Sentiment analysis is the process of determining the intention or emotion behind an article.The subjective information from the context is analyzed by the sentimental analysis of the people’s opinion.The data that is analyzed quantifies the reactions or sentiments and reveals the information’s contextual polarity.In social behavior,sentiment can be thought of as a latent variable.Measuring and comprehending this behavior could help us to better understand the social issues.Because sentiments are domain specific,sentimental analysis in a specific context is critical in any real-world scenario.Textual sentiment analysis is done in sentence,document level and feature levels.This work introduces a new Information Gain based Feature Selection(IGbFS)algorithm for selecting highly correlated features eliminating irrelevant and redundant ones.Extensive textual sentiment analysis on sentence,document and feature levels are performed by exploiting the proposed Information Gain based Feature Selection algorithm.The analysis is done based on the datasets from Cornell and Kaggle repositories.When compared to existing baseline classifiers,the suggested Information Gain based classifier resulted in an increased accuracy of 96%for document,97.4%for sentence and 98.5%for feature levels respectively.Also,the proposed method is tested with IMDB,Yelp 2013 and Yelp 2014 datasets.Experimental results for these high dimensional datasets give increased accuracy of 95%,96%and 98%for the proposed Information Gain based classifier for document,sentence and feature levels respectively compared to existing baseline classifiers.

BACKGrOUND Small bowel adenocarcinomas(SBA) are rare malignancies with exceedingly low survival rates, with different presentation in Crohn’s disease(CD). CD-induced SBA poses diagnostic challenges given overlapping presentation with stricturing CD and lack of diagnostics for early detection. Moreover, guidance is lacking on the impact of recently approved therapeutics in CD on SBA management. Here, we aim to highlight the future of CD-induced SBA management and discuss the potential merit of balloon enteroscopy and genetic testing for earlier detection.CASE SUMMArY We report the case of a 60-year-old female with longstanding Crohn’s ileitis, presenting with acute obstructive symptoms attributed to stricturing phenotype. Her obstructive symptoms were refractory to intravenous(Ⅳ) steroids, with further investigation via computed tomography enterography not providing additional diagnostic yield. Ultimately, surgical resection revealed SBA in the neoterminal ileum, with oncologic therapy plan created. However, this therapy plan could not be initiated due to continued obstructive symptoms attributed to active CD. Ultimately, infused biologic therapy was initiated, but her obstructive symptoms continued to remain dependent on Ⅳ corticosteroids. review of diagnostics by a multidisciplinary care team suggested metastatic disease in the peritoneum, lending to a shift in the goals of care to comfort.CONCLUSION With the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of concurrent SBA and CD, multidisciplinary care and algorithmic management can optimize outcomes.

The disseminated herpes simplex virus 2(HSV-2)carries a high mortality rate in pregnant women if left unrec-ognized.It often presents as unrelieved fever and hepatitis.Diagnosis is challenging due to vague symptoms and potential overlap with other conditions.Pregnancy is a risk factor as it conforms to a partially immunocompro-mised state.Dissemination to the brain could be devastating,and the treatment requires intravenous antivirals like acyclovir.Fetal outcomes are variable based on previous case reports.We present a case of young female gravida 1 para 1 who presented with disseminated HSV infection mimicking HELLP(Hemolysis,Elevated Liver enzymes,and Low Platelets)syndrome.She responded well to intravenous acyclovir,and the fetus had a viable outcome at the 26th week of gestation.Early diagnosis can prevent progression to fulminant liver failure and the need for a liver transplant.

We present an optical spectroscopic study based on 41 spectra of 4 Her and 32 spectra of 88 Her, obtained over a period of 6 months. We estimate the rotational velocity of these stars from HeI lines in the blue spectral region （4000-4500 A）. We find that these stars are likely to be rotating at a fractional critical rotation of -0.80. We measure the average Ip/lc ratio to quantify the strength of the Ha line and obtain 1.63 for 4 Her and 2.06 for 88 Her. The radius of the Ha emission region is estimated to be ra/r. -5.0, assuming a Keplerian disk. These stars are thus found to be fast rotators with a relatively small Hoe emission region. We detect V/r variation of the Ha spectral line during the observed period. We re-estimate the periods for both stars and obtain a period of ,-46 d and its harmonic of 23.095 d for 4 Her, and a period of -86 d for 88 Her. As these two cases are shell stars with binaries and have low Ha EW with the emission region closer to the central star, the V/r variation and a change in period may be an effect of the binary on the circumstellar disk.

