Modern technological advancements have made social media an essential component of daily *** media allow individuals to share thoughts,emotions,and *** analysis plays the function of evaluating whether the sentiment of the text is positive,negative,neutral,or any other personal emotion to understand the sentiment context of the *** analysis is essential in business and society because it impacts strategic *** analysis involves challenges due to lexical variation,an unlabeled dataset,and text distance *** execution time increases due to the sequential processing of the sequence ***,the calculation times for the Transformer models are reduced because of the parallel *** study uses a hybrid deep learning strategy to combine the strengths of the Transformer and Sequence models while ignoring their *** particular,the proposed model integrates the Decoding-enhanced with Bidirectional Encoder representations from Transformers(BErT)attention(DeBErTa)and the Gated recurrent Unit(GrU)for sentiment *** the Decoding-enhanced BErT technique,the words are mapped into a compact,semantic word embedding space,and the Gated recurrent Unit model can capture the distance contextual semantics *** proposed hybrid model achieves F1-scores of 97%on the Twitter Large Language Model(LLM)dataset,which is much higher than the performance of new techniques.

rational design of AgGaS/znS/znS quantum dots with a near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield via double shelling scheme

In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesize highly luminescent AgGaS/znS/znS quantum dots(QDs).In the first step,an inner znS shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer znS shell,thereby facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the synthesized AgGaS/znS/znS QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PLQY reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in zn precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity of halogen ions to coordinate with the QDs influenced the balance between zn cation diffusion and znS shelling ***,the znS shelling reaction was dominant when znCl_(2)was employed,while zn cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the znS shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored synthesis of core/shell QDs.

Feasibility and reliability of agricultural crop height measurement using the laser sensor array

Crop height measurement is widely used to analyze and estimate the overall crop condition and the amount of biomass *** only is manual measurement on a large scale time-consuming but also it is not ***,advanced equipment is available but they require technical skills and are not reasonable for *** article investigates the feasibility of a simple and low-cost measurement system that can monitor crops height of paddy rice and wheat using laser *** designing and fabricating,this system was tested and evaluated in both laboratory and farm *** the laboratory,paddy rice height was measured,and in the field section,the height detection system measured wheat *** results showed that the coefficient of determination(r3)between manual measurement and height detection system measurement for paddy rice was 0.96 and for wheat was ***,there was no significant difference between the two datasets at the level of 5%.Hence,this system can be a useful and accurate tool to monitor crops height in different growing steps.

Despite a plethora of studies on how corporate social responsibility(CSr)generates favorable consumer outcomes,the existing literature provides limited insights about how CSr may affect inter-consumer connection and brand community *** consumer engagement in the brand community is one of the key marketing objectives for strengthening the brand-consumer *** study aims to explore the role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing brand community engagement and examines the dual mediating role of brand identification and community *** research was conducted and an adapted questionnaire was *** data were collected from 405 Chinese consumers,and structural equational modeling was used to test the *** demonstrated that CSr motivates consumers to engage with the brand ***,brand identification and community identification perform the role of partial mediators.

Machine-Learning-Assisted Design of Deep Eutectic Solvents Based on Uncovered Hydrogen Bond Patterns

Non-ionic deep eutectic solvents(DESs)are non-ionic designer solvents with various applications in catalysis,extraction,carbon capture,and ***,discovering new DES candidates is challenging due to a lack of efficient tools that accurately predict DES *** search for DES relies heavily on intuition or trial-and-error processes,leading to low success rates or missed *** that hydrogen bonds(HBs)play a central role in DES formation,we aim to identify HB features that distinguish DES from non-DES systems and use them to develop machine learning(ML)models to discover new DES *** first analyze the HB properties of 38 known DES and 111 known non-DES systems using their molecular dynamics(MD)simulation *** analysis reveals that DES systems have two unique features compared to non-DES systems:The DESs have①more imbalance between the numbers of the two intra-component HBs and②more and stronger inter-component *** on these results,we develop 30 ML models using ten algorithms and three types of HB-based *** model performance is first benchmarked using the average and minimal receiver operating characteristic(rOC)-area under the curve(AUC)*** also analyze the importance of individual features in the models,and the results are consistent with the simulation-based statistical ***,we validate the models using the experimental data of 34 *** extra trees forest model outperforms the other models in the validation,with an rOC-AUC of *** work illustrates the importance of HBs in DES formation and shows the potential of ML in discovering new DESs.

Is there a need for universal double reflex testing of HBsAg-positive individuals for hepatitis D infection?

Hepatitis D virus(HDV)can infect HBsAg-positive individuals,causing rapid fibrosis progression,early decompensation,increased hepatocellular carcinoma risk,and higher mortality than hepatitis B virus(HBV)*** countries lack high-quality HDV prevalence data,and the collection techniques employed often bias published *** recent meta-analyses,HDV prevalence in HBsAg-positive patients reaches 5%-15%and is even significantly higher in endemic *** HBV vaccination programs were implemented,HDV prevalence has decreased among younger ***,owing to immigrant influx,it has increased in some Western *** current practice of HDV screening in HBsAg-positive individuals is stepwise,based on physician’s discretion,and limited to at-risk populations and may require numerous *** reflex testing,which includes anti-HDV testing in all HBsAg-positive individuals and then HDV rNA testing for anti-HDV-positive ones,is *** testing can identify more HDV infection cases and link identified patients to further care and ***,laboratory-based double reflex screening is less biased than physician-led ***,health-care providers should learn about reflex testing,and federal and provincial hepatitis control programs should implement laboratory-based double reflex testing to obtain reliable HDV prevalence *** test’s cost-effectiveness depends on the number of HBV-positive patients screened to identify one HDV-positive *** testing may be viable in areas with low HBsAg but high HDV ***,its economic impact on areas with low HDV prevalence needs further study.

The software development process mostly depends on accurately identifying both essential and optional ***,user needs are typically expressed in free-form language,requiring significant time and human resources to translate these into clear functional and non-functional *** address this challenge,various machine learning(ML)methods have been explored to automate the understanding of these requirements,aiming to reduce time and human ***,existing techniques often struggle with complex instructions and large-scale *** our study,we introduce an innovative approach known as the Functional and Non-functional requirements Classifier(FNrC).By combining the traditional random forest algorithm with the Accuracy Sliding Window(ASW)technique,we develop optimal sub-ensembles that surpass the initial classifier’s accuracy while using fewer *** results demonstrate that our FNrC methodology performs robustly across different datasets,achieving a balanced Precision of 75%on the PrOMISE dataset and an impressive recall of 85%on the CCHIT *** datasets consistently maintain an F-measure around 64%,highlighting FNrC’s ability to effectively balance precision and recall in diverse *** findings contribute to more accurate and efficient software development processes,increasing the probability of achieving successful project outcomes.
