The major environmental hazard in this pandemic is the unhygienic dis-posal of medical *** wastage is not properly managed it will become a hazard to the environment and *** medical wastage is a major issue in the city,municipalities in the aspects of the environment,and *** efﬁcient supply chain with edge computing technology is used in managing medical *** supply chain operations include processing of waste collec-tion,transportation,and disposal of *** research works have been applied to improve the management of *** main issues in the existing techniques are ineffective and expensive and centralized edge computing which leads to failure in providing security,trustworthiness,and *** over-come these issues,in this paper we implement an efﬁcient Naive Bayes classiﬁer algorithm and Q-Learning algorithm in decentralized edge computing technology with a binary bat optimization algorithm(NBQ-BBOA).This proposed work is used to track,detect,and manage medical *** minimize the transferring cost of medical wastage from various nodes,the Q-Learning algorithm is *** accuracy obtained for the Naïve Bayes algorithm is 88%,the Q-Learning algo-rithm is 82%and NBQ-BBOA is 98%.The error rate of root Mean Square Error(rMSE)and Mean Error(MAE)for the proposed work NBQ-BBOA are 0.012 and 0.045.

recently,Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)has gained considerable attention to provide improved healthcare services to *** earlier diag-nosis of brain tumor(BT)using medical imaging becomes an essential task,auto-mated IoMT and cloud enabled BT diagnosis model can be devised using recent deep learning *** this motivation,this paper introduces a novel IoMT and cloud enabled BT diagnosis model,named *** IoMTC-HDBT model comprises the data acquisition process by the use of IoMT devices which captures the magnetic resonance imaging(MrI)brain images and transmit them to the cloud ***,adaptive windowﬁltering(AWF)based image preprocessing is used to remove *** addition,the cloud server executes the disease diagnosis model which includes the sparrow search algorithm(SSA)with GoogleNet(SSA-GN)*** IoMTC-HDBT model applies functional link neural network(FLNN),which has the ability to detect and classify the MrI brain images as normal or ***ﬁnds useful to generate the reports instantly for patients located in remote *** validation of the IoMTC-HDBT model takes place against BrATS2015 Challenge dataset and the experimental analysis is car-ried out interms of sensitivity,accuracy,and speciﬁ*** experimentation out-come pointed out the betterment of the proposed model with the accuracy of 0.984.

Cloud computing is a collection of distributed storage Network which can provide various services and store the data in the efficient *** advantages of cloud computing is its remote access where data can accessed in real time using remote Method Innovation(rMI).The problem of data security in cloud environment is a major concern since the data can be accessed by any time by any *** to the lack of providing the efficient security the cloud computing they fail to achieve higher performance in providing the efficient *** improve the performance in data security,the block chains are used for securing the data in the cloud ***,the traditional block chain technique are not suitable to provide efficient security to the cloud data stored in the *** this paper,an efficient user centric block level Attribute Based Encryption(UCBL-ABE)scheme is presented to provide the efficient security of cloud data in cloud *** proposed approach performs data transaction by employing the block *** proposed system provides efficient privacy with access control to the user access according to the behavior of cloud user using Data Level Access Trust(DLAT).Based on DLAT,the user access has been restricted in the cloud *** proposed protocol is implemented in real time using Java programming language and uses IBM *** implementation results justifies that the proposed system can able to provide efficient security to the data present in and cloud and also enhances the cloud performance.

Sliding wear characteristics of solid lubricant coating on titanium alloy surface modified by laser texturing and ternary hard coatings

Titanium alloys are poor in wear resistance and it is not suitable under sliding conditions even with lubrication because ofits severe adhesive wear *** surface modifications through texturing and surface coating were used to enhance the surfaceproperties of the titanium alloy *** and wear resistant coatings such as TiAlN and AlCrN were applied over texturedtitanium alloy surfaces with chromium as *** improve the friction and wear resisting performance of hard coatings further,solid lubricant,molybdenum disulphide(MoS2),was deposited on dimples made over hard *** sliding weartests were performed with pin on disc contact geometry,to evaluate the tribological performance of coated *** tests wereperformed under three different normal loads for a period of40min at sliding velocity of2m/*** tribological behaviours ofmulti-layer coatings such as coating structure,friction coefficient and specific wear rate were investigated and *** lowerfriction coefficient of approximately0.1was found at the early sliding stage,which reduces the material transfer and increases thewear ***,the friction coefficient increased to high values after MoS2coating was partially removed,substrate was stillprotected against wear by underlying hard composite layer.

