This work aims to present nonlinear models that arise in ocean *** are many models of ocean waves that are present in *** shallow water,the linearization of the equations requires critical conditions on wave capacity than it make in deep water,and the strong nonlinear belongings are *** use Lie symmetry analysis to obtain different types of soliton solutions like one,two,and three-soliton solutions in a(2+1)dimensional variable-coefficient Bogoyavlensky Konopelchenko(VCBK)equation that describes the interaction of a riemann wave reproducing along the y-axis and a long wave reproducing along the x-axis in engineering and *** use the Lie symmetry analysis then the integrating factor method to obtain new solutions of the VCBK *** demonstrate the physical meaning of the solutions obtained by the presented techniques,the graphical performance has been demonstrated with some *** presented equation has fewer dimensions and is reduced to ordinary differential equations using the Lie symmetry technique.

Background: The growth and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the medical field is rapidly rising. AI is exhibiting a practical tool in the healthcare industry in patient care. The objective of this current review is to assess and analyze the use of AI and its use in orthopedic practice, as well as its applications, limitations, and pitfalls. Methods: A review of all relevant databases such as EMBASE, Cochrane Database of Systematic reviews, MEDLINE, Science Citation Index, Scopus, and Web of Science with keywords of AI, orthopedic surgery, applications, and drawbacks. All related articles on AI and orthopaedic practice were reviewed. A total of 3210 articles were included in the review. results: The data from 351 studies were analyzed where in orthopedic surgery. AI is being used for diagnostic procedures, radiological diagnosis, models of clinical care, and utilization of hospital and bed resources. AI has also taken a chunk of share in assisted robotic orthopaedic surgery. Conclusions: AI has now become part of the orthopedic practice and will further increase its stake in the healthcare industry. Nonetheless, clinicians should remain aware of AI’s serious limitations and pitfalls and consider the drawbacks and errors in its use.

Global health (GH) aims to improve healthcare for all people on the planet and eradicate all avoidable diseases and deaths. The inception of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is innovating healthcare practices and improving patient outcomes by shuffling enormous volumes of health data—from health records and clinical studies to genetic information analyzing it much faster than humans. AI also helps in the improvement of medical imaging and medical diagnosis. There is an increased optimism regarding the use of applications of AI locally but can these facets be translated globally in the advancement and delivery of healthcare with the help of AI. At present majority of AI developments and applications in health care provide to the needs of developed countries and there is little effort to develop programs which could help to improve healthcare delivery globally. We performed this narrative review to assess the difficulties and discrepancies in implementing AI in global health delivery and find ways to improve.

Heterodontonyx (Pompilidae: Pepsinae) is an understudied genus with Australasiandistribution and most species are endemic to Australia. There have recently been sometaxonomic changes involving the genera Heterodontonyx and Cryptocheilus based on molecular and morphological evidence, however, phylogenetic relationships within Heterodontonyx, species delimitation and formal revision have not been conducted. Here, we construct a Maximum Likelihood phylogeny estimate of Heterodontonyx based on ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2 region of 30 samples representing seven Heterodontonyx morphospecies. bPTP species delimitation approach was employed and ultimately the taxonomic revision of the genus was carried out. Phylogenetic analyses strongly support the monophyly of Heterodontonyx and the species delimitation method recognizes eight species among which one new species is identified.

rationale:Synthetic cannabinoids are increasingly used as recreational drugs and have been associated with adverse cardiovascular ***,reports of synthetic cannabinoids accompanied by constrictive pericarditis are ***’s concern:A 28-year-old male with a history of synthetic cannabinoid(Bonzai)abuse presented with chest discomfort,dyspnea,and lower extremity *** revealed reduced left ventricular ejection fraction,elevated inflammatory markers,low electrocardiogram voltages,and atrial ***:Chest spiral computerized tomography scan and chest X-ray demonstrated pericardial *** magnetic resonance imaging and right heart catheterization were done to confirm the possibility of constrictive *** on the patient’s addiction history and exclusion of rheumatologic and infectious causes,it was supposed that constrictive pericarditis and cardiomyopathy may be accompanied by synthetic cannabinoid ***:The patient received standard medical therapy,including loop diuretics for cardiomyopathy and constrictive *** ablation was recommended for his rhythm control,and he was planned for close monitoring of clinical and echocardiographic response and evaluation of the need for surgical pericardiectomy in the ***:After 6 months follow-up,echocardiographic exam revealed no significant improvement in ventricular ***,due to the high surgical risk,the patient’s poor compliance,and the continuation of drug abuse,he was not a good candidate for surgery according to our heart team’s ***:Synthetic cannabinoids can trigger constrictive pericarditis,and clinicians should consider them when evaluating patients with compatible symptoms and exposure *** research on the cardiovascular effects of synthetic cannabinoids is needed and public education on potential harms is warranted.

多类混凝土损伤比强度理论及塑性-损伤模型研究进展与应用

为完善混凝土强度理论和塑性-损伤模型，通过参考岩石损伤比强度理论，根据现有普通混凝土、再生混凝土、轻骨料混凝土和纤维混凝土等多类混凝土多轴强度试验数据，推荐损伤比变量中的五经验系数取值，完善多类混凝土损伤比强度理论并揭示约束混凝土工作原理。分析表明，随着静水压力的增加，混凝土压损伤比将由单轴受压时为1左右线性递减至小于0.5，八面体剪应力先增大后减小，轴向峰值应力提升为某一定值，压损伤比取值减小引发非弹性体积膨胀减小至不变，因而导致混凝土由单轴受压脆性破坏向多轴受压塑性破坏转变，该理论为钢管混凝土柱中发挥混凝土耗能潜力提供理论依据。依据混凝土损伤比强度理论，确定多类混凝土塑性-损伤模型中的三轴强度参数，包括膨胀角、拉压子午线强度比值和二轴等压与单轴抗压强度比值，并建议常温静力荷载下多类混凝土的单轴受压、受拉应力-应变曲线方程及其参数表达式，常温地震荷载下普通混凝土的单轴受压、受拉应力-应变曲线方程及其参数表达式，以及火灾升温环境下普通混凝土的单轴受压、受拉应力-应变曲线方程及其参数表达式，建立约束混凝土三轴塑性-损伤模型。介绍多类混凝土塑性-损伤模型在钢-混凝土组合结构有限元模型中的应用，模型中混凝土采用实体单元而钢管与钢梁采用壳单元，可模拟钢管与混凝土之间的界面滑移与约束作用，当采取增强约束拉筋强柱构造方法时可提升钢管混凝土柱及其结构的承载力、抗震与抗火性能。

A substantial amount of nanosized hydroxyapatite（HAp） was tried to incorporate into the electrospun polyhydroxybutyrate（PHB）, and electrospinning parameters were optimized to fabricate defect-free PHB/HAp fibers with the smallest possible diameter. According to the results, while the needle inner diameter could not be an effective factor for controlling the fiber morphology, the fiber diameter was observed to increase with increasing the applied voltage and solution concentration. More importantly, it was found that nanoparticles could be successfully encapsulated and distributed inside the ultrafine fibers fabricated under relatively optimum conditions. In vitro cell assays demonstrated that while preosteoblasts had high cell viability and cell spreading on the fibrous nanohybrids, cell metabolic activity can also increase with increasing incubation time. Accordingly, encapsulation of HAp nanoparticles within the PHB in the fibrous form may be promising for bone regeneration applications.
