Objective To investigate the mechanism of Tojapride,a Chinese herbal formula extract,on strengthening the barrier function of esophageal epithelium in rats with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods Ten out of 85 SD rats were randomly selected as the sham group(n10),and 75 rats were developed a reflux esophagitis model(RE)by the esophageal and duodenal side-to-side *** successful modeling rats were divided into different medicated groups through a random number table including the model,low-,medium-,and high-dose of Tojapride as well as omeprazole groups(n10).Three doses of Tojapride[5.73,11.46,22.92 g/(kg•d)]and omeprazole[4.17 mg/(kg•d)]were administrated intragastrically twice daily for 3 *** the rats in the sham and model groups were administered 10 mL/kg distilled *** fluid was collected and the supernatant was kept to measure for volume,pH value and *** tissues were isolated to monitor the morphological changes through hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining,and esophageal epithelial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron *** expressions of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells p65(NF-KBp65),κB kinase beta(IKKß),occludin,and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)in the esophageal tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot,*** The gastric pH value in the model group was significantly lower than the sham group(Pying degrees of congestion and partially visible erosion was observed in the remaining *** increase in cell gap width and decrease in desmosome count was seen in RE rats and the effect was reversed by Tojapride *** with the sham group,the IKKßlevels were significantly higher in the model group(P<0.0

The back-streaming white-neutron beamline(Back-n)of the China Spallation Neutron Source is an essential neutronresearch platform built for the study of nuclear data,neutron physics,and neutron *** types of cross-sectional neutron-reaction measurements have been performed at Back-n since early *** measurements have shown that a significant number of gamma rays can be transmitted to the experimental stations of Back-n along with the neutron *** gamma rays,commonly referred to as in-beam gamma rays,can induce a non-negligible experimental background in neutron-reaction *** the characteristics of in-beam gamma rays is important for understanding the experimental ***,measuring in-beam gamma rays is challenging because most gamma-ray detectors are sensitive to neutrons;thus,discriminating between neutron-induced signals and those from in-beam gamma rays is *** this study,we propose the use of the black resonance filter method and a CeBr_(3) scintillation detector to measure the characteristics of the in-beam gamma rays of *** types of black resonance filters,^(181)Ta,^(59)Co,^(nat)Ag,and^(nat)Cd,were used in this *** time-of-flight(TOF)technique was used to select the detector signals remaining in the absorption region of the TOF spectra,which were mainly induced by in-beam gamma *** energy distribution and flux of the in-beam gamma rays of Back-n were determined by analyzing the deposited energy spectra of the CeBr_(3) scintillation detector and using Monte Carlo *** on the results of this study,the background contributions from in-beam gamma rays in neutron-reaction measurements at Back-n can be reasonably evaluated,which is beneficial for enhancing both the experimental methodology and data analysis.

The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic caused more than 96 million infections and over 2 million deaths worldwide so ***,there is no approved vaccine available for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the disease causative *** is the most effective approach to eradicate a *** tests of safety and efficacy in animals are pivotal for developing a vaccine and before the vaccine is applied to human *** we evaluated the safety,immunogenicity,and efficacy of an inactivated vaccine based on the whole viral particles in human ACE2 transgenic mouse and in non-human *** data showed that the inactivated vaccine successfully induced SARS-CoV-2-specific neutralizing antibodies in mice and non-human primates,and subsequently provided partial(in low dose)or full(in high dose)protection of challenge in the tested *** addition,passive serum transferred from vaccine-immunized mice could also provide full protection from SARS-CoV-2 infection in *** results warranted positive outcomes in future clinical trials in humans.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(P<0.001)greater reduction in urine protein *** with the losartan potassium 100 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 100 mg group had a 9.77%±2.52%(P=0.001)greater reduction in urine *** a superiority threshold of 15%,neither was statistically ***,serum creatinine and serum albumin from the baseline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

设计、合成了以吡啶阳离子为吸电子基团的二维电荷转移非线性光学生色团分子——双四苯硼(反式)-4,4’-二{p-[N-乙基-N-羟乙基)氨基]苯亚乙烯基}-N,N’-(1,2-乙基)-2,2’-联吡啶盐和双四苯硼(反式)-N-己基一咔唑-3,6-二(p-亚乙烯基-N-羟乙基-吡啶盐),利用超瑞利散射技术(HRS)测定了这两种分子的第一超极化率β,在1064nm分别为786×10^(-30)esu和1770×10^(-30)esu.双能级模型计算得到的β_0的值分别为215×10^(-30)esu和119×10^(-30)esu.从分子结构的角度定性地分析了该类分子具有大β值的原因.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2D) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2D materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2D materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2D materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2D material research.
