix inequality are applied to derive sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired estimator,ensuring that the specified performance requirements are met under certain ***,the estimator gains are derived by minimizing the ellipsoid domain in the sense of trace and a recursive estimator parameter design algorithm is then ***,a numerical example is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed estimator.

An extensive numerical investigation is conducted to characterize the flow separation control in a transonic compressor cascade with a porous *** bleed holes are arranged on the suction surface in a single row,two staggered rows and three staggered *** each bleed scheme,five bleed pressure ratios are examined at an inlet Mach number of *** results indicate that the aerodynamic performance of the cascade is significantly improved by the porous *** the single-row scheme,the maximum reduction in total pressure losses is 57%.For the two-staggered-row and three-staggered-row schemes,there is an optimal bleed pressure ratio of 1.0,and the maximum reductions in total pressure loss are 68% and 75%,*** low loss in the cascade is due to the well-controlled boundary *** new local supersonic region created by the bleed hole is the key reason for the improved boundary *** vortex induced by side bleeding provides another mechanism for delaying flow *** the bleed holes could create multiple local supersonic regions,which reduce the range of the adverse pressure gradient that the boundary layer needs to *** is the reason why cascades with more bleed holes perform better.

Objective To develop a specific SARS virus-targeted antibody preparation for emergent prophylaxis and treatment of SARS virus infection. Methods By using phage display technology, we constructed a naive antibody library from convalescent SARS patient lymphocytes. To obtain the neutralizing antibody to SARS virus surface proteins, the library panning procedure was performed on purified SARS virions and the specific Fab antibody clones were enriched by four rounds of repeated panning procedure and screened by highthroughput selection. The selected Fab antibodies expressed in the periplasma of E. coli were soluble and further purified and tested for their binding properties and antiviral function to SARS virus. The functional Fab antibodies were converted to full human IgG antibodies with recombinant baculovirus/insect cell systems and their neutralizing activities were further determined. Results After four rounds of the panning, a number of SARS-CoV virus-targeted human recombinant Fab antibodies were isolated from the SARS patient antibody library. Most of these were identified to recognize both natural and recombinant SARS spike （S） proteins, two Fab antibodies were specific for the virus membrane （M） protein, only one bound to SARS-CoV nucleocapsid protein. The SARS-CoV S and M protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies showed significant neutralizing activities in cytopathic effect （CPE） inhibition neutralization test, these antibodies were able to completely neutralize the SARS virus and protect the Vero cells from CPE after virus infection. However, the N protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies failed to neutralize the virus. In addition, the SARS N protein-targeted human Fab antibody reacted with the denatured N proteins, whereas none of the S and M protein specific neutralizing antibodies did. Integrated battery chargers are highly effective for saving costs and improving the power density of on-board chargers in electric vehicles (EVs), However, achieving torque elimination of the commonly used three-phase (3p) motors during the fast-charging process is challenging. In this paper, the general torque cancelation law applied in 3p permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) and induction motors (IMs) is derived to design high power density integrated fast battery chargers. Two novel integrated systems with fast-charging and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) capabilities are proposed based on this law. The main advantages of the proposed systems are: (1) Two filter inductors are constituted by the stator windings while charging, and only one external inductor and several contactors are supplemented to the motor-drive circuit. Therefore, the proposed integrated systems possess high power density;(2) The 3p open-winding (OW) motor is employed, with no need to modify the propulsion system or redesign the interior structure of the motor;(3) Employing an individual controller for each phase of the inner current loop control, the proposed systems realize unity power factors and low current harmonics in the fast-charging and V2G mode. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed topologies and control strategies.

