Cemented paste backfill(CPB)is a key technology for green mining in metal mines,in which tailings thickening comprises the primary link of CPB ***,difficult flocculation and substandard concentrations of thickened tailings often *** rheological properties and concentration evolution in the thickened tailings remain ***,traditional indoor thickening experiments have yet to quantitatively characterize their rheological *** experiment of flocculation condition optimization based on the Box-Behnken design(BBD)was performed in the study,and the two response values were investigated:concentration and the mean weighted chord length(MWCL)of ***,optimal flocculation conditions were *** addition,the rheological properties and concentration evolution of different flocculant dosages and ultrafine tailing contents under shear,compression,and compression-shear coupling experimental conditions were tested and *** results show that the shear yield stress under compression and compression-shear coupling increases with the growth of compressive yield stress,while the shear yield stress increases slightly under *** order of shear yield stress from low to high under different thickening conditions is shear,compression,and compression-shear *** compression and compression-shear coupling,the concentration first rapidly increases with the growth of compressive yield stress and then slowly increases,while concentration increases slightly under *** order of concentration from low to high under different thickening conditions is shear,compression,and compression-shear ***,the evolution mechanism of the flocs and drainage channels during the thickening of the thickened tailings under different experimental conditions was revealed.

In this article,a series of high refractive indices(1.50-1.53)thiol phenyl polysiloxane(TPS)were synthesized via hydrolytic sol-gel *** Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(NMR)results showed that TPS conformed to the predicted *** terpene linalool was exploited as photocrosslinker to fabricate UV-curing linalool-polysiloxane hybrid films(LPH)with TPS via photoinitiated thiol-ene *** rapidly cured under UV irradiation at the intensity of 80 mW/cm^(2) in 30 s,exhibiting good UV-curing *** optical transmittance of LPH in the wavelength of 300-800 nm was over 90%,exhibiting good optical *** water contact angle and water vapor permeability results showed that the introduction of phenyl groups enhance the hydrophobicity and water vapor barrier properties of *** results indicated the potential of LPHs in the applications of optical functional coatings.

In recent years,heavy ion accelerator technology has been rapidly developing worldwide and widely applied in the fields of space radiation simulation and particle ***,a very high uniformity in the irradiation area is required for the extracted ion beams,which is crucial because it directly affects the experimental precision and therapeutic ***,ultra-large-area and high-uniformity scanning are crucial requirements for spacecraft radiation effects assessment and serve as core specification for beamline terminal *** the 300 MeV proton and heavy ion accelerator complex at the Space Environment Simulation and Research Infrastructure(SESRI),proton and heavy ion beams will be accelerated and ultimately delivered to three irradiation *** order to achieve the required large irradiation area of 320 mm×320 mm,horizontal and vertical scanning magnets are used in the extraction beam ***,considering the various requirements for beam species and energies,the tracking accuracy of power supplies(PSs),the eddy current effect of scanning magnets,and the fluctuation of ion bunch structure will reduce the irradiation *** mitigate these effects,a beam uniformity optimization method based on the measured beam distribution was proposed and applied in the accelerator complex at *** the experiment,the uniformity is successfully optimized from 75%to over 90%after five iterations of adjustment to the PS *** this paper,the method and experimental results were introduced.

Hereditary spastic paraplegia(HSP)is a group of disorders with genetic heterogeneity,lower-extremity weakness,and spasticity are the most common signs and *** is the most frequently disease-causing *** is a microtubule-severing enzyme encoded by SPAST that cleaves long microtubules into short fragments by interacting with other proteins or *** spastic paraplegia type 4(SPG4),which is autosomal dominant,is the clinical subtype associated with SPAST ***4 accounts for up to one-third of all HSP cases and usually presents with isolated lower extremity spasticity,with or without bladder or sensory dysfunction.1 The main cause of SPG4 is believed to be spastin haploinsufficiency,which results from mutations in the SPAST gene.

Drug particles with spherical morphology possess amazing advantages in terms of particle flowability,mechanical properties,drug solubility,and *** growth mechanism of drug spherulite is of great importance for the preparation and regulation of ***,ceftriaxone sodium spherulites were fabricated by the antisolvent crystallization method using dropwise addition of ceftriaxone sodium solution to *** observation of the whole crystallization process combined with electron microscopy technique revealed the spherical growth process from amorphous form to *** the supersaturation of the crystallization system was adjusted,the ceftriaxone sodium crystals transformed from amorphous form to *** the process of antisolvent crystallization with acetone as antisolvent,when the theoretical supersaturation degree S was higher than 2.62,the crystallization system tended to appear amorphous form;when S was between 2.57 and 2.62,the amorphous form transformed into clustered spherulites;when S was less than 2.57,the surface of spherulites will be covered with flaky crystal,which transformed into urchin-like *** the understanding of the spherical growth mechanism,the ceftriaxone sodium spherulites prepared in this research with modified supersaturation control had a low residue of antisolvent acetone,and the flowability was significantly improved.