Conferring to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons(AANS)survey,85%to 99%of people are affected by spinal cord *** symptoms are varied depending on the tumor’s location and ***-to-the-min-ute,back pain is one of the essential symptoms,but it does not have a speciﬁc symptom to recognize at the earlier *** signiﬁcant research studies have been conducted to improve spine tumor recognition ***,the traditional systems are consuming high time to extract the speciﬁc region and *** identiﬁcation of the tumor region affects the predictive tumor rate and causes the maximum error-classiﬁcation ***,in this work,Super-pixel analytics Numerical Characteristics Disintegration Model(SNCDM)is used to segment the tumor affected *** the super-pix-els of the affected region by this method reduces the variance between the iden-tiﬁed ***,the super-pixels are selected according to the optimized convolution network that effectively extracts the vertebral super-pixels *** super-pixels improve the network learning and training process,which minimizes the maximum error classiﬁcation problem also the efﬁciency of the system was evaluated using experimental results and analysis.

The 18 kDa translocator protein(TSPO)located on the outer mitochondrial membrane regulates several key cellular processes including mitochondrial homeostasis,cholesterol transport,apoptosis,cell proliferation,and maintenance of mitochondrial health(rupprecht et al.,2022,2023).TSPO is expressed in both peripheral organs and the central nervous system,with a more pronounced expression in tissues that produce *** main reason why TSPO has garnered so much attention is because it plays a key role in neurosteroidogenesis by transferring cholesterol from the outer to the inner mitochondrial membrane,which is the rate-limiting step in neurosteroid synthesis.A cholesterol-recognizing amino acid consensus domain has been identified in the cytosolic C terminus of the TSPO protein by both in vitro and site-directed mutagenesis experiments(Li et al.,2001).However,the role of TSPO in the process of neurosteroid synthesis has been challenged by several studies,particularly TSPO knockout models,which suggest that TSPO removal does not affect the phenotype or the system’s viability(Tu et al.,2014).However,ligands targeting TSPO have been shown to enhance levels of neurosteroids which suggests that neurosteroidogenesis is one of the major functional roles mediated by the TSPO protein.

Application of HPLC and ESI-MS techniques in the analysis of phenolic acids and flavonoids from green leafy vegetables (GLVs)

Diets containing high proportions of fruits and vegetables reduce the risk of onset of chronic diseases. The role of herbal medicines in improving human health is gaining popularity over the years, which also increases the need for safety and efficiency of these products. Green leafy vegetables （GLVs） are the richest source of phenolic compounds with excellent antioxidant properties. Increased consumption of diets containing phenolic compounds may give positive and better results to human health and significantly improves the immune system. Highly selective, susceptible and versatile analytical techniques are necessary for extraction, identifica- tion, and quantification of phenolic compounds from plant extracts, which helps to utilize their important biological properties. recent advances in the pre-treatment procedures, separation techniques and spectro- metry methods are used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds. The online coupling of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry （LC-MS） has become a useful tool in the metabolic profiling of plant samples. In this review, the separation and identification of phenolic acids and flavonoids from GLVs by LC-MS have been discussed along with the general extraction procedures and other sources of mass spectrometer used. The review is devoted to the understanding of the structural configuration, nature and accumulation pattern of phenolic acids and flavonoids in plants and to highlighting the recent developments in the chemical investigation of these compounds by chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. It concludes with the advantages of the combination of these two methods and prospects.

We deal with the solutions to the radial Schr(o)dinger equation for the Coulomb perturbed potential in Ndimensional Hilbert space by using two methods,*** power series technique via a suitable ansatz to the wavefunction and the Virial *** expressions for eigenvalues and normalized eigenfunctions are derived.A recursion relation among series expansion coefficients,a condition for convergence of series and interdimensional degeneracies are also *** special cases,the problem is solved in 3 and 4 dimensions with some specific parameter *** obtained analytical and numerical results are in good agreement with the results of other studies.

An approach to operational risk modeling and estimation of safety levels for deep water work class remotely operated vehicle-A case study with reference to rOSUB 6000

This paper presents a quantitative approach to operational risk modeling and estimation of safety integrity levels,required for the deep water electric work class remotely operated vehicle with reference to rOSUB6000 developed by the National Institute of Ocean Technology,***6000 is used for carrying out bathymetric surveys,gas hydrate surveys,poly-metallic nodule exploration,salvage operations,and meeting emergency response *** system is expected to be in operation for a period of 300 h per year,and has to be extremely safe and *** and models for the quantitative assessment of operational safety and estimation of safety integrity levels for rOV are seldom available in the deep water intervention *** safety instrumented functions implemented in the rOV should be able to meet the SIL requirements of specific *** study indicates that the required safety factors are implemented into the design of the state-of-the-art rOV rOSUB 6000,considering IEC 61508/61511 recommendations on Health,Safety and Environment and it is found that the system is able to meet the required SIL for seven identified *** paper gives the design and safety engineers in the rOV industry,an overview of the numerical operational risk assessment methods and safety-centered rOV engineering.