Nickel hydroxide was used as the positive electrode material in rechargeable alkaline batteries, which plays a significant role in the field of electric energy storage devices. β-nickel hydroxide（β-Ni（OH）2 ） was prepared from nickel sulphate solution using potassium hydroxide as a precipitating agent. Pure β-phase of nickel hydroxide was confirmed from XrD and FT-Ir studies. The effects of TiO2 additive on the β-Ni（OH）2 electrode performance are examined. The structure and property of the TiO2 added β-Ni（OH）2 were characterized by XrD, TG-DTA and SEM analysis. A pasted–type electrode is prepared using nickel hydroxide powder as the main active material on a nickel sheet as a current collector. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies were performed to evaluate the electrochemical performance of the β-Ni（OH）2 and TiO2 added β-Ni（OH）2 electrodes in 6 M KOH electrolyte. Anodic（Epa） and cathodic（Epc）peak potentials are found to decrease after the addition of TiO 2 into β-Ni（OH）2 electrode material. Further,addition of TiO2 is found to enhance the reversibility of the electrode reaction and also increase the separation of the oxidation current peak of the active material from the oxygen evolution current. Compared with pure β-Ni（OH）2 lectrode,TiO2 added β-Ni（OH）2 electrode is found to exhibit higher proton diffusion coefficient（D） and lower charge transfer resistance. These findings suggest that the TiO2 added β-Ni（OH）2 electrode possess improved electrochemical properties and thus can be recognized as a promising candidate for the battery electrode applications.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a disease spectrum that spans simple steatosis,fibrosis,and ultimately cirrhosis,and is a leading cause of chronic liver disease globally.The severe variant of NAFLD,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),is characterized by triglyceride accumulation within hepatocytes and the subsequent inflammatory pathway activation,ultimately progressing to cirrhosis in 10%-20%of patients.NASH is a known major risk factor for the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and there is emerging data demonstrating the impact of NASH on immune subsets and the tumor microenvironment that may influence therapeutic response.This review describes the various ways in which the immune system is altered in patients with NASH.The innate immune system in NASH shows alterations in dendritic and Kupffer cells,impaired cytotoxicity of Natural Killer cells,and an accumulation of neutrophils.Additionally,there is emerging evidence emphasizing the role of the adaptive immune system in the development and progression of NASH,seen in the alteration of B-cells,T-cells,and NKT Cells.Due to the complex interplay of the immune system in NAFLD/NASH and its progression to HCC,many current treatments focus on targeting immune cells for HCC therapy.recently,immune checkpoint inhibitors such as atezolizumab and bevacizumab have been approved as first-line therapy for unresectable HCC.Although an emerging field of research,further studies and clinical trials are needed to understand the complex interface of NASH,HCC and the immune response.

Cellulase production by Aspergillus unguis in solid state fermentation

Lignocellulosic substrates are a good carbon source and provide rich growth media for a variety of microorganisms which prodLuce industrially important enzymes. Cellulases are a group of hydrolytic enzymes such as filter paperase (FPase), carboxymethyl cellulase(CMCase) andβ-glucosidase-responsible for release of sugars in the bioconversion of the lignocellulosic biomass into a variety of value-added products. This study examined cellulase production by a newly isolated Aspergillus unguis on individual lignocellulosic substrates in solid state fermentation (SSF). The maximum peak production of enzymes varied from one substrate to another, however,based on the next best solid support and local availability of groundnut fodder supported maximum enzyme yields compared with other solid supports used in this study.Groundnut fodder supported significant production of FPase (5.9 FPU/g of substrate), CMCase (1.1 U/g of substrate) andβ-glucosidase activity (6.5 U/g of substrate) in SSF. Considerable secretion of protein (27.0 mg/g of substrate) on groundnut fodder was recorded. Constant increment of protein content in groundnut fodder due to cultivation of A. unguis is an interesting observation and it has implications for the improvement of nutritive value of groundnut fodder for cattle.

Background:To evaluate morphologic,radiographic,and stereomicroscopic changes of teeth when subjected to specific high temperatures in both direct heat and gradual heat and to compare the changes among two heat groups and also among different types of teeth.Materials and Methods:An in vitro study was conducted on 90 healthy extracted human teeth,in which the teeth were divided into two groups.Group 1(45)was subjected to direct heat and Group 2(45)was subjected to gradual heat.Group 1 and Group 2 were further subdivided into three subgroups(A)anteriors,(B)premolars,and(C)molars each consisting of 15 teeth.Teeth were subjected to temperatures of 200°C,400°C,600°C,800°C,and 1000°C in a muffle electric furnace.The color changes were noted using the revised Munsell soil color chart and the radiographic and stereomicroscopic changes were evaluated.The results obtained were subjected to statistical analysis.results:Teeth in direct heat showed more destructive changes at lower temperatures,i.e.,400°C and 600°C when compared to gradual heat where changes are observed at 600°C and 800°C.Among different types of teeth,anteriors and premolars showed more changes when compared to molars.Interpretation and Conclusion:It can be concluded that dental evidence may provide clues to solve the mystery in fire investigations as dental structures are the last to be destroyed under extreme conditions,whether temperature,acid,or putrefaction.

Primary melanocytic tumours of the uterine cervix are rare. These include blue nevi and malignant melanoma. Blue nevi are benign melanocytic lesions which occur as incidental finding. Primary cervical melanomas are rare mucosal melanomas with aggressive behaviour. In small biopsies, they can mimic poorly differentiated carcinomas. Here we present the cases of melanocytic tumours reported from our institute during the last 6 years
