The carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) storage capabilities of Pinus densiflora in six different stand ages(10,27,30,32,44,and 71 years old) were investigated in *** sample trees were destructively harvested and 12 were *** from the above and belowground tree components,coarse woody debris(CWD),forest floor,and mineral soil(0-30 cm) were *** biomass was highest in the 71-year-old stand(202.8 t ha-1) and lowest in the 10-year-old stand(18.4 t ha-1).C and N storage in the mineral soil was higher in the 71-year-old stand than in the other stands,mainly due to higher soil C and N ***,the total ecosystem C and N storage(tree+forest floor+CWD+soil) was positively correlated with stand age:increasing from a minimum in the 10 year old stand(18.8 t C ha-1 and 1.3 t N ha-1) to a maximum in the 71-year-old stand(201.4 t C ha-1 and 8.5 t N ha-1).The total ecosystem C storage showed a similar sigmoidal pattern to that of tree C storage as a function of the age-sequence,while N storage in the CWD,forest floor and mineral soil showed no significant temporal *** results provide important insights that will increase our understanding of C and N storage in *** stands and our ability to predict changes according to stand age in the region.

The lead-free srZrO3-modified Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT-sZ100 x, with x=0-0.15) ceramics were fabricated by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of sZ addition on BNT ceramics were investigated through X-ray diffraction(XrD), scanning electron microscopy(sEM), ferroelectric and electric field-induced strain characterizations. XrD analysis revealed a pure perovskite phase without any traces of secondary phases. Ferroelectric and bipolar field induced-strain curves indicated a disruption of ferroelectric order upon sZ addition into BNT ceramics. A maximum value of remnant polarization(32 μC/cm2) and piezoelectric constant(102 pC/N) was observed at 5%(mole fraction) of sZ. Maximum value of the electric field-induced strain(smax=0.24%) corresponding to normalized strain(smax/Emax= d*33= 340 pm/V) was obtained at BNT-sZ9.

研究了一种L形钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁Z字形拼接节点的抗震性能,包括翼缘和腹板均拼接的节点和设置上、下部翼缘加劲肋替代腹板处拼接板的节点。通过对节点的拟静力试验和研究,获得了节点的滞回曲线、滑移荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载、耗能能力、延性与刚度退化规律,分析腹板处拼接板和翼缘加劲肋对节点抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:腹板处拼接板可以提高节点的屈服荷载和极限荷载。增加翼缘高强螺栓数量可以提高节点的滑移荷载,但会降低节点的延性性能。垂直加劲肋可以提高节点的屈服荷载、极限荷载和延性。对比有无上、下翼缘加劲肋的两组节点可知,上、下翼缘加劲肋可以提高节点的承载能力,有效传递拼接区的剪力,可代替腹板连接,该节点具有良好的延性和塑性转动能力。

以富含石英的煤矸石为主要原料,经NaOH 碱熔活化、水热反应合成出13X型分子筛G活性炭复合材料.首先将与NaOH 混合后的煤矸石在Ar气氛中高温活化,然后将活化后产物加入到一定浓度的NaOH 溶液中,分别研究了钠硅比、水钠比、陈化时间与晶化时间对产物的影响.最后,通过XrD、sEM考察了复合材料的物相及形貌,并研究其对sO2 的吸附性能.结果表明,产物为纯净的13X型分子筛G活性炭复合材料,晶形完好、平均粒径为1-2μm;其对sO2 吸附量为50.3mg/g.

Tumor-associated antigen 90K is implicated in cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix adhesion through its interaction with galectin-3 and integrin-β 1 and is highly expressed in malignant tissues, making it a novel target for the development of new immunotherapies. We investigated a potential immunotherapy treatment for colon cancer using 90K-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes induced by autologous dendritic cells and pulsed with 90K peptides. We selected three peptides （90K3s1, 90K5 and 90K523） that bind to HLA-A＊0201 molecules on the basis of their binding affinity, as determined by a peptide-T2 binding assay. Dendritic cells pulsed with 90K peptides resulted in the efficient generation of mature dendritic cells and exhibited enhanced T-cell stimulation and polarization of naive T cells toward Thl. Dendritic cells pulsed with 90K peptides generated potent cytotoxic T-lymphocytes that lysed T2 cells loaded with each 90K peptide, and 90K＋/HLA-A2＋ colon cancer cell lines, including HCT116 and sW480, in a dose-dependent and HLA-A＊O2Ol-restricted manner. No killing was observed in 90K＋/HLA-A2- DLD1 or 90K-/HLA-A2- K562 cells. Therefore, we believe that cytotoxic T-lymphocytes stimulated by 90K peptide-pulsed dendritic cells naturally recognize the 90K peptide presented by colon cancer cells in the context of HLA-A2, and kill 90K-positive tumor cells. Dendritic cells pulsed with 90K peptides led to the induction of granzyme B and perforin positive CD8＋ T cells against HCT116 and sW480 cells, but not DLD1 cells. In conclusion, 90K-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes, generated by stimulating T cells with 90K peptide-pulsed dendritic cells, could be useful effector cells for the immunotherapv treatment of colon cancer.

Mechanical properties of CNT reinforced hybrid functionally graded materials for bioimplants

The hybrid functionally graded materials(FGM) of hydroxyapatite(HA), stainless steel 316L(ss316L) and carbon nanotubes(CNT) were synthesized for biomedical implants. Three different types of FGM were produced by the combination of ss316 L and CNT to reinforce HA in discrete layers of FGM. In the first type of FGM, concentration of ss316 L was varied from 10% to 40%(mass fraction) with an increment of 10% to reinforce micro HA. In the second type of FGM, 0.5%(mass fraction) functionalized CNT was added by maintaining the rest of composition as that of the first type of FGM. In the third type of FGM, mixture of micro and nano HA(mass ratio1:1) was used, keeping rest of composition similar to the second type of FGM. All types of FGM were subjected to uniaxial compaction and sintered by pressureless sintering technique at similar compaction and sintering parameters. The results show that the densification is enhanced with the addition of CNT and nanocrystalline HA in the FGM. Hardness and fracture toughness increase in both FGM reinforced with CNT, but the increase of the hardness and fracture toughness are more pronounced in FGM with micro and nanocrystalline HA.

跨国并购是技术寻求型对外直接投资的主要方式,与发达国家跨国公司的强势并购不同,我国技术寻求型跨国并购整体上属于弱势并购,子强母弱,母子公司之间逆向技术转移面临着子公司转移动机意愿不强、母公司吸收管控能力较弱的制约。在这种条件下,我们必须变强势并购的整合思维为融合思维,养成学习的心态,坚持以人为本,实行本土化管理,谋取技术与市场的协同效应,从而促进和实现母子公司之间的逆向技术转移。本文综述这方面的相关论点,并进行评论。
