有机物料改良对商洛烟区烤烟生长发育及产质量的影响

以不同改良有机物料为材料,研究不同改良有机物料对商洛烤烟生长发育及品质的影响,为降低商洛烟区有机肥使用成本提供理论依据。2022年在陕西省商洛市洛南县开展有机物料改良土壤的小区试验,共设3个处理:T1(常规施肥+高碳基肥750 kg/hm^(2))、T2(常规施肥+商品鸡粪750 kg/hm^(2))和T3(常规施肥+腐熟饼肥750 kg/hm^(2)),以CK0(常规施肥,不施有机肥)及CK1(常规施肥+烟草公司套餐有机肥)为对照。结果表明,不同改良有机物料可显著提高烟株的农艺性状及抗病性;不同改良有机物料提高烟株的物质积累量,并丰富烟株的有机元素;不同改良有机物料对烤烟的经济性状有显著提升。土壤中使用不同改良有机物料有利于提高商洛烤烟产质量,其中T1(常规施肥+高碳基肥750 kg/hm^(2))和T2处理(常规施肥+商品鸡粪750 kg/hm^(2))改善商洛烤烟生长发育效果最优。

用于智能路锥自组网(IRCAN)的现有多跳分簇路由协议存在组网控制开销有冗余、数据分组传输平均跳数未保证最小的问题。为解决上述问题,结合网络链状拓扑特点,提出一种基于非随机后倾成簇的高效分簇路由协议RCHR(Retroverted-Clustering-based Hierarchy Routing)。首先,提出基于中心扩展的后倾成簇机制和基于泛听跨层和扩展邻接矩阵的簇首选择算法;其次,采用所提机制和算法,以sink节点为中心依次生成具有后倾特点的簇,在不借助额外条件的情况下为sink节点选择分列两端的最优簇首节点,既减少组网过程的开销和用时,又能够形成有利于降低数据分组传输平均跳数的网络拓扑。理论分析验证了所提协议的有效性,仿真实验结果表明,与现有多跳分簇路由协议基于分环多跳的分簇路由(RBMC)和改进型低功耗自适应集簇分层型协议(MOD-LEACH)相比,所提协议的组网控制开销和数据分组传输平均跳数分别至少降低了32.7%和2.6%。

金属有机框架(MOFs)材料的高表面积、结构稳定性和可调功能使其成为制备生物柴油的理想催化剂。本文通过溶剂热法制备磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF催化剂,利用傅里叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸脱附(BET)、热重分析(TG)等手段对催化剂的微观结构和热稳定性进行表征,并应用于文冠果油制备生物柴油的反应中。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF催化剂表面粗糙多孔,比表面积为206.239 m^(2)/g,平均孔径为6.64 nm,属于介孔材料。Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF的饱和磁化强度为12.6 emu/g,易分离回收。当催化剂用量为3 wt%、醇油摩尔比为20∶1、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2 h时,生物柴油产率最高,为75.0%。Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF循环使用5次后,其催化生物柴油的产率仍能达到69.25%。

Nano-Y2O3 and nano-CeO2 of different weight ratio mixed with deionizing water were doped into MoO2 powder by liquid-solid doping method. The diameter 1.80 and 0.18 mm alloy wires of Mo-0.3Y, Mo-0.3Ce, and Mo-0.15Y-0.15Ce were prepared through reduction, iso- static pressing, sintering, and drawing. Tensile properties, second phase microstructure and fracture surface appear- ance of wires were analyzed. The better refining effect for Mo alloy powder can be gotten after two kinds of nano- particle oxide doped into MoO2 than only one doped. Nano-Y2O3 and nano-CeO2 have different influences on sintering process. For nano-CeO2, the constraining effect of grain growth focuses on the initial sintering stage, nano- Y2O3 plays refining grains roles in the later densification stage. Nano-Y2O3 is undistorted and keeps intact in the process of drawing; and nano-CeO2 is elongated and bro- ken into parts in the drawing direction. The strengthening effect of nano-Y2O3 and nano-CeO2 keeps the finer grains and superior tensile properties for Mo-0.15Y-0.15Ce wire.