Hot gas ingestion refers to the phenomenon of mainstream hot gas flowing into the space cavity of a turbine *** studies have found that mainstream annulus pressure distribution plays an important role in hot gas ingestion,but due to its complexity,the mechanism of the interaction between mainstream flow and hot gas ingestion remains *** paper adopts the URANS method,and three sealing flow rates are considered,named C_(w)=0,C_(w)=500,and C_(w)=*** time-averaged annulus pressure distribution shows that an increase in the sealing flow decreases the pressure value,and the effects of the sealing flow on the pressure distribution of the leading edge of the blade are much more influential than that of the trailing edge of the *** unsteady pressure time-space distribution in the annulus indicates that a time-space tilted distribution of pressure at the rim exits when the sealing flow *** phenomenon is mainly due to the strong feedback mechanism of the sealing flow to the annulus pressure field.A comparison of the pressure and mean radial velocity distribution of the mainstream shows that the ingestion mainly occurs on the blade side,where the pressure is lower than on the vane *** flow characteristics at the wheel rim are analyzed with a sealing flow rate C_(w)=5000,and under these conditions,both pressure-induced ingestion and ingestion caused by a passage vortex can be *** three-dimensional and inertial effects of the mainstream at the wheel rim lead to the generation of separation vortices on the blade side,and the presence of separation vortices leads to ingestion along the blade *** the same time,pressure on the blade side will cause the fluid to have a radial inward flow tendency,which will promote the formation of separation vortices,leading to more serious ingestion in the high-pressure region on the blade *** blade pressure field can be more significant than the vane trailing pressure field in the rim sea

In order to comprehensively understand the mechanical behavior of biological entities and aerospace applications subjected to hypergravity environments,we delve into the impact of hypergravity on the equivalent compliance of cubic lattice *** on the periodic spatial distribution,we employ a unit cell methodology to deduce the homogenized stress-strain relationship for the lattice structures,subsequently obtaining the associated equivalent *** equivalent compliance can be conveniently reduced to instances without hypergravity ***,numerical simulations are executed to validate the derivations and to illustrate that hypergravity indeed affects the mechanical properties of lattice *** introduce a non-dimensional hypergravity factor,which quantifies the impact of hypergravity magnitude relative to the Young’s modulus of the base *** findings reveal that the hypergravity factor influences perpendicular compliance quadratically and parallel compliance ***,the perpendicular shear compliance remains unaffected,whereas the parallel shear compliance experiences an inverse ***,the lattice structure transforms into a gradient material oriented in the hypergravity direction,consequently generating a scale effect.

Manipulating Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)with excellent performance for proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells

Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)(SFO)is used as a cathode in proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells(H-SOFCs).First-principles calculations show that the SrFe0.9Nb0.1O_(3−δ)(SFNO)cathode has a lower energy barrier in the cathode reaction for H-SOFCs than the Nb-free SrFeO_(3−δ)*** experimental studies show that Nb doping substantially enhances the performance of the SrFeO_(3−δ)***,oxygen vacancies(VO)were introduced into SFNO using the microwave sintering method,further improving the performance of the SFNO *** mechanism behind the performance improvement owing to VO was revealed using first-principles calculations,with further optimization of the SFNO cathode achieved by developing a suitable wet chemical synthesis route to prepare nanosized SFNO *** method significantly reduces the grain size of SFNO compared with the conventional solid-state reaction method,although the solid-state reaction method is generally used for preparing Nb-containing *** a result of defect engineering and synthesis approaches,the SFNO cathode achieved an attractive fuel cell performance,attaining an output of 1764 mW·cm−2 at 700℃ and operating for more than 200 *** manipulation of Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)can be seen as a“one stone,two birds”strategy,enhancing cathode performance while retaining good stability,thus providing an interesting approach for constructing high-performance cathodes for H-SOFCs.

Soft carbons have attracted extensive interests as competitive anodes for fast-charging sodium-ion batteries(SIBs);however,the high-rate performance is still restricted by their large ion migration barriers and sluggish reaction ***,we show a molecular design approach toward the fabrication of nitrogen and phosphorus codoped mesoporous soft carbon(NPSC).The key to this strategy lies in the chemical cross-linking reaction between polyphosphoric acid and p-phenylenediamine,associated with pyrolysis induced in-situ self-activation that creates mesoporous structures and rich heteroatoms within the carbon *** to the enlarged interlayer spacing,reduced ion diffusion length,and plentiful active sites,the obtained NPSC delivers a superb rate capacity of 215 mAh g-1 at 10 A g-1 and an ultralong cycle life of 4,700 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).Remarkably,the full cell shows 99%capacity retention during 100 continuous cycles,and maximum energy and power densities of 191 Wh kg^(-1)and 9.2 kW kg^(-1),*** believe that such a synthetic protocol could pave a novel venue to develop soft carbons with unique properties for advanced SIBs.
