为了预测商业办公环境条件下数据处理设备中电器接插件的可靠性,IBM进行了多种气体腐蚀环境试验。通过改变试验(尤其是那些与接插件工业所应用的室外试验标准不同的试验)条件,对一种称为G1(T)的气体腐蚀环境加速试验进行了评价。本文目的是确定那些有可能被推荐采用为工业试验标准的各种加速试验的特性。通过研究和试验,有助于在下述问题上取得共识,即支持把加速试验作为预测产品寿命期限内耐腐蚀可靠性的手段。为了解每种气体腐蚀试验环境的作用,使用了铜、镍和多孔金(采用了电镀方法,在铜上镀镍,再镀金)等样品。铜的腐蚀由电量衰减法定量描述,镍的腐蚀则用能量色散X—射线荧光分析来确定。对多孔金试样的孔隙和蠕变腐蚀进行了目视检查以迅速估计出环境暴露的程度。

本文通过缅甸北部卡钦州的日旺语与中国云南省的独龙语这两个亲属语言的比较,探究日旺语的受益结构的来源,同时也应用同样的比较方法,探究独龙语标记第一人称复数的动词长元音和标记施事者的代词长元音的来源。本文用这两个现象来例示一个研究方法:在描写某一种语言的时候,可以用该语言与其亲属语言的比较来了解该语言本身的发展。

背景与目的脂肪移植的临床效果是不可预知的。本文中，我们假设离心可以产生“梯度等级密度”的具有不同特性的脂肪，可以影响脂肪抽吸物的持久性和质量。方法将人类女性脂肪抽吸物样本（10mI）以1200g速率离心3rain。弃血液和油脂成分。随后，分离出1．0ml密度最高与密度最低的脂肪，进行脂肪浸润处理及分析。将密度最高与密度最低的脂肪移植于人体FVB小鼠，然后分别于2周和10周获取组织样本，进行短期与长期持久性评价。分别通过流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附实验，分析祖细胞数量以及血管内皮细胞生长因子（vascularendothelialgrowthfactor，VEGF）、基质细胞来源因子．1（stromalcell—derivedfactor-1，SDF-1）、血小板来源生长因子（platelet—derivedgrowthfactor，PDGF）和脂连蛋白的表达。结果高密度脂肪与低密度脂肪相比，注射后2周[（85．4％±1．9％）：（62．3±0．1％），P=0．05]和10周[（60．8％±4．9％）：（42．2％±3．9％），P〈0．05]均表现出更高的存活百分率。而且，在高密度的脂肪抽吸物细胞群中，VEGF、基质血管成分（stromalvascularfraction，SVF）、PDGF和脂连蛋白的含量均比低密度的高（分别高出34．4％，P〈0．01；34．6，P〈0．05；52．2％，P〈0．01；45．7％，P〈0．05）。结论与低密度脂肪细胞群相比，随时间增长，高密度脂肪抽吸物细胞群可保持更高的存活百分比。因为高密度脂肪抽吸物细胞群包含更多的祖细胞和更大浓度的多种血管形成介质，所以比低密度脂肪细胞群更有助于血管形成。

Precision health refers to personalized healthcare based on a person's unique genetic,genomic,or omic composition within the context of lifestyle,social,economic,cultural and environmental influences to help individuals achieve well-being and optimal *** health utilizes big data sets that combine omics(*** sequence,protein,metabolite,and microbiome information)with clinical information and health outcomes to optimize disease diagnosis,treatment and prevention specific to each *** implementation of precision health requires interprofessional collaboration,community outreach efforts,and coordination of care,a mission that nurses are well-positioned to *** the surge of interest and attention to precision health,most nurses are not well-versed in precision health or its implications for the nursing *** on a critical analysis of literature and expert opinions,this paper provides an overview of precision health and the importance of engaging the nursing profession for its *** topics reviewed in this paper include big data and omics,information science,integration of family health history in precision health,and nursing omics research in symptom *** paper concludes with recommendations for nurse leaders in research,education,clinical practice,nursing administration and policy settings for which to develop strategic plans to implement precision health.

Skeletal muscle as a therapeutic target for delaying type 1 diabetic complications

Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) is a chronic autoimmune disease targeting the pancreatic beta-cells and rendering the person hypoinsulinemic and hyperglycemic. Despite exogenous insulin therapy, individuals with T1 DM will invariably develop long-term complications such as blindness, kidney failure and cardiovascular disease. Though often overlooked, skeletal muscle isalso adversely affected in T1 DM, with both physical and metabolic derangements reported. As the largest metabolic organ in the body, impairments to skeletal muscle health in T1 DM would impact insulin sensitivity, glucose/lipid disposal and basal metabolic rate and thus affect the ability of persons with T1 DM to manage their disease. In this review, we discuss the impact of T1 DM on skeletal muscle health with a particular focus on the proposed mechanisms involved. We then identify and discuss established and potential adj.vant therapies which, in association with insulin therapy, would improve the health of skeletal muscle in those with T1 DM and thereby improve disease managementultimately delaying the onset and severity of other longterm diabetic complications.

In their seminal papers Hanahan and Weinberg described oncogenic processes a normal cell undergoes to be transformed into a cancer *** functions of ion channels in the gastrointestinal(GI)tract influence a variety of cellular processes,many of which overlap with these hallmarks of *** this review we focus on the roles of the calcium(Ca^2+),sodium(Na^+),potassium(K^+),chloride(Cl^-)and zinc(Zn^2+)transporters in GI cancer,with a special emphasis on the roles of the KCNQ1 K+channel and CFTR Cl-channel in colorectal cancer(CRC).Ca^2+is a ubiquitous second messenger,serving as a signaling molecule for a variety of cellular processes such as control of the cell cycle,apoptosis,and *** members of the TRP superfamily,including TRPM8,TRPM7,TRPM6 and TRPM2,have been implicated in GI cancers,especially through overexpression in pancreatic adenocarcinomas and down-regulation in colon ***-gated sodium channels(VGSCs)are classically associated with the initiation and conduction of action potentials in electrically excitable cells such as neurons and muscle *** VGSC NaV1.5 is abundantly expressed in human colorectal CRC cell lines as well as being highly expressed in primary CRC *** have demonstrated that conductance through NaV1.5 contributes significantly to CRC cell invasiveness and cancer ***2+transporters of the ZIP/SLC39A and ZnT/SLC30A families are dysregulated in all maj.r GI organ cancers,in particular,ZIP4 up-regulation in pancreatic cancer(PC).More than 70 K+channel genes,clustered in four families,are found expressed in the GI tract,where they regulate a range of cellular processes,including gastrin secretion in the stomach and anion secretion and fluid balance in the intestinal *** distinct types of K+channels are found dysregulated in the GI *** are hERG1 upregulation in PC,gastric cancer(GC)and CRC,leading to enhanced cancer angiogenesis and invasion,and KCNQ1 down-regulation in CR
