Design and characterization study of dual D-shaped no-core fiber based SPR sensor for refractive index and temperature measurement

To address the issue of temperature cross-sensitivity in refractive index （RI） measurement， a fiber-optic Surface Plasmon Resonance （SPR） sensor based on dual D-shaped no-core fiber （NCF） is proposed and designed. The sensor mainly consists of D-shaped NCF， Ag/Fe2O3composite film， and polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS）， where the silver and Fe2O3are successively coated on both D-shaped surfaces of NCF to generate SPR and enhance the oxidation resistance. The layer of PDMS coated on one D-shaped surface acts as a tunable ambient medium sensing the temperature variation and affecting the transmission spectrum of the sensor. Since the surface plasmon waves are excited in the two D-shaped surfaces with different films， the two RI and temperature-dependent spectral resonance peaks with different wavelengths will be produced. Research results demonstrate that the two peaks’ wavelengths have different responses to the variations of ambient RI and temperature. In the refractive index range of 1.36-1.376 and temperature range of 10-100 °C， the RI and temperature sensitivities reach to 5000 nm/RIU and -0.546 nm/°C， respectively. With the sensitivity coefficient matrix， simultaneous measurement of refractive index and temperature can be realized， and the corresponding accuracy is superior to 0.4×10-5RIU and 0.037°C.

Permanently shadowed regions(PSRs)on the Moon are potential reservoirs for water ice,making them hot spots for future lunar *** water ice in PSRs would cause distinctive changes in space weathering there,in particular reduction-oxidation processes that diff er from those in illuminated *** determine the characteristics of products formed during space weathering in PSRs,the lunar meteorite NWA 10203 with artifi cially added water was irradiated with a nanosecond laser to simulate a micro-meteorite bombardment of lunar soil containing water *** TEM results of the water-incorporated sample showed distinct amorphous rims that exhibited irregular thickness,poor stratifi cation,the appearance of bubbles,and a reduced number of npFe^(0).Additionally,EELS analysis showed the presence of ferric iron at the rim of the nanophase metallic iron particles(npFe^(0))in the amorphous rim with the involvement of *** results suggest that water ice is another possible factor contributing to oxidation during micrometeorite bombardment on the lunar *** addition,it off ers a reference for a new space weathering model that incorporates water in PSRs,which could be widespread on asteroids with volatiles.

In this paper,we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)system by employing the bath-engineering technology,and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise *** findings indicate that for the single-qubit system,the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power ***,the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed,and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit *** our research,we discovered a fundamental relationship:if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian atω_(0) within 0-2t ms,shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω_(0).This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems,and it is not limited by the type of *** from system dynamics,quantum coherence is also a focal point of our *** find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior,the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences ***,the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity ***,our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

High strength steels exhibit superior mechanical properties due to the unique microstructure,which successfully solves the drawback of the inevitable strength-toughness trade-off that occurs in traditional *** we investigated the effect of matrix and precipitates on mechanical properties of Cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb steel after water quenching and tempering(150-500℃).The results showed that the microstructure of the present steel is noticeably tuned by changing the tempering *** excellent combination of strength(a yield strength of 1308 MPa with a total elongation of 8.2%)and toughness(Charpy V-notch impact toughness of 40.5 J/cm^(2))is obtained upon tempering at 200℃.This is attributed to the lath martensite containing high dislocation density,the martensite-twin substructure,and the strengthening effects of the precipitated needle-likeε-carbides and spherical VC *** acicularε-carbides are replaced by the rod-shaped Fe_(3)C at the tempering temperature of 350℃,resulting in the remarkable deterioration in strength,hardness,and *** carbides formed at a tempering temperature of 500℃ are beneficial to the enhancement of the elongation and toughness,but the strength decreases due to the matrix softening caused by the recovery of dislocation.

【目的】通过构建NtCET4基因过表达植株分析该基因在调控烟草开花时间中的作用,探讨基于NtCET4操纵提高烟草有效叶数量从而提高烟叶产量的可行性。【方法】构建NtCET4基因过表达载体后通过农杆菌介导的叶盘转化法转化烟草获得转化植株,PCR和GUS染色鉴定的转化植株通过苗期qRT-PCR分析过表达特性,过表达株系移栽后观察其开花时间、有效叶数量的变化,并通过qRT-PCR分析NtCET4在开花前后的相对表达量变化。【结果】与野生型‘K326’相比,9个转基因株系中4个株系为NtCET4过表达株系。NtCET4过表达株系花芽分化时间显著延迟(较‘K326’晚14d左右)、有效叶片数量增加。检测开花前后的NtCET4表达量发现,过表达株系的表达量均高于野生型,且开花前表达量大于开花后。【结论】烟草植株中NtCET4过表达能有效延长营养芽活动时间从而实现延迟开花,增加植株的有效叶片数量。

