Two-dimensional(2D)selenium was synthesized successfully in *** advanced properties,including size-dependent bandgap,excellent environmental robustness,strong photoluminescence effect,anisotropic thermal conductivity,and high photoconductivity,render it and selenium-based composites a promising candidate for various device *** include batteries,modulators,photodetectors,and photothermal effects in medical ***,compared to other commonly used 2D materials,such as graphene,transition metal dichalcogenides,and black phosphorus,2D Se is much less *** by the need to overcome this lack of knowledge,this article focuses on recent progress and elucidates the crystal structure,synthesis methods,physical properties,applications,challenges,and prospects of 2D Se nanoflakes.

胆囊腺鳞癌是一种罕见的胆囊肿瘤.报道1例72岁男性胆囊腺鳞癌,患者于2018年7月就诊于福建省立医院.镜下示腺癌和鳞状细胞癌成分混合分布,鳞状细胞癌成分以高-中分化为主,存在明显的角化珠及细胞间桥,腺癌成分以中-低分化为主,呈腺样、巢团状生长.胆囊腺鳞癌发生率低,侵袭性大,预后差,目前手术是治疗该病的主要手段,研究胆囊腺鳞癌临床病理学和生物学特征,对于诊断和治疗有重要的指导意义.

With the promotion of digital currency,how to effectively solve the authenticity,privacy and usability of digital currency issuance has been a key *** signature scheme(RSS)can provide the verification of the integrity and source of the generated sub-documents and solve the privacy problem in digital currency by removing blocks from the signed ***,it has not realized the consolidation of signed documents,which can not solve the problem of merging two digital ***,we introduce the concept of weight based on the threshold secret sharing scheme(TSSS)and present a redactable signature scheme with merge algorithm(RSS-MA)using the quasi-commutative *** scheme can reduce the communication overhead by utilizing the merge algorithm when transmitting multiple digital currency ***,this can effectively hide the scale of users’private monetary assets and the number of transactions between *** meeting the three properties of digital currency issuance,in order to ensure the availability of digital currency after redacting,editors shall not remove the relevant identification information block form digital ***,our security proof and the analysis of efficiency show that RSS-MA greatly improves the communication and computation efficiency when transmitting multiple signatures.

Pecan(Carya illinoinensis)is a tree nut crop of worldwide economic importance that is rich in healthpromoting ***,pecan production and nut quality are greatly challenged by environmental stresses such as the outbreak of severe fungal ***,we report a high-quality,chromosome-scale genome assembly of the controlled-cross pecan cultivar‘Pawnee’constructed by integrating Nanopore sequencing and Hi-C *** and evolutionary analyses reveal two whole-genome duplication(WGD)events and two paleo-subgenomes in pecan and *** estimates suggest that the recent WGD event and considerable genome rearrangements in pecan and walnut account for expansions in genome size and chromosome number after the divergence from *** two paleo-subgenomes differ in size and protein-coding gene *** exhibit uneven ancient gene loss,asymmetrical distribution of transposable elements(especially LTR/Copia and LTR/Gypsy),and expansions in transcription factor families(such as the extreme pecan-specific expansion in the far-red impaired response 1 family),which are likely to reflect the long evolutionary history of species in the Juglandaceae.A whole-genome scan of resequencing data from 86 pecan scab-associated core accessions identified 47 chromosome regions containing 185 putative candidate *** changes were detected in the expression of candidate genes associated with the chitin response pathway under chitin treatment in the scab-resistant and scabsusceptible cultivars‘Excell’and‘Pawnee’.These findings enable us to identify key genes that may be important susceptibility factors for fungal diseases in *** high-quality sequences are valuable resources for pecan breeders and will provide a foundation for the production and quality improvement of tree nut crops.

