Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),a malignant tumor originating from the nasopharynx,is one of the common malignant tumors of the head and *** are significant geographical differences in the incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,with a high incidence in China and Southeast Asian ***,we designed and synthesized a novel near-infrared fluorescent(NIRF)probe to detect glutathione(GSH)in cellular and tumor environments using semi-naphthofluorescein(SNAFL)as the fluorescent molecular backbone and 2-fluoro-4-nitrobenzenesulfonate as the recognition *** reaction with GSH,SNAFL-GSH emitted a fluorescence signal,and its emission wavelength at 650 nm was remarkably *** results of selectivity experiments indicated that SNAFL-GSH was able to discriminate GSH from Cys,Hcy,and H_(2) ***,SNAFL-GSH could image both endogenous and exogenous GSH and distinguish normal and cancer cells by fluorescence signal *** the cellular level,cisplatin(DDP)-induced ferroptosis and inhibition of proliferation of various NPC cell lines(CNE2,CNE1,5-8F cells)by erastin combined with DDP were visualized with the help of *** a mouse tumor xenograft model,we successfully employed SNAFL-GSH for the evaluation of the efficacy of erastin combined with DDP in the treatment of *** importantly,the probe could image cancerous tissue sections from NPC patients with an imaging depth of approximately 80µ*** was foreseen that SNAFL-GSH offered great potential for application in the diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy of NPC,and these results would also provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of NPC.

“自近代以来,中国社会”不得不面对传统与现代、中国与西方等对立与挑战。本文以近代中国佛教作为案例,从其所面临的多重困境出发,基于相关理论概念的梳理与辨析,指出要实现中国文化的自觉,应以嵌入文化系统的思想与实践为立足点,从时间、空间的维度突破局限,建立自主的历史叙事与分类体系。本文的案例分析将为新的历史条件下构建中国文化的自主话语体系提供启示。

韦伯研究领域的一个挑战是其学术与政治的某种分立乃至张力。本文提倡一种贯通式的韦伯文献阅读方法,以第一次世界大战及战争体验为前提,梳理韦伯的诸多政治参与和学术研究,以精神劳动概念统合其战时贡献的四个层次:组建战时医院等实际行动层次;参与外交和谈、政党政治等制度建设层次;积极发挥社会影响的公共舆论层次;著述、教学的学术研究层次。本文认为,有关战争的理论思考是韦伯战时论述中一条隐在的线索,以新教伦理的研究为立足点,他反对所谓战争有助于近代资本主义发展的命题;从其诸多战时政治评论之中,可以提炼出战争与和平的某种辩证关系;其背后是一个普遍而无定形的权力逻辑。正是通过其精神劳动,韦伯自身也彰显出从被动的战争之民到主动担当的政治人的转变。本文认为有必要进一步开拓研究视野,将战争作为基础理论问题纳入社会学学科的基本框架之中。

关于黄河与河套古湖河湖关系演变的假说性分析——兼论对黄河内蒙古段生态治理的启示

黄河曾经在流经河套盆地过程中形成吉兰泰、乌兰布和、巴彦淖尔、呼包4个古湖，且在高湖面时期连成统一的“河套古大湖”，其后4湖分离并分别演绎了自己的河湖关系。在研习前人相关成果基础上，通过建立整体假说性解释框架，试图按照历史顺序与逻辑顺序统一的要求对该河段河湖关系的演变过程进行重建，并为与之相关的生态系统的治理提供借鉴。研究认为：主河道构建是黄河主动实施填湖、建堤、造槽并“甩湖”的过程与结果；冲积扇是黄河填湖的主要模式，而冲积扇顶附近凸起则是湖口淤塞、移动并最终筑成黄河自然堤的主要原因；巴彦木仁与磴口两地控制点对形成鄂尔多斯一侧黄河主河道起到了关键性作用；黄河西派在高湖面期间从巴彦木仁湖口注入吉兰泰-乌兰布和古湖，与从北面入湖的黄河水共同促成贺日木西尼古砂嘴及其延伸砂脊生长，并在低湖面期将这两个湖分离。基于对所述黄河历史过往的认识，须尽可能立足高效集成利用有限水资源这一观念，将减灾与适度重造沿河湖泊和绿洲结合，营建可持续的内蒙古段黄河生态体系。

BACKGROUND Despite advances in research on psychopathology and social media use,no comprehensive review has examined published papers on this type of research and considered how it was affected by the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** To explore the status of research on psychopathology and social media use before and after the COVID-19 *** We used Bibliometrix(an R software package)to conduct a scientometric analysis of 4588 relevant studies drawn from the Web of Science Core Collection,PubMed,and Scopus *** Such research output was scarce before COVID-19,but exploded after the pandemic with the publication of a number of high-impact *** authors and institutions,located primarily in developed countries,maintained their core positions,largely uninfluenced by COVID-19;however,research production and collaboration in developing countries increased significantly after *** the analysis of keywords,we identified commonly used methods in this field,together with specific populations,psychopathological conditions,and clinical *** have devoted increasing attention to gender differences in psychopathological states and linked COVID-19 strongly to depression,with depression detection becoming a new *** in research on psychopathology and social media use are unbalanced and uncoordinated across countries/regions,and more indepth clinical studies should be conducted in the *** After COVID-19,there was an increased level of concern about mental health issues and a changing emphasis on social media use and the impact of public health emergencies.

企业数据和知识产权的客体之间存有共性。二者的保护基础理论相互融通,并且企业数据权利与知识产权权利结构相近似,这为企业数据的知识产权保护奠定了基础。检视现有知识产权制度框架下保护模式的有限性以识别现有制度与企业数据保护问题之间真正无法重合的地带。构建和完善企业数据保护规则须对企业数据进行类型化结构,基于类型化区分和场景化差异探寻不同保护路径。从解释论角度而言,对于无法纳入既有法定权利范畴的企业数据权益,适用《反不正当竞争法》一般条款规制未被类型化权益,关键在于客观审查数据使用行为是否违反商业道德。从立法论角度而言,可参照知识产权的行为规制赋权化路径,将规制焦点建立在对企业数据的利用行为上,对利用行为进行类型化提炼,建构一种以禁止权和报酬权为核心的不完满的控制权和有限度的排他权。

近年来,受资产负债两端挤压影响,我国银行业净息差持续收窄,盈利能力承压,城商行受到的冲击尤为明显。2023年12月末城商行净息差已跌至1.57%,在各类银行机构中处于最低水平,“稳息差”已成为城商行资产负债管理的重点。系统梳理银行净息差的变化趋势和影响机理,运用面板数据模型检验17家上市城商行净息差变动的影响因素。结果显示:银行定价竞争力、资产负债结构、业务规模和资产质量等是影响城商行净息差变动的主要因素。为了“稳息差”,建议城商行从“提高资产配置效率、加强负债成本管理、完善利率自律管理、提升综合服务水平和强化金融科技赋能”等五方面着手,有效构筑净息差“护城河”,进一步提升服务实体经济的持续性和有效性。