Exogenous melatonin enhances heat stress tolerance in sweetpotato by modulating antioxidant defense system,osmotic homeostasis and stomatal traits

Heat stress hinders the growth and productivity of sweetpotato plants,predominantly through oxidative damage to cellular ***,the development of efficient approaches for mitigating heat-related impairments is essential for the long-term production of *** has been recognised for its capacity to assist plants in dealing with abiotic stress *** research aimed to investigate how different doses of exogenous melatonin influence heat damage in sweetpotato *** stress drastically affected shoot and root fresh weight by 31.8 and 44.5%,*** reduction resulted in oxidative stress characterised by increased formation of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))by 804.4%,superoxide ion(O_(2)^(·-))by 211.5%and malondialdehyde(MDA)by 234.2%.Heat stress also reduced chlorophyll concentration,photosystemⅡefficiency(F_v/F_m)by 15.3%and gaseous ***,pre-treatment with 100μmol L^(-1)melatonin increased growth and reduced oxidative damage to sweetpotato plants under heat *** particular,melatonin decreased H_(2)O_(2),O_(2)^(·-)and MDA by 64.8%,42.7%and 38.2%,*** also mitigated the decline in chlorophyll levels and improved stomatal traits,gaseous exchange and F_(v)/F_(m)(13%).Results suggested that the favorable outcomes of melatonin treatment can be associated with elevated antioxidant enzyme activity and an increase in non-enzymatic antioxidants and ***,these findings indicate that exogenous melatonin can improve heat stress tolerance in *** stu dy will assist re searchers in further investigating how melatonin makes sweetpotatoes more resistant to heat stress.

该研究通过药代动力学实验考查大麻二酚(CBD)/γ-聚谷氨酸-g-胆甾醇纳米胶束[CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs]的药代动力学特征和组织分布情况,并通过体外细胞实验初步评价其改善脂多糖(LPS)诱导细胞炎症损伤的作用。采用透析法制备CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs,以CBD、CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs为研究对象,考察雄性SD大鼠血浆中CBD的血药浓度变化情况,计算并比较药代动力学参数;利用UPLC-MS/MS测定组织中CBD浓度,采集不同时间点心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏和肌肉组织样品,探究CBD组和CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs组的组织分布情况;LPS诱导建立Caco-2细胞炎症模型,检测细胞活力、跨膜电阻值(TEER)和细胞炎症因子分泌水平探究2组抗炎活性差异。结果表明,CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs平均粒径为(163.1±2.3)nm,载药量和包封率分别为8.78%±0.28%、84.46%±0.35%。与CBD组相比,CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs组的药峰浓度C_(max)提高,达峰时间t_(max)和平均驻留时间MRT0-t延长。在24 h内,CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs在组织中分布均高于CBD。另外,CBD和CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs均能显著提升Caco-2细胞活力和TEER,抑制细胞炎症因子的分泌水平缓解炎症反应,且CBD/(γ-PGA-g-CHOL)NMs组抗炎作用更为显著。可推测,γ-PGA-g-CHOL空白纳米胶束是CBD的良好载体,能够延长CBD在血液中的循环时间,提高其生物利用度及组织分布浓度,对LPS诱导的炎症损伤具有显著保护作用,可为口服CBD制剂的开发和临床应用提供实验依据。

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs), exhibit a range of crystal structures and topological quantum states. The1T phase, in particular, shows promise for superconductivity driven by electron–phonon coupling(EPC), strain, pressure,and chemical doping. In this theoretical investigation, we explore 1T-Rh Se Te as a novel type of TMD superconductor with topological electronic states. The optimal doping structure and atomic arrangement of 1T-Rh Se Te are *** spectrum calculations validate the integrity of the constructed doping structure. The analysis of the electron–phonon coupling using the electron–phonon Wannier(EPW) method has confirmed the existence of a robust electron–phonon interaction in 1T-Rh Se Te, resulting in total EPC constant λ = 2.02, the logarithmic average frequency ω_(log)= 3.15 me V and T_c = 4.61 K, consistent with experimental measurements and indicative of its classification as a BCS *** band structure analysis revealed the presence of Dirac-like band crossing points. The topological non-trivial electronic structures of the 1T-Rh Se Te are confirmed via the evolution of Wannier charge centers(WCCs) and time-reversal symmetryprotected topological surface states(TSSs). These distinctive properties underscore 1T-Rh Se Te as a possible candidate for a topological superconductor, warranting further investigation into its potential implications and applications.
