background:Previously published meta-epidemiological studies focused on Western medicine have identified some trial characteristics that impact the treatment effect of randomized controlled trials(rCTs).Nevertheless,it remains unclear if similar associations exist in rCTs on Chinese herbal medicine(ChM).Further,Chinese medicine-related characteristics have not been explored ***:To investigate trial characteristics related to treatment effect estimates on ChM *** strategy:This meta-epidemiological study searched 5 databases for systematic reviews on ChM treatment published between January 2011 and July *** criteria:An eligible systematic review should only include rCTs of ChM and conduct at least one *** extraction and analysis:Two reviewers independently conducted data extraction on general characteristics of systematic reviews,meta-analyses and included *** also assessed the risk of bias of rCTs using the Cochrane risk of bias tool.A two-step approach was used for data *** ratio of odds ratios(ror) and difference in standardized mean differences (dsMD) with 95%confidence interval (CI) were applied to present the difference in effect estimates for binary and continuous outcomes,***:Ninety-one systematic reviews,comprising 1338 rCTs were *** binary outcomes,rCTs incorporated with syndrome differentiation (ror:1.23;95%CI:[1.07,1.39]),adopting Chinese medicine formula (ror:1.19;95%CI:[1.03,1.34]),with low risk of bias on incomplete outcome data (ror:1.29;95%CI:[1.06,1.52]) and selective outcome reporting (ror:1.12;95%CI:[1.01,1.24]),as well as a trial size≥100 (ror:1.23;95%CI:[1.04,1.42]) preferred to show larger effect *** for continuous outcomes,rCTs with Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria (dsMD:0.23;95%CI:[0.06,0.41]),judged as high/unclear risk of bias on allocation concealment (dsMD:-0.70;95%CI:[-0.99,-0.42]),with low risk of bias on incomplete outcome data (dsMD:0.30

hI in high Gas-phase Metallicity Dwarf Galaxy WIsEA J230615.06+143927.9

We present resolved Giant Metrewave radio Telescope h I observations of the high gas-phase metallicity dwarf galaxy WIsEA J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(hereafter J2306) and investigate whether it could be a Tidal Dwarf Galaxy(TDG) candidate. TDGs are observed to have higher metallicities than normal dwarfs. J2306 has an unusual combination of a blue g-r color of 0.23 mag, irregular optical morphology and high-metallicity(12 +log(o/h) = 8.68 ± 0.14), making it an interesting galaxy to study in more detail. We find J2306 to be an h I rich galaxy with a large extended, unperturbed rotating h I disk. Using our h I data we estimated its dynamical mass and found the galaxy to be dark matter(DM) dominated within its h I radius. The quantity of DM, inferred from its dynamical mass, appears to rule out J2306 as an evolved TDG. A wide area environment search reveals J2306 to be isolated from any larger galaxies which could have been the source of its high gas metallicity. Additionally, the h I morphology and kinematics of the galaxy show no indication of a recent merger to explain the *** detailed optical spectroscopic observations of J2306 might provide an answer to how a seemingly ordinary irregular dwarf galaxy achieved such a high level of metal enrichment.

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the newly-developed bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low-lying 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UhE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive ob association(Cygnus ob2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UhEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(Crs)accelerated by the shock of supernova remnant(sNr)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for Crs remains *** on observations conducted with the Large high Altitude Air shower observatory(LhAAso),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2 to 200 *** LhAAso measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision *** observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~200 TeV in the Cr proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of sNrs serving as Cr accelerators approaching the PeV ***,two young star clusters within W51b could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongly support the presence of extreme Cr accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic Crs.

