It is known that the formation of oceanic crust occurs in different geodynamic settings,accompanying by the emergence of mantle-magmatic ophiolite complexes having a distinctive *** the process of mantle-crustal evolution of the ophiolites are undergoing significant changes with the formation of peculiar(on structure and composition)rocks,sometimes with unusual mineral *** presence of such rocks in mélange tectonic zones greatly complicates to determine their *** the Ural folded belt(length more than 2,000 km)separating the East European Platform and the West Siberian sedimentary basin,ophiolites are widespread forming a chain of mafic-ultramafic massifs(Fig.1)located in the allochthonous position with mélange at the bottom(Puchkov,2013).With the Urals ophiolites are associated occurrences of eclogites,jadeites,ruby and other rocks of unclear nature,sometimes regarded as potentially *** formations of unclear genesis include the associating with ophiolites metabasites of higher alkalinity composing the body in the mantle peridotites of the mélange Main Uralian Fault(MUF)zone(Shmelev,2005).By this time they are determined in different parts of the fault zone,but most completely are known in the Sub Polar Urals,where are distinguished under the name of Sertynya alkaline-ultramafic complex,which is located just 25 km east of Hartes kimberlitic complex(Fig.1).Formally,its affiliation to diamond-bearing associations is confirmed by finding of grains and fragments of natural diamond in the weathering crust.A detailed study of the rock complexes shows that in reality they have a polygenic nature,combine theelements of proper magmatic and fluidizate-explosive formations,the appearance of which was interfaced with the processes at the slab-mantle wedge boundary in subduction *** nature of the rocks is reflected in the existence of three interrelated structural-geological units:(1)bodies and dikes of uniformmetadiabasesan

Integration of green chemistry principles to nanotechnology is one of the key issues in nanoscience research. The development of the concept of green nanoparticle preparation has been growingly needed for environmentally benign metal nanoparticle synthesis protocols to avoid adverse effects in medical applications. Keep this in mind, in the present study, silver nanoparticles were synthesized using Solanum lycopersicums fruit extract. The prepared silver nanoparticles were characterized by Uv-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy techniques. The surface plasmon resonance peak was found at 445 nm. The synthesized silver nanoparticles were spherical in shape with the average size of 10 nm. The citric acid present in S. lycopersicums fruit extract acted as reducing agent and malic acid was responsible for capping of the bioreduced silver nanoparticles.

In this paper, a steady-state Markovian multi-server retrial queueing system with Bernoulli vacation scheduling service is studied. Using matrix-geometric approach, various interesting and important system performance measures are obtained. Further, the probability descriptors like ideal retrial and vain retrial are provided. Finally, extensive numerical illustrations are presented to indicate the quantifying nature of the approach to obtain solutions to this queueing system.

Drill machines used in surface mines, particularly in coal, is characterized by a very poor utilization （around 40%） and low availability （around 60%）. The main purpose of this study is to develop a drill selec- tion methodology and simultaneously a performance evaluation technique based on drill cuttings produced and drilling rate achieved. In all 28 blast drilled through were investigated. The drilling was accomplished by 5 different drill machines of Ingersoll-rand and revathi working in coal mines of Sonepur Bazari （SECL） and Block-II （BCCL）. The drills are rotary and rotary Percussive type using tri- cone rock roller bits. Drill cuttings were collected and sieve analysis was done in the laboratory. Using rosin ramler Diagram, coarseness index （CI）, mean chip size （d）, specific-st trace area （SSA） and charac- teristic particle size distribution curves for all the holes drilled were plotted. The predictor equation for drill penetration rate established through multiple regressions was found to have a very good correlation with an index of determination of 0.85. A comparative analysis of particle size distribution curves was used to evaluate the drill efficiency. The suggested approach utilises the area under the curve, after the point of trend reversal and brittleness ratio of the respective bench to arrive at drill energy utilization index （DEUI）, for mapping of drill machine to bench, The developed DEU1 can aid in selecting or mapping a right machine to right bench for achieving higher penetration rate and utilizations.

In this article, the analysis of Tsallis holographic dark energy(which turns into holographic dark energy for a particular choice of positive non-additivity parameter δ) in modified f(T, B) gravity with the validity of thermodynamics and energy conditions for a homogeneous and isotropic FLrW Universe has been studied. The enlightenment of the field equation towards f(T,B)=αT^m+βB^n, made possible by the fact that the model is purely accelerating,corresponds to q=-0.54(Mamon and Das 2017 Eur. Phys.J.C 77 49). The generalized second law of thermodynamics is valid not only for the same temperature inside the horizon, but also for the apparent horizon for a change in temperature. The essential inspiration driving this article is to exhibit the applicability that the holographic dark energy achieved from standard Tsallis holographic dark energy and the components acquired from f(T, B) gravity are identical for the specific bounty of constants. The analysis of energy conditions confirms that the weak energy condition and the null energy condition are fulfilled throughout the expansion, while violation of the strong energy condition validates the accelerated expansion of the *** the expansion, the model becomes a quintessence dominated model. The dominant energy condition is not observed initially when the model is filled with genuine baryonic matter,whereas it appears when the model is in the quintessence dominated era.

Continuous-drive rotary friction welding was performed to join cylindrical specimens of carbon steel(EN24) and nickel-based superalloy(IN718), and the microstructures of three distinct weld zones—the weld interface(WI)/thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ),the heat-affected zone(HAZ), and the base metal—were *** joint was observed to be free of defects but featured uneven flash *** backscatter diffraction(EBSD) analysis showed substantial changes in high-angle grain boundaries, low-angle grain boundaries, and twin boundaries in the TMAZ and ***, significant refinement in grain size(2 –5 μm) was observed at the WI/TMAZ with reference to the base *** possible causes of these are *** microhardness profile across the welded joint shows variation in *** changes in hardness are ascribed to grain refinement, phase transformation, and the dissolution of strengthening *** tensile test results reveal that a joint efficiency of 100% can be achieved using this method.

The present paper deals with the numerical analysis of tall reinforced concrete chimneys with piled raft foundation subjected to along-wind loads considering the flexibility of soil. The analysis was carded out using finite element method on the basis of direct method of soil-structure interaction （SSI）. The linear elastic material behavior was assumed for chimney, piled raft and soil. Four different material properties of soil stratum were selected in order to study the effect of SSI. The chimney elevation and the thickness of raft of piled raft foundation were also varied for the parametric study. The chimneys were assumed to be located in terrain category 2 and subjected to a maximum wind speed of 50 m/s as per IS：875 （Part 3）-1987. The along-wind loads were computed according to IS：4998 （Part 1）-1992. The base moments of chimney evaluated from the S SI analysis were compared with those obtained as per IS：4998 （Part 1）-1992. The tangential and radial bending moments of raft of piled raft foundation were evaluated through SSI analysis and compared with those obtained from conventional analysis as per IS：I 1089-1984, assuming rigidity at the base of the raft foundation. The settlements of raft of piled raft foundation, deflection of pile and moments of the pile due to interaction with different soil stratum were also evaluated. From the analysis, considerable reduction in the base moment of chimney due to the effect of SSI is observed. Higher radial moments and lower tangential moments were obtained for lower elevation chimneys with piled raft resting on loose sand when compared with conventional analysis results. The effect of SSI in the response of the pile is more significant when the structure-foundation system interacts with loose sand.
