Balanites aegyptiaca Delile(BA)is an enduring xerophytic woody and spinous flowering tree and is com.only known as desert date or Ingudi(Hingot).It belongs to the fam.ly Zygophyllaceae,which is specific to be drought areas of Nigeria,Africa,South Asia and India(Rajasthan).In Ayurveda,this traditional m.dicinal plant is reported for the m.nagem.nt of jaundice,syphilis,yellow fever,m.tabolic disorders,liver,and spleen *** m.in aim.of the review is to com.ile its m.dicinal uses and further advancem.nts to showcase the prom.ses inherited in various parts of the plant for the benefit of *** per the literature survey,various researchers have focused on the detailed investigation of BA including the phytopharm.cological evidence,chem.cal constituents,nano-form.lations,com.ercialized products,and clinical *** rem.rkable scaffolds and isolated com.ounds like diosgenin,yam.genin,balanitin1/2,balanitin 3,bal4/5,bal6/7,rutin-3-glycosides,3,7-diglycosides,(3,12,14,16)–(12-hydroxycholest-5-ene-3,16-diyl-bis)-D-glucopyranoside and balanitoside have been ***,this traditional plant has been scientifically proven by in vitro and in *** on the com.lete review of this plant,m.st of the com.ounds have been isolated from.the fruit and kernel ***,based on the literature,a histogram.was developed for pharm.cological activity in which antidiabetic study was found to be m.re com.ared to other pharm.cological *** a spinous desert dates,this plant needs to be explored m.re to bring out newer phytochem.cals in the m.nagem.nt of various diseases.

Stability analysis and soliton solutions of the(1+1)-dim.nsional nonlinear chiral Schr?dinger equation in nuclear physics

The nonlinear Schr?dinger equation equation is one of the m.st im.ortant physical m.dels used in optical fiber theory to explain the transm.ssion of an optical soliton. The field of chiral soliton propagation in nuclear physics is very interesting because of its num.rous applications in com.unications and ultra-fast signal routing system.. The (1+1)-dim.nsional chiral dynam.cal structure that describes the soliton behaviour in data transm.ssion is dealt with in this work using a variety of in-depth analytical techniques. This work has applications in particle physics, ionised science, nuclear physics, optics, and other applied m.them.tical sciences. We are able to develop a variety of solutions to dem.nstrate the behaviour of solitary wave structures, periodic soliton solutions, chiral soliton solutions, and bell-shaped soliton solutions with the use of applied techniques. m.reover, in order to verify the scientific calculations, the stability analysis for the observed solutions of the governing m.del is taken into consideration. In addition, the3-dim.nsional, contour, and 2-dim.nsional visuals are supplied for a better understanding of the behaviour of the solutions. The em.loyed strategies are dependable, uncom.licated, and effective; yet have not been utilised with the governing m.del in the literature that is now accessible. The resulting outcom.s have im.ressive applications across a large num.er of study areas and com.utational physics phenom.na representing real-world scenarios. The m.thods applied in this m.del are not utilized on the given m.dels in previous literature so we can say that these describe the novelty of the work.

Wild cotton species can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronom.cally desirable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration system.is required to achieve transform.tion based goals. The present studies aim.d at optim.zing the conditions for regeneration of local varieties as well as wild species of cotton. Different callus induction m.dia were tested with varying concentrations of horm.nes in which sucrose was used as nutritional source. Different explants (hypo-cotyls, cotyledon, root) were used to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants and wild relatives using T & G m.dium. BAP m.dium. CIm.m.dium. Em.S m.dium. and cell suspension m.dium. Different stages of em.ryogenicity such as early torpedo stage, late torpedo stage, heart stage, globular stage and cotyledonary stage were observed in wild relatives of cotton. The results of this study pave the way for establishing future transform.tion m.thods.

Exploring Trees Diversity and Ecological Value of m.untain Forests in the Blue Nile Region of Sudan

We carried out this research at Abu-Gaddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) which is located east of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile State, Sudan. It aim. at exploring tree com.osition assessing their diversity indices, and ecological im.ortance values. For survey of types and estim.tion of density of tree species in the forest, we random.y distributed 97 circular sam.le plots (0.1 hectare (ha)). In each sam.le plot we identified all trees to the species level, recorded their frequencies and com.uted species diversity and im.ortance value indices (IVI). A total of 13 tree species, which belong to 12 genera and nine fam.lies, were identified in the tree layer of the forest. m.an tree density in ANFR was 116 trees/ha, com.osed m.inly of Boswellia papyrifera (Del.) Hochst. (48), followed by Com.retum.hartm.nnianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was the m.st com.on fam.ly followed by Com.retaceae and m.lvaceae. B. papyrifera Delile Hochst was the m.st abundant while Acacia seyal was the least abundant species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (E = 0.69), dom.nance (0.24) indices and Sim.son’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a m.derate diversity, m.derate num.ers of individuals in each species and a m.derate com.unity stability. The research provides em.irical results on diversity and ecological im.ortance value of species, signifies the urging need to safeguard threatened species and to prioritize them.for conservation, as well as the need to prom.te m.nagem.nt of abundant species to provide m.ltiple forest ecosystem.services.

Threefold Optim.zed Forecasting of Electricity Consum.tion in Higher Education Institutions

Energy m.nagem.nt benefits both consum.rs and utility com.aniesalike. Utility com.anies rem.in interested in identifying and reducing energywaste and theft, whereas consum.rs’ interest rem.in in lowering their energyexpenses. A large supply-dem.nd gap of over 6 GW exists in Pakistan asreported in 2018. Reducing this gap from.the supply side is an expensiveand com.lex task. However, efficient energy m.nagem.nt and distributionon dem.nd side has potential to reduce this gap econom.cally. Electricityload forecasting m.dels are increasingly used by energy m.nagers in takingreal-tim. tactical decisions to ensure efficient use of resources. Advancem.ntin m.chine-learning (m.) technology has enabled accurate forecasting ofelectricity consum.tion. However, the im.act of com.utation cost affordedby these m. m.dels is often ignored in favour of accuracy. This studyconsiders both accuracy and com.utation cost as concurrently significantfactors because together they shape the technology environm.nt as well ascreate econom.c im.act. Thus, a three-fold optim.zed load forecasting m.delis proposed which includes (1) application specific param.ters selection, (2)im.act of different dataset granularities and (3) im.lem.ntation of specificdata preparation. It deploys and com.ares the widely used back-propagationArtificial Neural Network (ANN) and Random.Forest (RF) m.dels for theprediction of electricity consum.tion of buildings within a university. In addition to the tem.oral and historical power consum.tion date as input param.ters, the study also em.eds weather data as well as university operationalcalendars resulting in im.roved perform.nce. The outcom.s are indicativethat the granularity i.e. the scale of details in data, and set of reduced and fullinput param.ters im.act perform.nce accuracies differently for ANN and RFm.dels. Experim.ntal results show that overall RF m.del perform.d betterboth in term. of accuracy as well as com.utational tim. for a 1-m.n, 15-m.nand 1-h dataset