AIM： To investigate the response of astrocytes and neurons in rat lumbo±sacral spinal cord and medulla oblongata induced by chronic colonic inflammation, and the relationship between them. METHODS： Thirty-three male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group （n = 17）, colonic inflammation was induced by intra-luminal administration of trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid （TNBS）; control group （n = 16）, saline was administered intra-luminally. After 3, 7, 14, and 28 d of administration, the lumbo-sacral spinal cord and medulla oblongata were removed and processed for anti-glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP）, Fos and GFAP/Fos immunohistochemistry. RESULTS： Activated astrocytes positive for GFAP were mainly distributed in the superficial laminae （laminae Ⅰ-Ⅱ） of dorsal horn, intermediolateral nucleus （laminae Ⅴ）, posterior commissural nucleus （laminae Ⅹ） and anterolateral nucleus （laminae Ⅸ）. Fos-IR （Fos-immunoreactive） neurons were mainly distributed in the deeper laminae of the spinal cord （laminae Ⅲ-Ⅳ, Ⅴ-Ⅵ）. In the medulla oblongata, both GFAP-IR astrocytes and Fos-IR neurons were mainly distributed in the medullary visceral zone （MVZ）. The density of GFAP in the spinal cord of experimental rats was significantly higher after 3, 7, and 14 d of TNBS administration compared with the controls （50.44±16.8, 29.24±6.5, 24.14±5.6, P〈0.05）. The density of GFAP in MVZ was significantly higher after 3 d of TNBS administration （34.34±2.5, P〈0.05）. After 28 d of TNBS administration, the density of GFAP in the spinal cord and MVZ decreased and became comparable to that of the controls （18.04±4.9, 14.64±6.4, P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Astrocytes in spinal cord and medulla oblongata can be activated by colonic inflammation. The activated astrocytes are closely related to Fos-IR neurons. With the recovery of colonic inflammation, the activity ofastrocytes in the spinal cord and medulla oblongata is reduced.

Efficient distributed address assignment algorithm based on topology maintenance in ZigBee networks

Adopting the borrowed address algorithm can decrease the orphan nodes in ZigBee networks that use distributed address assignment mechanism （DAAM）. The existing borrowed address algorithms can increase the success rate of address assignment, but they have defects such as greater cost of overhead and time in founding network caused by breaking topology. To solve such problems, we propose an more efficient distributed borrowed address assignment algorithm based on topology maintenance （A2BTM） that has a topology maintenance function. It borrows address firstly from the offspring nodes in the same branch for the orphan nodes and replies distributed the request of the borrowed address message immediately, to maintain the network topology and decrease the overhead and time spent on the mechanism of borrowed address. Theoretical and simulation analyses manifest that AZBTM algorithm outperforms DAAM and its improved algorithms in terms of the overhead and time spent in founding network, on the premise of keeping a higher success rate of address assignment. Furthermore, A2BTM can lessen the influence from detour phenomenon efficiently.

Functional Analysis of Nodulin-like Promoter in Transgenic Cotton Plants

For the first time, a nodulin-like gene promoter was isolated from Gossypium hirsutum L. Guo Y 18 by means of inverse PCR. Three plant expression vectors were constructed for functional identification of the promoter. These vectors were different only in promoter regions; three truncations of the nodulinlike promoter took the place of the CaMV35S promoter in the pBI 121 plant expression vector. Then, the three vectors were introduced into cotton plants via the pollen tube pathway. The expression patterns of the gus gene driven by nodulin-like promoter truncations were investigated in the offspring of transgenic cotton plants. Histochemical GUS staining and fluorescence quantitative analysis were performed to achieve this goal. The results showed that the nodulin-like promoter was a strong, highly reproductive organspecific promoter, which demonstrated a much higher driver activity than the CaMV35S promoter did in cotton reproductive organs, but relatively lower activity in vegetation. Identification of the speciality and strength-determining regions of the nodulin-like promoter was also undertaken.

Influence of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Endophyte Infection on Ecophysiological Parameters and Mineral Element Content of Perennial Ryegrass

An experiment was designed to determine the effect of the fungal endophyte Neotyphodium Iolii on the growth, physiological parameters and mineral element content of perennial ryegrass （Lolium perennel L.）, when growing at two N supply levels. Endophyte infection had a significant positive effect on both shoot and root growth of ryegrass, but this difference was only significant in the high N supply treatment. At high N supply, endophyte-infected （El） plants accumulated more soluble sugar in the sheath and the root than endophyte-free （EF） plants. Endophyte infection affected mineral element concentrations in the root more than in the shoot. We found a significant effect of endophyte infection on B, Mn and Mg in the root, but significant effect was only found on B in the shoot. El plants tended to accumulate less B in the shoot at both N levels, but accumulated more B, Mn and Mg in the root at low N levels. The difference of growth parameters in different periods was significant. The content of soluble sugar and crude protein in the sheath were also dependent on the growth stages of both El and EF plants.

Superconductivity in kagome metal ThRu3Si2

We report the physical properties of ThRu3Si2featured with distorted Ru kagome lattice. The combined experiments of resistivity, magnetization and specific heat reveal bulk superconductivity with Tc= 3.8 K. The specific heat jump and calculated electron–phonon coupling indicate a moderate coupled BCS superconductor. In comparison with LaRu3Si2,the calculated electronic structure in ThRu3Si2shows an electron-doping effect with electron filling lifted from 100 meV below flat bands to 300 meV above it. This explains the lower superconducting transition temperature and weaker electron correlations observed in ThRu3Si2. Our work suggests the Tc and electronic correlations in the kagome superconductor could have an intimate connection with the flat bands.
