The integer-order interdependent calcium([Ca^(2+)])and nitric oxide(NO)systems are unable to shed light on the influences of the superdiffusion and memory in triggering Brownian motion(BM)in ***,a mathematical model is constructed for the fractional-order nonlinear spatiotemporal systems of[Ca^(2+)]and NO incorporating reaction-diffusion equations in *** two-way feedback process between[Ca^(2+)]and NO systems through calcium feedback on NO production and NO feedback on calcium through cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)with plasmalemmal[Ca^(2+)]-ATPase(PMCA)was incorporated in the *** Crank–Nicholson scheme(CNS)with Grunwald approximation along spatial derivatives and L1 scheme along temporal derivatives with Gauss–Seidel(GS)iterations were *** numerical outcomes were analyzed to get insights into superdiffusion,buffer,and memory exhibiting BM of[Ca^(2+)]and NO *** conditions,events and mechanisms leading to dysfunctions in calcium and NO systems and causing different diseases like Parkinson’s were explored in neurons.

This work aims to present and explore thermal management techniques for the wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)of IN718 *** heat can be mitigated via air or water *** this study,the material was deposited under four different heat-input conditions with air or water *** air cooling,the layer is deposited in a normal atmospheric air environment,whereas with water cooling,the material is deposited inside a water tank by varying the water *** validate the air and water cooling thermal management techniques,IN718 single-pass and multilayer linear walls were deposited using the bidirectional gas metal arc welding based WAAM setup under four different heat input *** the deposition of single layers,the temperature profiles were recorded,and the geometric and microstructural features were *** multilayer wall structures,the mechanical properties(hardness,tensile strength,and elongation)were determined and assessed using the corresponding microstructural features explored through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)*** microstructure observed through SEM analysis in the building direction was found to be nonhomogenous compared with that in the deposition ***,water cooling was found to govern bead characteristics,such as wall width and *** grain size and anisotropy of the mechanical properties also decreased in the water-cooled ***,water cooling is an economical and efficient method to mitigate excessive heat accumulation in WAAM-deposited IN718.

Colorectal cancer is a leading cause of cancerrelated mortality,with nearly half of the affected patients developing liver *** three decades,liver resection(Lr)has been the primary curative strategy,yet its applicability is limited to about 20%of *** transplantation(LT)for unresectable metastases was attempted unsuccessfully in the 1990s,with high rates of perioperative death and *** is now more interest in this strategy due to improvements in systemic therapies and surgical techniques.A significant study conducted by the Oslo group showed that patients receiving liver transplants had a 60%chance of survival after five *** better results have been achieved by using advanced imaging for risk stratification and further refining selection criteria,especially in the Norvegian SECA *** review carefully charts the development and history of LT as a treatment option for colorectal cancer liver *** revolutionary path from the early days of exploratory surgery to the current situation of cautious optimism is traced,highlighting the critical clinical developments and improved patient selection standards that have made LT a potentially curative treatment for such challenging very well selected cases.

Sediment accumulation on the bed of open sewers and drains reduces hydraulic efficiency and can cause localized *** invert traps installed underneath the bed of open sewers and drains can eliminate sediment build-up by catching sediment *** three-dimensional(3D)computational studies have examined the particle trapping performance of invert traps of different shapes and depths under varied sediment and flow conditions,considering particles as *** two-dimensional and 3D numerical modeling,researchers assumed the lid geometry to be a thin line and a plane,*** this 3D numerical study,the particle trapping efficiency of a slotted irregular hexagonal invert trap fitted at the flume bottom was examined by incorporating the particle shape factor of non-spherical sewage solid particles and the thicknesses of upstream and downstream lids over the trap in the discrete phase model of the ANSYS Fluent 2020 r1 *** volume of fluid(VOF)and the realizable k-turbulence models were used to predict the velocity *** two-dimensional particle image velocimetry(PIV)was used to measure the velocity field inside the invert *** results showed that the thicknesses of upstream and downstream lids affected the velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy at all flow *** joint impact of the particle shape factor and lid thickness on the trap efficiency was *** both the lid thickness and particle shape factor were considered in the numerical modeling,trap efficiencies were underestimated,with relative errors of-8.66%to-0.65%in comparison to the experimental values of Mohsin and Kaushal(2017).They were also lower than the values predicted by Mohsin and Kaushal(2017),which showed an overall overestimation with errors of-2.3%to 17.4%.
