Li-ion battery is an essential component and energy storage unit for the evolution of electric vehicles and energy storage technology in the ***,in order to cope with the temperature sensitivity of Li-ion battery and maintain Li-ion battery safe operation,it is of great necessary to adopt an appropriate battery thermal management system(BTMS).In this paper,the current main BTM strategies and research hotspots were discussed from two aspects:small-scale battery module and large-scale electrochemical energy storage power station(EESPS).The practical application situation,advantages and disadvantages,and the future development trend of each heat dissipation method(air,liquid,PCM,heat pipe,hybrid cooling) were described in *** them,the air cooling and liquid cooling were reviewed in-depth based on the engineering *** PCM,heat pipe and hybrid cooling were reviewed extensively based on the latest *** research provides a comprehensive understanding for the BTMS in all scales.

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.

Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers are recognized as the prospective diesel additive to decrease the pollutant emission from the light-duty vehicles,which can be polymerize form the monomer of dimethoxymethane(DMM).The industrial synthesis of DMM is mainly involved two-step process:methanol is oxidized to form the formaldehyde in fixed bed reactor and then reacted with the generated formaldehyde through acetalization in continuous stirred-tank *** to huge energy consumption,this typical synthesis route of DMM needs to be upgraded and more green routes should be *** this review,four state-of-the-art one-step direct synthetic routes,including two upgrading routes(methanol direct oxidation and direct dehydrogenation)and two green routes(methanol diethyl ether direct oxidation and carbon oxides direct hydrogenation),have been summarized and *** with the reaction mechanism and catalytic performance on the different catalysts,the challenges and opportu nities for every synthetic route are *** relationships between catalyst structu re and property in different synthesis strategy are also investigated and then the suggestions of the design of catalyst are given about future research directions that efforts should be made ***,this review can bridge the gap between newly developed catalysts and synthesis technology to realize their commercial applications in the near future.

AIM： To determine the inhibitory effect of the vectorgenerated small interfering RNAs （siRNAs） on the expression of the BcI-XL gene in established human esophageal cancer cells, and to investigate the effect of the BcI-XL siRNAs on cell growth and apoptosis in esophageal cancer cells. METHODS： Three siRNA-expressing vectors targeting different sites of the Bcl-XL gene were constructed from pTZ-U6＋I vector. Cultured esophageal cancer cells were transfected with the siRNA-expressing vector （or the control vector） using lipofectamine 2000. BcI-XL gene expression was determined with semiquantitative RT- PCR assay and Western blotting. Among the three siRNA- expressing vectors, the most highly functional vector and its effect on cell growth and apoptosis in esophageal cancer ceils was further analyzed. RESULTS： Of the three siRNA-expressing vectors, siRNA- expressing vector No.1 was the most potent one which suppressed Bcl-XL mRNA production to 32.5% of that in the untreated esophageal cancer cells. Western blotting analysis showed that siRNA-expressing vector No.1 markedly down-regulated the expression of Bcl-XL in human esophageal cancer cells. Treatment of esophageal cancer cells with siRNA-expressing vector No.1 resulted in inhibition of cell growth and induction of apoptosis. CONCLUSION： Down-regulation of BcI-XL by vectorgenerated small interfering RNAs can suppress cell growth and induce apoptosis in human esophageal cancer cells.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapy of mediastinal enterogenous cysts in children. Methods Clinical data of 17 cases with mediastinal enterogenous cysts within 19 years in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results One case was intramural esophageal cyst and 16 cases were enteric cysts, two among which were complicated with abdominal enteric duplications. Most cases presented with symptoms of respiratory distress. Twelve cases were complicated with vertebral anomalies. Ultrasound helpful in confirming the cystic nature of these lesions. posterior mediastinum. of 12 cases and magnetic resonance imaging of 4 cases were Eight cases had technetium-99m pertechnetate scintigraphy of posterior mediastinum.Conclusions Most patients present with symptoms of respiratory distress, complicated with vertebral anomalies. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging may be helpful in confirming the cystic nature of these lesions. Technetium-99m pertechnetate scintigraphy is the most effective method for differentiation of the disease from other mediastinal cysts.

The well-distribution spindle Li Fe PO4(LFP)nanoparticles as cathode of lithium secondary batteries were synthesized by a solvothermal reaction route at low temperature(180 °C) in which the ascorbic acid was used as reducing agent. In order to guarantee that the p H values of thermal systems were not affected too much and the reducibility of the system was enhanced at the same time,glucose was chosen as an auxiliary reductant in this reaction. The obtained powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and laser particle analyzer. The results show that the carbon-coated uniform spindle olivine Li Fe PO4/C-glucose particles(glucose as auxiliary reductant, LFP/C-G) are prepared with the size 500–600 nm and without any impurity phases. Their electrochemical properties were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry, and galvanostatic charge/discharge tests. LFP/C-G has a higher conductivity and better reversible capability than carbon-coated LFP(LFP/C). The highest discharge capacity of LFP/C-G is 161.3 mAh·g-1at0.1C and 108.6 mAh·g-1at 5.0C, respectively. The results imply that the neat crystal nanostructure of LFP/C-G has excellent capacity retention and cycling *** adding of glucose is the key factor for the welldistribution and neat crystal structure of nanoparticles,thus the electrochemical performances of materials are improved.

Learning-based multi-task models have been widely used in various scene understanding tasks,and complement each other,i.e.,they allow us to consider prior semantic information to better infer *** boost the unsupervised monocular depth estimation using semantic segmentation as an auxiliary *** address the lack of cross-domain datasets and catastrophic forgetting problems encountered in multi-task training,we utilize existing methodology to obtain redundant segmentation maps to build our cross-domain dataset,which not only provides a new way to conduct multi-task training,but also helps us to evaluate results compared with those of other *** addition,in order to comprehensively use the extracted features of the two tasks in the early perception stage,we use a strategy of sharing weights in the network to fuse cross-domain features,and introduce a novel multi-task loss function to further smooth the depth *** experiments on KITTI and Cityscapes datasets show that our method has achieved state-of-the-art performance in the depth estimation task,as well improved semantic segmentation.
