Relying on morphology in the estimation of postmortem intervals is not always accurate for all life phases of flies,especially for immature *** present study demonstrates the application of cytochrome oxidase I sequences,a partial mitochondrial(mt)gene region,to differentiate forensically important flies in Alexandria,***-three adult flies,larvae,and pupae were collected from rabbit *** were used for *** analysis revealed no significant intraspecific divergence in Diptera ***,a neighbor-coining tree using the Kimura 2-parameter model illustrated reciprocal morphology between *** represented five species,four genera,four subfamilies,two families,and one *** herein identify five different species,Chrysomya albiceps,Chrysomya megacephala,Calliphora vicina,Lucilia sericata,and Ophyra capensis,using mt DNA as a species-specific marker for identification in a local database set-up.

The Lie group method is applied to present an analysis of the magneto hydro-dynamics（MHD） steady laminar flow and the heat transfer from a warm laminar liquid flow to a melting moving surface in the presence of thermal *** using the Lie group method,we have presented the transformation groups for the problem apart from the scaling *** application of this method reduces the partial differential equations（PDEs） with their boundary conditions governing the flow and heat transfer to a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations（ODEs） with appropriate boundary *** resulting nonlinear system of ODEs is solved numerically using the implicit finite difference method（FDM）.The local skin-friction coefficients and the local Nus.elt numbers for different physical parameters are presented in a table.

Introduction: Chronic subdural hematoma (CsDH) is one of the most common types of intracranial hemorrhages and carries a significant morbidity;there is no clear optimal treatment. Recurrence, pneumocephaly and seizures are common complications. We will evaluate outcome after inner membrane fenestration in comparison to burr-hole evacuation only in cases of CsDH. Patients and Methods: Our work was conducted on 20 patients with CsDH from February 2017 to July 2017. Endoscopic-assisted microscopic fenestration technique was used to do inner membrane fenestration in ten patients and the other 10 patients operated upon by traditional burr-hole evacuation. Regular follow up was done up to one month. Results: Clinical outcome was nearly the same in the two groups. Recurrence rate was only noted in the non-fenestration group (20%). Midline shift was better in the membrane fenestration group after one month and we experienced no intraoperative surgical complications related to the fenestration technique. Postoperative complications, such as Pneumocephalus and seizures, were seen in both study groups. Conclusion: Endoscopic assisted microscopic technique decreases surgical risks to do inner membrane fenestration although there is no major difference between doing fenestration or not in clinical outcome, but it may decrease recurrence, but larger studies are needed.

Background:Adult patients with congenital heart disease(ACHD)might be at high risk of Coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19).This study aimed to report on a one-year tertiary center experience regards COVID-19 infection in ACHD ***:This is a one-year(March-2020 to March-2021)tertiary-center retrospective study that enrolled all ACHD patients;COVID-19 positive patients’medical records,and management were ***:We recorded 542 patients,205(37.8%)COVID-19-positive,and 337(62.2%)COVID-19-negative *** single ventricle and Eisenmenger syndrome patients were more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection(Pscular COVID-19 complications were arrhythmias in 47(22.9%)patients,heart failure in 39(19.0%)patients,cyanosis in 12(5.9%)patients,stroke/TIA in 5(2.4%)patients,hypertension and infective endocarditis in 2(1.0%)patients for each,pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary embolism in 1(0.5%)patient for each.11(5.4%)patients were managed with home isolation,147(71.7%)patients required antibiotics,32(15.6%)patients required intensive care unit(ICU),8(3.9%)patients required inotropes,7(3.4%)patients required mechanical ventilation,and 2(1.0%)patients required extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Thromboprophylaxis was given to all 46(22.4%)hospitalized *** College of Cardiology/American Heart Association classification revealed that complex lesions,and FC-C/D categories were more likely to develop severe/critical symptoms,that required mechanical ventilation and ECMO(Ps reported in 3(0.6%)patients with no difference between groups(P=0.872).193(35.6%)patients were ***:COVID-19 infection in ACHD patients require individualized risk stratification and *** syndrome,single ventricle palliation,complex lesions,and FC-C/D patients were more vulnerable to severe/critical symptoms that required ICU admission,mechanical ventilation,and *** vaccine was mostly tolerable.