For the first time,the Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4)(ratio 4:1)destabilized system with CoTio_(3) addition has been *** CoTio_(3)-doped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) sample begins to dehydrogenate at 130℃,which is declined by 40℃ compared to the undoped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4).Moreover,the de/rehydrogenation kinetics characteristics of the CoTio_(3)-doped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) were greatly *** the inclusion of CoTio_(3),the Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) composite absorbed 5.2 wt.%h_(2),higher than undoped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4).In the context of dehydrogenation,the CoTio_(3)-doped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) sample desorbed 2.6 wt.%h_(2),almost doubled compared to the amount of hydrogen desorbed from the undoped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) *** activation energy obtained by the Kissinger analysis for Mgh_(2) decomposition was significantly lower by 35.9 kJ/mol than the undoped Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) *** reaction mechanism demonstrated that new phases of MgCo and AlTi_(3) were generated in situ during the heating process and are likely to play a substantial catalytic function and be useful in ameliorating the de/rehydrogenation properties of the destabilized Mgh_(2)–NaAlh_(4) system with the inclusion of CoTio_(3).

To gain insight into the flow mechanisms and stress sensitivity for fractured-vuggy reservoirs,several core models with different structural characteristics were designed and fabricated to investigate the impact of effective stress on permeability for carbonate fractured-vuggy rocks(CFVr).It shows that the permeability performance curves under different pore and confining pressures(*** stress conditions)for the fractured core models and the vuggy core models have similar change *** ranges of permeability variation are significantly wider at high pore pressures,indicating that permeability reduction is the most significant during the early stage of development for fractured-vuggy *** each obtained effective stress coefficient for permeability(EsCP)varies with the changes in confining pressure and pore pressure,the effective stresses for permeability of four representative CFVr show obvious nonlinear characteristics,and the variation ranges of EsCP are all between 0 and ***,a comprehensive EsCP mathematical model considering triple media,including matrix pores,fractures,and dissolved vugs,was *** is proved theoretically that the EsCP of CFVr generally varies between 0 and ***,the regression results showed that the power model ranked highest among the four empirical models mainly applied in stress sensitivity characterization,followed by the logarithmic model,exponential model,and binomial *** concept of“permeability decline rate”was introduced to better evaluate the stress sensitivity performance for CFVr,in which the one-fracture rock is the strongest,followed by the fracture-vug rock and two-horizontalfracture rock;the through-hole rock is the *** general,this study provides a theoretical basis to guide the design of development and adjustment programs for carbonate fractured-vuggy reservoirs.

Coral-like structures of the y_(3-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(5-y)yb_(y)o_(12),(0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y ≤ 0.02) compound were synthesized using the sol-gel method. structural investigation certified the yIG cubic crystal structure formation, without any secondary phase. It is shown that, the relatively large ionic radius of the dopant cations results in an expansion of the lattice parameter, variations in the Iona-o-Iondangle, Iona-o,Iond-o and Ionc-o bond distances and decrease in the average crystallite size. Fourier transform infrared(FTIr) and raman measurements are essential to testify the single-phase formation of yIG crystal structure and are observed changes in the stretching and vibrational modes, respectively. The morphological study, energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDs) spectra and textural properties show corallike structures, peaks associated with Pr^(3+) and yb^(3+) atoms and the effect of dopants on surface area,diameter, and pore volume, respectively. The optical analysis from diffuse reflectance spectra witnessed an increase in the optical gap band, a decrease in Urbach energy and blue shift in the charge transfer,correlated with the expansion of the unit cell due to the dopant's insertion in the yIG structure. A typical ferrimagnetic behavior is exhibited by the y_(3-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(5-y)yb_(y)o_(12)compound. The saturation magnetization(M_(s)), cubic anisotropy constant(K_(1)) and coercive field(h_(c)) increase with the Pr^(3+)cations content, as consequence of their magnetic nature and distribution around of Fe^(3+)ions due to the coexistence with the yb^(3+). Finally, for the first time, antibacterial tests by mean of the direct contact method were performed for yIG co-doped with Pr^(3+)and yb^(3+)and it is shown that, relatively high dosages of Pr^(3+) cations favored the activity against s. aureus, therefore, a new biological property for yIG doped with rare earths is presented.
