Environmental DNA(eDNA)integrated with metabarcoding is a promising and powerful tool for species composition and biodiversity assessment in aquatic ecosystems and is increasingly applied to evaluate fish *** date,however,no standardized eDNA-based protocol has been established to monitor fish *** this study,we investigated and compared two filtration methods and three DNA extraction methods using three filtration water volumes to determine a suitable approach for eDNA-based fish diversity monitoring in the Pearl River Estuary(PRE),a highly anthropogenically disturbed estuarine *** to filtration-based precipitation,direct filtration was a more suitable method for eDNA metabarcoding in the *** combined use of DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit(BT)and traditional phenol/chloroform(PC)extraction produced higher DNA yields,amplicon sequence variants(ASVs),and Shannon diversity indices,and generated more homogeneous and consistent community composition among *** to the other combined protocols,the PC and BT methods obtained better species detection,higher fish diversity,and greater consistency for the filtration water volumes of 1000 and 2000 mL,*** eDNA metabarcoding protocols were more sensitive than bottom trawling in the PRE fish surveys and combining two techniques yielded greater taxonomic ***,combining traditional methods with eDNA analysis enhanced *** results indicate that methodological decisions related to eDNA metabarcoding should be made with caution for fish community monitoring in estuarine ecosystems.

Dear Editor,Cefuroxime is a second-generation cephalosporin and a member of theβ-lactam family of *** cefuroxime injection(1 mg/0.1 mL)during cataract surgery was found to be beneficial in reducing the risk of postoperative endophthalmitis[1-3].At the recommended dose of 1.0 mg in 0.1 mL,cefuroxime presents no ocular toxicity and is well tolerated[4-6].Acute macular edema with retinal detachment after cataract surgery is very rare[7].

Neuronal toxic pollutants in environment possess hazards to human health. It is essential to determine the causative neuronal toxicants in environmental samples. In the present study, viability of primary cultured cerebellar granule neurons (CGNs), combined with sample extraction, chemical fractionation and identification, was applied for screening acid-resistant neuronal toxic substances in environmental samples. River sediments and agricultural soils along the river near a brominated flame retardant (BFR) manufacturing plant in South China were collected to screen the key neuronal toxicants. The results indicated that the manufacturing plant was a source of neuronal toxicity risks. In the sediment and soil near the plant, one of the causative toxicants was identified as tris-(2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate (TBC) using HPLC-MS/MS. In addition, an unknown chemical possibly causing significant neuronal toxicity was isolated from all the soil samples in the region.

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs) and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) were monitored in a seasonal passive sampling scheme during June 2008 and January 2009 to investigate the spatial concentration,congener profiles and evaluate the potential inhalation risk in different functional areas in Tianjin,*** spatial air concentrations and I-TEQs ranged 1.08×102-8.19×10 3 fg m-3(average 2.63×103 fg m-3) and 4.08-325 fg I-TEQ m-3(average 91.4 fg I-TEQ m-3) respectively for PCDD/*** concentration and I-TEQs of PCBs were 3.08×104-3.01×105 fg m-3(average 1.39×105 fg m-3) and 1.72-49.6 fg I-TEQ m-3(average 18.5 fg I-TEQ m-3).It is obvious that PCB concentrations were several hundred times higher than the PCDD/***,the ambient air PCDD/Fs contributed a major part to the total toxicity equivalents,varying from 72.7% to 89.0%(average 81.8%).The atmospheric PCDD/F levels were observed to be higher in winter for most of sampling sites in the ***,inhalation risk assessment showed that local residents might suffer more risk near the point sources than those in living area,industrial zones and background area in Tianjin ***,the total daily dioxin intake was approximately several to hundreds of times lower than the WHO criteria,showing relatively low exposure risks from the impact of industry point sources in Tianjin City.

The balancing of the electrochemical performance,mechanical stability,and processing technology for applying supercapacitors to flexible and wearable electronics continues to encounter severe ***,we prepare Ni-Co-Mn hydroxide electrodes with a threedimensional multichannel structure via a simple hydrothermal *** are constructed using vertically contiguous nano sheets with a uniform thickness and rough *** electrodes can provide numerous electroactive sites and accelerate the transmission of electrolyte *** relationship between the structure and electrochemical performances is verified by experiments and theoretical ***-dimensional(2D)planar and one-dimensional(1D)fiber electrodes are prepared using a flexible carbon cloth(CC)and carbon fiber(CF),respectively,as *** assembled quasi-solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitor(FASC)with a twodimensional sandwich structure using NiCoMn-OH/CC as the electrode achieves a remarkable energy density of73.8 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 1.03 kW·kg^(-1).The quasi-solid-state FASC with a 1D linear structure using NiCoMn-OH/CF as the electrode also attains a high energy density(12.9 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of0.75 W·kg^(-1)).Moreover,the electrochemical performances of the NiCoMn/CC//AC/CC and NiCoMn/CF//AC/CF FASCs are not disturbed at different bending angles(0°,45°,90°,135°and 180°),This indicates the superior flexibility of the *** also assemble a self-powered energy-harvesting storage system by integrating FASCs and commercial solar cells to verify its *** displays sustainable development potential for energy storage.

全氟化合物的污染已成为全球性的环境问题.随着全氟辛基磺酸的限制使用,全氟和多氟烷基化合物替代物的种类和数量不断增加.在大量生产和使用过程中,这些氟化物不可避免地通过直接的使用和排放或间接的转化过程进入到环境和生物体中,因而新型全氟和多氟烷基化合物的环境发现、赋存与迁移行为及潜在的生物学效应研究已成为全氟污染物研究的热点.本文对目前从环境介质中发现的新型全氟和多氟烷基化合物的种类、行为及未知全氟和多氟烷基化合物组分的鉴别方法进行了总结,并对可能的分析技术方法进行了展望.

为测量密集气液泡状流的流动形态及参数,建立了基于激光扫描的三维可视化测量系统。采用片状激光结合旋转正多边形棱镜实现对流场的光学扫描,高速摄像机采集扫描切片图像,首先对图像进行预处理。针对扫描成像中产生的切片重复曝光问题,提出二阶微分平均卷积优化算法,该方法不仅可以有效提取多切片图像中重复曝光的特征点,而且可以去除冗余及噪声信息。实验结果表明,针对分散相遮挡的密集泡状流,基于激光扫描可完整重建其三维结构,二阶微分优化算法可以有效降低重建畸变影响,重建后体积含气率的相对误差优于6%。激光扫描方法非侵入、重建精度高,具有传统方法不可比拟的优势。