Objectives: The role of sYNTAX (sX) score in assessing the complexity of coronary artery disease (CAD) is well established. In this study we investigate the relationship between conventional risk factors of CAD with its complexity using sX score. Methods: The study consisted of 52 patients with CAD who were admitted to Cardiology Department—Menoufia University Hospitals for elective coronary angiography. The overall sX score was calculated prospectively using the sX score algorithm. Then comparison was done between populations with and without each risk factor. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and smoking with sX score results (p 0.05). In a multivariate regression analysis, including conventional risk factors of CAD as independent covariates, it revealed that aging, having diabetes mellitus and smoking were identified as significant independent risk factors for CAD complexity. Conclusion: Advanced age, having diabetes mellitus and cigarette smoking are considered to be independent risk factors for the complexity of CAD. Therefore, when these factors present, we expect that the sX score of the patient to be high indicating a complex CAD.

Development and implementation of pilgrims (Hajj) Guide application to be used at Hajj season would facilitate follow-up of campaign supervisors on their campaign’s safety and location. The systems would also allow Hajj and Umrah administration to manage the crowd of the campaigns in an easy manner. In this paper, we propose Android/iPhone application that allows Hajj administration to monitor pilgrims using Quick Response Codes. Using quick response code application allows campaign supervisors and Hajj and Umrah employees to monitor pilgrims and guide them in case of getting lost. The application offers an easier and faster service than traditional approach used at Hajj season by human guidance. It is a very convenient service that would relief stresses of pilgrim’s relatives who worry about their relatives performing Hajj. The results show that the average score of our approach (QR) is 4.72 out of 5 comparing with traditional mobile applications indicating that the users are feeling enjoyable while using the new application features and the system is easy to use. Finally, the systems would assist in achieving the highest degree of pilgrims safety at Hajj season.

This study aimed at optimizing impact toughness and abrasion wear resistance of 15%Cr-2%Mo hypereutectic abrasion-resistant white irons. The effects of dynamic solidification, niobium addition, combined action of them and heat treatment have been investigated. Investigations were performed by means of the image analyzer, scanning electron microscopy (sEM), energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDs) and X-ray diffraction. Impact toughness and abrasion wear resistance tests were conducted. Fracture and worn surfaces were studied. Results indicated that microstructural control during solidifciation is the most valuable tool to attain the optimum combination between impact toughness and wear resistance in hypereutectic iron. Combined action of Nb addition and dynamic solidifciation improves impact toughness and wear resistance even more than the action of each individual factor. In the as-cast condition, impact toughness and abrasion resistance were increased after dynamic solidification compared to statically solidified one by 71.4% and 10%, respectively. This enhancement was increased to 114.3 % and 28.8 % by adding 2% Nb. Lower tempering temperature of 260°C exhibits better impact and abrasion resistance than the sub-critical tempering temperature of 500°C.

Object oriented techniques make applications substantially easier to build by providing a high-level platform for appli-cation development. There have been a large number of projects based on the Distributed Object Oriented approach for solving complex problems in various scientific fields. One important aspect of Distributed Object Oriented systems is the efficient distribution of software classes among different processors. The initial design of the Distributed Object Oriented application does not necessarily have the best class distribution and may require to be restructured. In this paper, we propose a methodology for efficiently restructuring the Distributed Object Oriented software systems to get better performance. We use Distributed Object-Oriented performance (DOOP) model as guidance for our restructuring methodology. The proposed methodology consists of two phases. The first phase introduces a recursive graph clustering technique to partition the OO system into subsystems with low coupling. The second phase is concerned with mapping the generated partitions to the set of available machines in the target distributed architecture.

sound waves technology has been applied to different plants. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels （sPLs）, exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane IT-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. sound waves at 0.1-1 kHz and sPL of （70＋5） dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology （PAFT） generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight office was reduced by 50%. This paper provides an overview of literature for the effects of sound waves on various growth parameters of plant at different growth stages.

Objective: To investigate the protective effect of purslane with carbamazepine ***: Male albino rats were modulated by pilocarpine to be *** the normal and epileptic rats were treated with carbamazepine, purslane or carbamazepine plus purslane, with separate non-treated control groups for both normal and epileptic ***: The data from the current study showed amelioration in amino acids and electrolytes in the epileptic rats treated with purslane and carbamazepine, with this amelioration occurring without decreasing the fertility hormones(testosterone,dehydroepiandrosterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone).Purslane treatments also prevented the increase in *** decreased epileptic hyperexcitability with purslane was evidenced by decreased glial fibrillary acidic protein and lipid ***: Natural products like purslane could be used with the highly repetitive drugs like carbamazepine to reduce or prevent its side-effects.
