Preliminary Study by reservoir Simulation of Field Trial Polymer Injection in SBr Field Using Silica-Modified HPAM

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is the most inorganic polymer type which is usually used in injection for enhanced oil recovery. Furthermore, hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) is a common polymer used in polymer injection, but it has the sensitivity towards salinity and temperature. Thus, the experiment modified PAM and HPAM with silica aims to improve the performance of polymer toward temperature and salinity. This experiment included polymer synthesis, polymer modification, rheological measurement of the product and reservoir modeling study. Some experiments were performed to assess the feasibility of the product. In the polymer injection simulation, the properties of a polymer are referred to as product properties. The best outcome is selected to be implemented in SBr field. Prior to do trial in the real SBr field, the study by simulation is needed. The simulation predicts the incremental oil recovery and helps to determine an optimum injection rate and the best injection well location. The SBr field temperature, the salinity and the oil viscosity were about 60?C, 10,000 ppm and 2.64 cp, respectively. From the viscosity measurement, it was concluded that HPAM-Si was qualified to become a displacing agent because it had the highest viscosity among other product which was about 9.8 cp. The simulator used in this study was black oil IMEX-CMG simulator. The three scenarios applied were the base case, water injection and polymer injection. The base case gained recovery about 15.26%, whereas the water injection with a rate of about 2000 bbl/day gained oil recovery about 21.33%. The best scenario is polymer injection, where the optimum polymer injection rate is about 2000 bbl/day and the highest recovery is approximately 30.73%.

本研究采用分段盐析法和柱层析法从巢湖新鲜蓝藻中提取纯化藻蓝蛋白。首先,使用硫酸铵、柠檬酸三铵、柠檬酸钠和硫酸钠对藻蓝蛋白粗提液进行两步分段盐析纯化,并利用紫外-可见分光光度法对藻蓝蛋白溶液进行纯度及回收率分析,以此确定了硫酸铵、柠檬酸三铵、柠檬酸钠和硫酸钠的最佳用量。其结果为:硫酸铵、柠檬酸三铵、柠檬酸钠和硫酸钠在第一和第二盐析过程中的最佳摩尔浓度分别为:硫酸铵(NH)SO为1.0 mol/L和1.7 mol/L;柠檬酸三铵CHNO为0.7mol/L和1.3 mol/L;柠檬酸钠CHNaO为0.5 mol/L和0.9 mol/L;柠檬酸钠CHNO7为1.0 mol/L和1.3 mol/表示硫酸钠NaSO。经过两步分段盐析,发现随着无机盐摩尔浓度的增高,杂质去除量增大到一定程度后会去除藻蓝蛋白,故纯度和收率都先提高再降低。最优结果表明,使用(NH)SO纯化后,藻蓝蛋白纯度达2.0以上,藻蓝蛋白回收率较高。为了进一步提高藻蓝蛋白的纯度,用(NH)SO进行第二次盐析后,利用离子交换色谱法进一步纯化藻蓝蛋白,研究了pH、离子强度、洗脱速度与进样浓度对纯化效果的影响。其最佳条件为:纤维素A-500,洗脱液pH值7.0,样品浓度1-2 mol/L,加样速度2cm/min,洗脱液NaCl浓度0.25mol/L,最终得到纯度在4.0以上的试剂级藻蓝蛋白。

基于江苏省南京、淮安及吕泗三个标准辐射站2023年6月至12月总辐射观测数据,对中国气象局风能太阳能气象预报系统(CMA-WSP2.0)的地表太阳辐射产品进行检验评估。结果表明:(1)CMA-WSP2.0对南京、淮安和吕泗3 d内太阳辐射的整体预报效果较好,逐15 min第1d的预报与观测值相关系数可达0.85、0.87和0.86,随着预报时效增加,预报效果逐渐降低。(2)以淮安站为例,10—12月预报效果明显优于6—9月,说明秋冬季节明显高于夏季,其中11月预报效果最好,准确率高达92.2%,而7月预报效果最差,准确率仅66.6%,这与梅雨期强降水过程多、天气变化复杂有关。(3)从日变化来看,在11:00—15:00时段模式预报效果偏低,尤其7月。未来将探索应用多种方法对CMA-WSP2.0预报产品进行订正优化以提升其适用性。

Diastasis of the symphysis pubis is a rare postpartum complication. We report two cases of symphysis diastasis after dystocic delivery, in two patients who presented in the postpartum period with functional impotence, pubalgia and acute urine retention. A frontal radiograph of the pelvis confirmed the diagnosis, showing a symphyseal separation of 12 mm and 18 mm. In our case, management was mainly medical, with a favorable clinical outcome.

该文建立了一套针对城市暴雨内涝灾害的定量风险评估方法。通过二维水力学模型模拟积水的时空分布,并采用基于国内实地调查获得的脆弱性曲线估算内涝灾害损失。以福建省龙岩市新罗区为例进行了内涝风险评估,模拟了该地区不同降雨情景下的内涝时空分布和灾害损失情况。结果显示:持续时间越长、重现期越长的暴雨导致的积水和经济损失越严重,但不同的暴雨导致的积水区域在很大程度上是一致的。通过不同雨水井分布情况下经济损失总量的估算,分析了雨水井对降低城市暴雨内涝风险的作用。结果表明:雨水井可以有效降低内涝风险,但应对短时强降雨的效果有限。

Bisacodyl plus split 2-L polyethylene glycol-citrate-simethicone improves quality of bowel preparation before screening colonoscopy

AIM:To compare the bowel cleansing efficacy,tolerability and acceptability of split 2-L polyethylene glycol(PEG)-citrate-simethicone(PEG-CS)plus bisacodyl(BIS)vs 4-L PEG for fecal occult blood test-positive screening ***:This was a randomised,observer-blind comparative *** hundred and sixty-four subjects underwent screening colonoscopy(mean age 62.5±7.4years,male 61.7%).The primary objective of the study was to compare the bowel cleansing efficacy of the two ***:BIS plus PEG-CS:3 tablets of 5-mg BIS at 16:00,PEG-CS 1-L at 19:00 and 1-L at7:00,4-L PEG:3-L at 17:00,and 1-L at 7:*** was carried out after 11:00,at least 3 h after the completion of bowel *** cleansing was evaluated using the Harefield Cleansing ***:Bowel preparation was successful for 92.8%of subjects in the PEG-CS group and for 92.1%of subjects in the 4-L PEG(rr=1.01;95%CI:0.94-1.08).BIS+PEG-CS was better tolerated than 4-L PEG.A greater rate of patients in the BIS+PEG-CS group had no difficulty and/or were willing to repeat the same preparation compared to split-dose 4-L PEG *** in the BIS+PEG-CS group rated the prep as good or satisfactory in 90.6%as compared to 77%in the 4-L PEG(P=0.003).Subjects receiving BIS+PEGCS stated they fully adhered to instructions drinking all the 2-L solution in 97.1%compared with 87.3%in the4-L PEG(P=0.003).CONCLUSION:BIS plus split 2-L PEG-CS was as effective as but better tolerated and accepted than split4-L PEG for screening *** new procedure may increase the positive attitude and participation to colorectal cancer screening colonoscopy.
