A Holistic,Proactive and Novel Approach for Pre,During and Post Migration Validation from Subversion to Git

Software development is getting a transition from centralized version control systems(CVCSs)like Subversion to decentralized version control systems(DVCDs)like Git due to lesser efficiency of former in terms of branching,fusion,time,space,merging,offline commits&builds and repository,*** is having a share of 77%of total VCS,followed by Subversion with a share of 13.5%.The majority of software industries are getting a migration from Subversion to *** a few migration tools are available in the software ***,these too lack in many features like lack of identifying the empty directories as premigration check,failover capabilities during migration due to network failure or disk space issue,and detailed report generation as post-migration *** this work,a holistic,proactive and novel approach has been presented for pre/during/post-migration validation from Subversion to *** scripts have been developed and executed run-time over various projects for overcoming the limitations of existing migration software tools for a Subversion to Git *** premigration,none of the available migration tools has the capability to fetch empty directories of Subversion,which results in an incomplete migration from Subversion to *** Scripts have been developed and executed for pre-migration validation and migration preparation,which overcomes the problem of incomplete *** was conducted in SrLC Software research Lab,Chicago,*** the migration process,in case of loss of network connection or due to any other reason,if migration stops or breaks,available migration tools do not have capabilities to start over from the same point where it *** Scripts have been developed and executed to keep the migration revision history in the cache(elastic cache)to start from the same point where it was left due to connection *** post-migration,none of the available version control migration tools generate a detailed repo

Breeding bird density does not drive vocal individuality

Many species produce individually specific vocalizations and sociality is a hypothesized driver of such individuality. Previous studies of how social variation influenced individuality focused on colonial or non-colonial avian species, and how so- cial group size influenced individuality in sciurid rodents. Since sociality is an important driver of individuality, we expected that bird species that defend nesting territories in higher density neighborhoods should have more individually-distinctive calls than those that defend nesting territories in lower-density neighborhoods. We used Beecher＇s information statistic to quantify individu- ality, and we examined the relationship between bird density （calculated with point-counts） and vocal individuality on seven spe- cies of passerines. We found non-significant relationships between breeding bird density and vocal individuality whether regres- sions were fitted on species values, or on phylogenetically-independent contrast values. From these results, we infer that while in- dividuality may be explained by social factors, breeding bird density is unlikely to be generally important in driving the evolution of individually-specific vocalizations [Current Zoology 58 （5）： 765-772, 2012].

Combining chemotherapy and targeted therapies in metastatic colorectal cancer

Colorectal cancer remains one of the major causes of cancer death worldwide. During the past years, the development of new effective treatment options has led to a considerable improvement in the outcome of this disease. The advent of agents such as capecitabine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, cetuximab and bevacizumab has translated into median survival times in the range of 2 years. Intense efforts have focused on identifying novel agents targeting specific growth factor receptors, critical signal transduction pathways or mediators of angiogenesis. In addition, several clinical trials have suggested that some of these molecularly targeted drugs can be safely and effectively used in combination with conventional chemotherapy. In this article we review various treatment options combining cytotoxic and targeted therapies currently available for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.

Test and prediction of chloride diffusion in recycled aggregate concrete

recycled aggregate concrete （rAC） specimens with different recycled zoarse aggregate replacement ratios by mass （r） are fully immersed in a 10% chloride solution for 235 days. Both free chloride concentration （CI） and total chloride concentration （Ct） are then measured employing a rapid chloride test （rCT） system. The Fick＇s second diffusion law is verified by the test data and used to predict chloride concentration distribution at different immersion periods. Addilionally, pore structures of the new and old mortar in rAC are tested by mercury intrusion porosimetrV （MIP）. It is found that bind- ing chloride concentration （Cb） linearly increases with Cf. In natural aggregate concrete （NAC）, Cf is obviously smaller than that in the rAC in the same testing environment and this is different from the test results of Ct and Cb. Furthermore, the effects of r on the chloride concentration of rAC become severe for specimens subjected to long immersion periods, which can be explained in terms of the pore structures of the new mortar and old adhesive mortar in rAC.

