By utilizing the extended phase-matching(EPM)method,we investigate the generation of single photons with high spectral-purity in a magnesium-doped periodically-poled lithium niobate(MgO:PPLN)crystal via the spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC)*** adjusting the temperature and pump wavelength,the wavelength of the single photons can be tuned from telecom to mid-infrared(MIR)wavelengths,for which the spectral-purity can be above 0.95 with high transmission *** experiments,we engineer a MgO:PPLN with poling period of 20.35µm which emits the EPM photon pair centered at 1496.6 nm and 1644.0 nm and carry out the joint spectral intensity(JSI)and Glauber’s second-order self-correlation measurements to characterize the spectral *** results are in good agreement with the numerical *** work may provide a valuable approach for the generation of spectrally pure single photons at a wide range of wavelengths which is competent for various photonic quantum technologies.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

A three-dimensional manganese（Ⅱ）-substituted aluminum phosphate, Mn3Al6（PO4）12·4tren·11H2O[tren is tris（2-aminoethyl）amine], was synthesized hydrothermally. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, ICP, TG analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements. It crystallizes in the cubicsystem, space group I-43m（No. 217） with a=1.683 51（4）nm, V=4.771 4（2） nm3, Z=2, R1=0.043 9 and wR2=0.132 4[I>2σ（I）]. The open framework built up from strict alternation of TO4/AlO4 and PO4 tetrahedra through corner-sharing vertex oxygen atoms. It contains 12-membered ring channels. The Mn atoms of the framework are bivalence proved by magnetic susceptibility measurements.

Messenger RNA(mRNA)vaccine technology has shown its power in preventing the ongoing COVID-19 *** mRNA vaccines targeting the full-length S protein of SARS-CoV-2 have been authorized for emergency ***,we have developed a lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated mRNA(mRNA-LNP)encoding the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV-2(termed ARCoV),which confers complete protection in mouse ***,we further characterized the protection efficacy of ARCoV in nonhuman primates and the Iong-term stability under normal refrigerator *** immunization of two doses of ARCoV elicited robust neutralizing antibodies as well as cellular response against SARS-CoV-2 in cynomolgus *** importantly,ARCoV vaccination in macaques significantly protected animals from acute lung lesions caused by SARS-CoV-2,and viral replication in lungs and secretion in nasal swabs were completely cleared in all animals immunized with low or high doses of *** evidenee of antibody-dependent enhancement of infection was observed throughout the ***,extensive stability assays showed that ARCoV can be stored at 2-8℃ for at least 6 months without decrease of *** these promising results strongly support the ongoing clinical trial.

目的建立适用于人凝血因子Ⅷ效价测定(一期法)的统计分析方法。方法采用一期法对人凝血因子Ⅷ的效价进行测定,采用量反应平行线测定法进行效价计算,并对该方法进行方法学验证。采用经验证的方法对来自7家企业的21批人凝血因子Ⅷ样品进行效价测定,并与标准曲线带入法进行比较。结果效价测定范围为标示量的64%~156%;以效价测定值的对数对理论值的对数作线性回归,相关系数r为0.9904;相对偏倚为0.5%~3.1%,其90%置信区间为-3.8%~6.1%;中间精密度为3.8%~6.7%,其95%置信上限为7.0%~12.3%;不同批次的激活的部分凝血活酶(APTT)试剂和人凝血因子Ⅷ缺乏血浆,对测定结果的影响无统计学意义,方法耐用性良好。采用量反应平行线测定法对21批样品进行测定,其结果与标准曲线带入法的结果表现出良好一致性。结论与标准曲线带入法相比,应用量反应平行线测定法分析一期法测定的人凝血因子Ⅷ效价,可增加实验数据的可靠性,并有效控制测定方法的误差,从而更好地控制人凝血因子Ⅷ质量。

Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)can cause liver fibrosis and lead to cirrhosis and *** the effectiveness of antiviral therapy to reverse liver fibrosis is limited,We aimed to evaluate the effect of An-Luo-Hua-Xian pill(ALHX)on fibrosis regression in CHB patients treated with entecavir(ETV).Methods:Treatment-naïve patients with CHB were randomly treated with ETV alone or combined with ALHX(ETV+ALHX)between October 1,2013 and December 31,***,laboratory,and liver histology data before and after 78 weeks of treatment were *** Ishak fibrosis score(F)was used and fibrosis regression required a decrease in F of≥1 after ***:A total of 780 patients were enrolled,and 394 with a second liver biopsy after treatment were included in the per-protocol population,132 in ETV group and 262 in ETV+ALHX *** 78 weeks of treatment,the fibrosis regression rate in the ETV+ALHX group was significantly higher than that of the ETV group at baseline F≥3 patients:124/211(58.8%)vs.45/98(45.9%),p=*** percentage of patients with a decreased liver stiffness measurement(LSM)was higher in the ETV+ALHX group:156/211(73.9%)vs.62/98(63.%),p=*** regression analysis showed that ETV combined with ALHX was associated with fibrosis regression[odds ratio(OR)=1.94,p=0.018],and a family history of hepatocellular carcinoma was on the contrary.(OR=0.41,p=0.031).Conclusions:ETV combined with ALHX increased liver fibrosis regression in CHB patients.

随着管道向低温地区的延伸,对输送管线的低温性能提出了更高的要求,突破寒冷地区用高强度管线钢强韧性配合的瓶颈需要对现有管线钢材料的组织结构设计和TMCP工艺进行优化。为研究TMCP关键参数和复杂组织之间的关系规律从而指导实际轧制过程,采用Gleeble热模拟试验机通过改变冷却速度、终轧温度、终冷温度和驰豫时间,观察得到的不同组织并分析变化规律。结果表明,随冷却速度提高,多边形(准多边形)铁素体体积分数下降,贝氏体铁素体体积分数增加;提高终轧温度,晶粒粗化,但针状铁素体组织比例基本不变;提高终冷温度到550℃时,组织严重粗化,并伴随大量恶化低温韧性的大尺寸尖角状MA岛;增加驰豫时间,多边形铁素体晶粒尺寸及体积分数逐渐增大。结合性能研究结果,设计出X80低温管线钢组织为细小的准多边形铁素体+粒状贝氏体+少量贝氏体铁素体(QF+GB占90%以上)的组织,其中大角度晶界占比高于50%。最终工业化TMCP参数设定为终轧温度750℃+终冷温度480℃+冷速20℃/s,得到的产品具有优异的低温冲击韧性,满足了X80低温管线钢的综合性能要求。
