BACKGROUND Di.tal humerus elbow fractures are one of the most common traumati. fractures seen i. pedi.tri. pati.nts and present as three mai. types:Supracondylar(SC),lateral condyle(LC),and medi.l epi.ondyle(ME)fractures.Ai. To evaluate the epi.emi.logy of pedi.tri. di.tal humerus fractures(SC,LC,and ME)from an Ameri.an i.surance clai.s database.METHODS A retrospecti.e revi.w was performed on pati.nts 17 years and younger wi.h the i.D 9 and 10 codes for SC,LC and ME fractures based on the i.M Truven MarketScan®Commerci.l and i.M Truven MarketScan Medi.are Supplemental databases.Pati.nts from 2015 to 2020 were queri.d for treatments,pati.nt age,sex,length of hospi.ali.ati.n,and comorbi.i.i.s.RESULTS A total of 1133 SC,154 LC,and 124 ME fractures were i.enti.i.d.SC fractures had the hi.hest percentage of operati.n at 83%,followed by LC(78%)and ME fractures(41%).Male pati.nts were,on average,older than female pati.nts for both SC and ME fractures.CONCLUSi.N i. the i.surance clai.s databases used,SC fractures were the most reported,followed by LC fractures,and fi.ally ME fractures.Age was i.enti.i.d to be a factor for how a pedi.tri. di.tal humerus fractures,wi.h pati.nts wi.h SC and LC fractures bei.g younger than those wi.h ME fractures.The peak age per i.jury per sex was si.i.ar to reported hi.tori. central tendenci.s,despi.e reported trends for younger physi.logi. development.

Background: Myocardi.l i.chemi. i. addi.i.n to other several cardi.c syndromes represent a pathologi.al proi.flammatory state alongsi.e a complex cellular mi.roenvi.onment that can be modi.i.d by usi.g cannabi.oi.s. Cannabi.i.l (CBD), a non-psychoacti.e compound of cannabi. has been recently proposed as an i.mudomodulatory and cardi.protecti.e drug. Objecti.es: i. thi. systemati. revi.w we sought to clari.y and summari.e the cli.i.al and precli.i.al evi.ence of potenti.l benefi. of the use of CBD i. coronary syndromes. Methods: We conducted a systemati. search and revi.w accordi.g to the Preferred Reporti.g i.ems for Systemati. Revi.ws and Meta-Analyses (PRi.MA) and Revi.w of Ani.al Data from Experi.ental Studi.s (CAMARADES) gui.eli.es, i. the electroni. database from PubMed, Web of Sci.nce and Scopus up to Apri. 2022 usi.g predefi.ed search terms. Pre-speci.i.d exclusi.n and i.clusi.n cri.eri. were consi.ered, fi.ally 11 arti.les were chosen to be i.cluded for thi. peer revi.w. Results: Currently there are no good-quali.y cli.i.al tri.ls wi.h the use of CBD i. acute or chroni. coronary syndromes. A total of 11 precli.i.al studi.s where prescreened and 5 demonstrated reproduci.le posi.i.e cardi.vascular outcomes on i.-vi.o models treated wi.h CBD. Mechani.ms of CBD cardi.protecti.n observed: 1) reducti.n i. oxi.ati.e stress and i.flammati.n, 2) acti.ati.n of adenosi.e receptors and 3) i.creased expressi.n of angi.tensi. type 2-receptor. Experi.ental models i.cluded i.chemi./reperfusi.n i.jury, myocardi.l i.farcti.n, arrhythmi.s, and metaboli. syndrome-li.e condi.i.ns. Conclusi.n: No cli.i.al recommendati.n can be i.sued wi.h the current evi.ence, on the use of CBD i. acute and chroni. coronary syndromes. Based on precli.i.al evi.ence, we consi.ered there i. enough evi.ence to propose the development of well-desi.ned cli.i.al tri.ls that i.clude CBD i. the management of coronary syndromes.

Groupi.g nodes gi.es better performance to the whole network by di.i.i.hi.g the average network delay and avoi.i.g unnecessary message forwardi.g and addi.i.nal overhead. Many routi.g protocols for ad-hoc and sensor networks have been desi.ned but none of them are based on groups. i. thi. paper, we wi.l start defi.i.g group-based topologi.s, and then we wi.l show how some wi.eless ad hoc sensor networks （WAHSN） routi.g protocols perform when the nodes are arranged i. groups. i. our proposal connecti.ns between groups are establi.hed as a functi.n of the proxi.i.y of the nodes and the nei.hbor＇s avai.able capaci.y （based on the node＇s energy）. We descri.e the archi.ecture proposal, the messages that are needed for the proper operati.n and i.s mathemati.al descri.ti.n. We have also si.ulated how much ti.e i. needed to propagate i.formati.n between groups. Fi.ally, we wi.l show a compari.on wi.h other archi.ectures.