This paper describes the usefulness of renewable energy throughout the world to generate power. renewable energy adds a remarkable scope in power system. renewable energy sources act as the prime mover of a microgrid. The Microgrid is a small network of power system with distributed generation (DG) units connected in parallel. The integration challenges of renewable energy sources and the control of microgrid are described in this paper. The varied nature of DG system produces voltage and frequency deviation. The unknown nature of the load produces un-modeled dynamics. This un-modeled dynamic introduces measurable effects on the performance of the microgrid. This paper investigates the performance of the microgrid against different scenarios. The voltage of the microgrid is controlled by using different controllers and their results are also investigated. The performance of controllers is investigated using MATLAB/Simulink SimPowerSystems.

reservoir engineering is the term used in quantum control and information technologies to describe manipulating the environment within which an open quantum system operates. reservoir engineering is essential in applications where storing quantum information is required. From the control theory perspective, a quantum system is capable of storing quantum information if it possesses a so-called decoherence free subsystem （DFS）. This paper explores pole placement techniques to facilitate synthesis of decoherence free subsystems via coherent quantum feedback control. We discuss limitations of the conventional ＇open loop＇ approach and propose a constructive feedback design methodology for decoherence free subsystem engineering. It captures a quite general dynamic coherent feedback structure which allows systems with decoherence free modes to be synthesized from components which do not have such modes.

This study investigates the relationship between the summer monsoon rainfall over Korea and India, by using correlation analysis and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD).results reveal that summer monsoon rainfall over Korea is negatively (significant at the 99% level) cor-related with the rainfall over the northwest and central parts of India. In addition, coupled spatial modes be-tween the rainfall over Korea and India have been identified by the SVD analysis. The squared covariance fraction explained by the first mode is 70% and the correlation coefficient between the time coefficients of the two fields is significant at the 99% level, indicating that the coupled mode reflects a large part of the interaction between the summer monsoon rainfall over Korea and India. The first mode clearly demon-strates the existence of a significant negative correlation between the rainfall over the northwest and central parts of India and the rainfall over *** mechanisms of this correlation are investigated by analyzing the variation of upper-level at-mospheric circulation associated with the Tibetan high using NCEP/NCAr reanalysis data.

Unsteady transverse injection of kerosene into a supersonic flow

A shadowgraph and a new fuel injection system were used to study kerosene transversely injected into a supersonic flow. High pressure and velocity of injection can be attained. The pressure time histories were detected in oil-line and the shadowgraphs of the flow field were obtained at different time-delays. The inflow stagnation pressure was varied to change the local flow speed in test section. The results indicate that kerosene jet exhibits deep penetration and four regimes appear clearly during the fuel jet atomization in a high-speed flow. The jet disintegration is caused by surface waves propagating along the jet surface, and the breakup point is located at the wave trough. The surface waves are dominantly generated by aerodynamic force. The jet shock is close to windward surface of the jet. The shock reflects on and transmits in duct boundary layers. In the case of unsteady injection, the shock structure is very complicated and different from that of hydrogen injection. The results of kerosene injected into a quiescent gas and a subsonic flow are also provided for comparison.

roles of Atomic Injection rate and External Magnetic Field on Optical Properties of Elliptical Polarized Probe Light

In this paper we investigate the optical properties of an open four-level tripod atomic system driven by an elliptically polarized probe field in the presence of the external magnetic field and compare its properties with the corresponding closed *** result reveals that absorption,dispersion and group velocity of probe field can be manipulated by adjusting the phase difference between the two circularly polarized components of a single coherent field,magnetic field and cavity parameters *** atomic exit rate from cavity and atomic injection *** show that the system can exhibit multiple electromagnetically induced transparency windows in the presence of the external magnetic *** numerical result shows that the probe field in the open system can be amplified by appropriate choice of cavity parameters,while in the closed system with introduce appropriate phase difference between fields the probe field can be *** it is shown that the group velocity of light pulse can be controlled by external magnetic field,relative phase of applied fields and cavity *** changing the parameters the group velocity of light pulse changes from subluminal to superluminal light propagation and vice versa.

Surface radioactive anomalies at Srisailam sub basin,Cuddapah basin,India

Surface radioactive survey has been carried with portable gamma ray spectrometer(PGrS) about the 45 km2 around the Srisailam sub basin,the surface radioactive anomalies were found at Chennakesavula gutta in the Srisailam sub basin of Cuddapah basin in the age of meso-neo proterozoic,*** integrated geochemical and radiometric surveys were conducted as part of research work in the Srisailam basin,it has resulted the locating of surface radioactive anomalies near the Chennakesavula *** uranium minerals are observed along with the fracture planes in the Archean basement granite in the proximity of unconformity contact of Srisailam *** granite underlies the Srisailam formation and forms the source for possible unconformity related uranium mineralisation in the Srisailam sub-basin evidence by the significant radioactive *** radioactivity recorded by PGrS reflected uraniferous nature of the radioactivity(Average total counts =195 ppm;U = 202 ppm;Th =22ppm;%K = 4.1,n = 15).