Effect of the vortical structures on the hydrodynamic performance of a pitching hydrofoil

The objective is to study the vortical structural behaviors of a transient pitching hydrofoil and their effects on the hydrodynamic performance. The pitching motion of the hydrofoil is set to pitch up with an almost constant rate from 5° to 15° and then back to 5°, with the Reynolds number 4.4×10^(5) and the frequency 2 Hz. The results show that the main coherent structures around the pitching hydrofoil include small-scale laminar separation bubble (LSB), large-scale second vortex (SV) and trailing edge vortex (TEV) which are all vortical. The relationship between the vortical structure and the lift is investigated with the finite-domain impulse theory. It indicates that the major part of the lift is contributed by the LSB, whereas the shedding and the formation of the SV and TEV cause the fluctuation of the lift. The proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method is applied to capture the most energetic modes, revealing that the LSB mode occupies a large amount of energy in the flow field. The dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) method accurately extracts the dominant frequency and modal characteristics, with the first mode corresponding to the mean flow, the second mode corresponding to the LSB structure and the third and fourth modes corresponding to the vortex shedding.

Nanofluid offers more opportunities and challenges over the traditional surfactant and polymer solutions during enhanced oil recovery(commonly referred to as tertiary oil recovery)due to its remarkable *** review mainly discusses the preparation methods of amphiphilic nanoparticles due to their higher interface activity than sole hydrophilic or hydrophobic nanoparticles(SHNPs).The nanofluids’stability is reviewed in this ***,the mechanisms of nanofluids in enhancing oil recovery(N-EOR)in terms of interfacial tension reduction,wettability alteration,foam stabilization,emulsion stabilization,structural disjoining pressure,and depressurization-increasing injection are mainly summarized and ***,the synergistic effects of nanofluids and traditional surfactants and polymers are ***,nanofluids’challenges and prospects are also *** nanofluids can still be regarded as an outstanding candidate for enhancing oil recovery significantly in the future although there are limitations on their applications from laboratory scale to field scale.

Virtual simulation testing of Autonomous Vehicles(AVs)is gradually being accepted as a mandatory way to test the feasibility of driving strategies for *** methods focus on improving testing efficiency by extracting critical scenarios from naturalistic driving ***,the criticalities defined in their testing tasks are based on fixed assumptions,the obtained scenarios cannot pose a challenge to AVs with different *** fill this gap,we propose an intelligent testing method based on operable testing *** found that the driving behavior of Surrounding Vehicles(SVs)has a critical impact on AV,which can be used to adjust the testing task difficulty to find more challenging *** model different driving behaviors,we utilize behavioral utility functions with binary driving ***,we construct a vehicle interaction model,based on which we theoretically analyze the impact of changing the driving behaviors on the testing task ***,by adjusting SV’s strategies,we can generate more corner cases when testing different AVs in a finite number of simulations.

氟石膏的强酸性与较低水化活性限制了其在抹灰石膏领域的应用,为解决这一难题,本文选用CaO、Ca(OH)_(2)为中和剂,Na_(2)C_(2)O_(4)、Na_(2)SO_(4)、K_(2)SO_(4)、K_(2)SiO_(3)、半水石膏为激发剂,对氟石膏水化活性进行改性,探究中和剂与激发剂种类、掺量对改性效果的影响。结果表明:3%(质量分数)的中和剂可以将氟石膏pH值提高至9左右,并使氟石膏中游离氟含量维持在0.02%(质量分数)左右,基于成本考虑,选择价格更低的CaO为中和剂;K_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)SO_(4)和半水石膏作为激发剂均有较好的激发效果,其中Na_(2)SO_(4)激发效果最好,经1.0%(质量分数)Na_(2)SO_(4)激发制备的抹灰石膏初凝时间为119 min,终凝时间为252 min,抗压强度为10.30 MPa,抗折强度为3.85 MPa,各项指标均达到《抹灰石膏》(GB/T 28627—2023)的要求。

In plant factories,the plant microclimate is affected by the control system,plant physiological activities and aerodynamic characteristics of leaves,which often leads to poor ventilation uniformity,suboptimal environmental conditions and inefficient air *** this study,interlayer cool airflow(ILCA)was used to introduce room air into plants’internal canopy through vent holes in cultivation boards and air layer between cultivation boards and nutrient solution surface(interlayer).By using optimal operating parameters at a room temperature of 28℃,the ILCA system achieved similar cooling effects in the absence of a conventional air conditioning system and achieved an energy saving of 50.8% while bringing about positive microclimate change in the interlayer and nutrient *** resulted in significantly reduced root growth by 41.7% without a negative influence on lettuce crop *** development in this precise microclimate control method is predicted to replace the conventional cooling(air conditioning)systems for crop production in plant factories.