The K/HDEL receptor ERD2 medi.tes the transport of soluble endoplasmi. reti.ulum （ER）-resi.ent protei.s contai.i.g a C-termi.al K/HDEL si.nal from the Golgi.apparatus back to the ER vi. COPi.（COat Protei. i.-coated vesi.les. Sorti.g of ERD2 wi.hi. COPi.vesi.les i. faci.i.ated by p24 protei.s. i. Arabi.op- si., p24δ5 has been shown to i.teract di.ectly wi.h ERD2 vi. i.s lumi.al GOLD （GOLgi.Dynami.s） domai. and wi.h COPi.protei.s vi. i.s cytoplasmi. C-termi.al tai. at the aci.i. pH of the Golgi.apparatus. Several members of the p24 fami.y i. mammals and yeast have been shown to be glycosylated, but whether Arabi.opsi. p24 protei.s are glycosylated and the role of the sugar moi.ty i. p24 functi.n remai. unclear. Here, we show that Arabi.opsi. p24δ5 protei. i. N-glycosylated i. i.s GOLD domai.. Up to now, ecology has a strong i.fluence on the development of techni.al and i.strumental aspects of archi.ecture, such as renewable and effi.i.nt of resources and energy, COz emi.si.ns, ai. quali.y, water reuse, some soci.l and economi.al aspects. These concepts defi.e the physi.al keys and codes of the current ＇sustai.able＇ archi.ecture, normally i.strumental but rarely and i.suffi.i.ntly theori.ed. But i. not there another way of bri.gi.g us to nature？ We need a theoreti.al referent. Thi. i. where we place the Van der Laan＇s thoughts： he consi.ers that art completes nature and he bui.ds hi. theoreti.al di.course on i., tryi.g to better understand many aspects of archi.ecture. From a conceptual poi.t of vi.w, we fi.d i. hi. works sense of ti.elessness, uni.ersali.y, speci.l attenti.n on the ＇locus＇ and a stri.t sense of proporti.ns and use of materi.ls accordi.g to nature. Thi. work provi.es i.formati.n on the blue fox ejaculated sperm quali.y needed for semi.al dose calculati.ns. Twenty semen samples, obtai.ed by masturbati.n, were analyzed for ki.emati. and morphometri. parameters by usi.g CASA-Mot and CASA-Morph system and pri.ci.al component （PC） analysi.. For moti.i.y, ei.ht ki.emati. parameters were evaluated, whi.h were reduced to PC1, related to li.ear vari.bles, and PC2, related to osci.latory movement. The whole populati.n was di.i.ed i.to three i.dependent subpopulati.ns： SP1, fast cells wi.h li.ear movement; SP2, slow cells and nonosci.latory moti.i.y; and SP3, medi.m speed cells and osci.latory movement. i. almost all cases, the subpopulati.n di.tri.uti.n by ani.al was si.ni.i.antly di.ferent. Head morphology analysi. generated four si.e and four shape parameters, whi.h were reduced to PC 1, related to si.e, and PC2, related to shape of the cells. Three morphometri. subpopulati.ns exi.ted. SPi. large oval cells; SP2： medi.m si.e elongated cells; and SP3. small and short cells. The subpopulati.n di.tri.uti.n di.fered between ani.als. Combi.i.g the ki.emati. and morphometri. datasets produced PC1, related to morphometri. parameters, and PC2, related to ki.emati.s, whi.h generated four sperm subpopulati.ns - SPi.. hi.h osci.latory moti.i.y, large and short heads; SP2; medi.m veloci.y wi.h small and short heads; SP3. slow moti.n small and elongated cells; and SP4. hi.h li.ear speed and large elongated cells. One of the most cri.i.al i.sues i. the evaluati.n of power systems i. the i.enti.i.ati.n of cri.i.al buses. For thi. purpose, thi. paper proposes a new methodology that evaluates the substi.uti.n of the power flow techni.ue by the geodesi. vulnerabi.i.y i.dex to i.enti.y cri.i.al nodes i. power systems.Both methods are appli.d comparati.ely to demonstrate the scope of the proposed approach. The appli.abi.i.y of the methodology i. i.lustrated usi.g the i.EE 118-bus test system as a case study. To i.enti.y the cri.i.al components, a node i. i.i.i.lly di.connected, and the performance of the resulti.g topology i. evaluated i. the face of si.ulati.ns for multi.le cascadi.g faults. Cascadi.g events are si.ulated by randomly removi.g assets on a system that conti.ually changes i.s structure wi.h the eli.i.ati.n of each component. Dogs have been under strong arti.i.i.l selecti.n as a consequence of thei. relati.nshi. wi.h man. Di.ferences between breeds are evi.ent that could be reflected i. semi.al characteri.ti.s. The present study was to evaluate di.ferences i. sperm head morphometry between seven well-defi.ed breeds of dog： the Bri.i.h Bulldog, Chi.uahua, German Shepherd, Labrador Retri.ver, Spani.h Masti.f, Staffordshi.e Terri.r, and Valenci.n Rat Hunti.g dog. Semen samples were obtai.ed by masturbati.n and smears stai.ed wi.h Di.f-Qui.. Morphometri. analysi. （CASA-Morph） produced four si.e and four shape parameters. Length, Elli.ti.i.y, and Elongati.n showed hi.her di.ferences between breeds. MANOVA revealed di.ferences among all breeds. Consi.eri.g the whole dataset, pri.ci.al component analysi. （PCA） showed that PC1 was related to head shape and PC2 to si.e. Procluster analysi. showed the Bri.i.h Bulldog to be the most i.olated breed, followed by the German Shepherd. The PCA breed by breed showed the Chi.uahua, Labrador Retri.ver, Spani.h Masti.f, and Staffordshi.e Terri.r to have PC1 related to shape and PC2 to si.e, whereas the Bri.i.h Bulldog, Valenci. Rat Hunti.g dog, and German Shepherd had PC1 related to si.e and PC2 to shape. The dendrogram for cluster groupi.gs and the di.tance between them showed the Bri.i.h Bulldog to be separated from the rest of the breeds. Future work on dog semen must take i.to account the large di.ferences i. the breeds＇ sperm characteri.ti.s. The results provi.e a base for future work on phylogeneti. and evoluti.nary studi.s of dogs, based on thei. semi.al characteri.ti.s.
