The air cooler is an important equipment in the petroleum refining *** chloride(NH4 Cl)deposition-induced corrosion is one of its main failure *** this study,the ammonium salt crystallization temperature is chosen as the key decision variable of NH4 Cl deposition-induced corrosion through in-depth mechanism research and experimental *** functional link neural network(FLNN)is adopted as the basic algorithm for modeling because of its advantages in dealing with non-linear problems and its fast-computational ability.A hybrid FLNN attached to a small norm is built to improve the generalization performance of the ***,the trained model is used to predict the NH4 Cl salt crystallization temperature in the air cooler of a sour water stripper *** results show the proposed improved FLNN algorithm can achieve better generalization performance than the PLS,the back propagation neural network,and the conventional FLNN models.

业务流程管理(BPM)是企业确保持续改进业务流程(BP)并适应业务变化的有效策略,其中业务流程建模是优化BPM关键。业务流程建模符号(BPMN)是一种可视化的业务流程建模语言,在建模过程提供流程交互、异常处理和语义补偿等功能,并具有良好的适应能力。BPMN尽管在很多领域中应用,但难以直观表达一些工业互联网环境下的复杂业务场景,这增加了建模人员与业务人员之间沟通成本。虽然已有解决方法对原生BPMN元素扩展,并详细注释,但表达能力仍然有限,且大量注释使业务流程变得繁杂。对此,基于BPMN 2.0对业务流程建模元素进行扩展,给出通用的扩展机制与实现方法。基于该方法,针对不同应用场景的业务需求可扩展新的建模元素和属性。最后,通过真实的业务流程模型案例说明该扩展机制的有效性,为其他业务流程建模元素的扩展提供一种通用的参考框架。

目的:探讨参连复脉颗粒对大鼠再灌注心律失常的影响及机制研究。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、美西律组、参连复脉颗粒低剂量组、参连复脉颗粒中剂量组、参连复脉颗粒高剂量组。干预完成后,除假手术组外其余各组大鼠建立心肌缺血再灌注模型;观察各组大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后室性期前收缩(PVC)总个数和心室颤动(VF)+室性心动过速(VT)总时程。进一步检索参连复脉颗粒药物成分,预测成分靶点,同时检索再灌注心律失常靶点,获取药物与再灌注心律失常的交集靶点并筛选核心靶点,借助Metascape平台分析其作用的信号通路。结果:与模型组比较,参连复脉颗粒中、高剂量组PVC总个数和VF+VT总时程均明显下降(P0.05)。筛选得到参连复脉颗粒与再灌注心律失常交集靶点共136个,进一步筛选其核心靶点主要为蛋白激酶B1(AKT1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白介素6(IL6)、白介素1β(IL1B)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)、细胞肿瘤抗原p53(TP53)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶3(MAPK3)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(CASP3)、JUN、环加氧酶2(PTGS2)。这些靶点参与凋亡、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)和TNF信号通路等与再灌注心律失常密切相关的通路。结论:参连复脉颗粒能降低大鼠再灌注心律失常发生率,其作用可能与美西律类似;网络药理学揭示了参连复脉颗粒预防再灌注心律失常多途径、多靶点的作用特点。

Target detection is always an important application in hyperspectral image processing field. In this paper, a spectral-spatial target detection algorithm for hyperspectral data is *** spatial feature and spectral feature were unified based on the data filed theory and extracted by weighted manifold embedding. The novelties of the proposed method lie in two aspects. One is the way in which the spatial features and spectral features were fused as a new feature based on the data field theory, and the other is that local information was introduced to describe the decision boundary and explore the discriminative features for target detection. The extracted features based on data field modeling and manifold embedding techniques were considered for a target detection *** standard hyperspectral datasets were considered in the analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed target detection algorithm based on data field theory was proved by the higher detection rates with lower False Alarm Rates（FARs） with respect to those achieved by conventional hyperspectral target detectors.

目的应用聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)基因指纹图谱技术,检测胃癌患者肠道菌群的变化情况,探讨肠道菌群与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法选取7例符合临床诊断标准的胃癌患者和相同年龄段的3例健康者的粪便标本,提取粪便总DNA。通过PCR-DGGE技术获得菌群指纹图谱,进行相似性、多样性分析。结果胃癌患者肠道菌群与健康对照组相比,其肠道菌群构成发生显著性变化。其中,条件致病菌唾液乳杆菌、唾液链球菌、大肠埃希菌数量均增加。益生菌直肠真杆菌、Dorea longicatena、柔嫩梭菌群数量均较少。结论胃癌患者肠道菌群的多样性和构成与健康对照相比发生了显著变化,该特点对于胃癌的预测提供了实验依据。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the underlying protein molecular mechanisms of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome"(QS) and "Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome"(QD), as two subtypes of coronary artery disease(CAD) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS: In this study, a total of 227 CAD patients with QS and 211 CAD patients with QD were enrolled;all participants underwent PCI. Label-free quantification proteomics were employed to analyze the changes in serum in two subtypes of CAD patients before and 6 months after PCI, aiming to elucidate the intervention mechanism of PCI in treating CAD characterized by two different TCM ***: Biochemical analysis revealed significant changes in tumor necrosis factor-α, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood stasis clinical symptoms observation, and Gensini levels in both patient groups post-PCI;Proteomic analysis identified 79 and 95 differentially expressed proteins in the QS and QD patient groups, respectively, compared to their control *** C8 alpha chain, complement factor H,apolipoprotein H, apolipoprotein B, plasminogen,carbonic anhydrase 2, and complement factor Ⅰ were altered in both comparison groups. Furthermore,enrichment analysis demonstrated that cell adhesion and connectivity-related processes underwent changes in QS patients post-PCI, whereas lipid metabolism-related pathways, including the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor signaling pathway and extracellular matrix receptor interaction, underwent changes in the QD *** protein-protein interaction network analysis further enriched 52 node proteins, including apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein(a), complement C5, apolipoprotein A4,complement C8 alpha chain, complement C8 beta chain,complement C8 gamma chain, apolipoprotein H,apolipoprotein A-Ⅱ, albumin, complement C4-B,apolipoprotein C3, among others.
