This paper proposes a temporal-fractional porous medium model(T-FPMM)for describing the co-current and counter-current imbibition,which arises in a water-wet fractured porous *** correlation be-tween the co-current and counter-current imbibition for the fractures and porous matrix are examined to determine the saturation and recovery rate of the *** different fractional orders in both porous matrix and fractured porous media,the homotopy analysis technique and its stability analysis are used to explore the parametric behavior of the saturation and recovery ***,the effects of wettability and inclination on the recovery rate and saturation are studied for distinct fractional values.

Plasma disruption is often an unavoidable aspect of tokamak operations. It may cause severe damage to in-vessel components such as the vacuum vessel conductors, the first wall and the divertor target plates. Two types of disruption, the hot-plasma vertical displacement event and the major disruption with a cold-plasma vertical displacement event, are simulated by the DINA code for HL-2M. The time evolutions of the plasma current, the halo current, the magnetic axis, the minor radius, the elongation as well as the electromagnetic force and eddy currents on the vacuum vessel during the thermal quench and the current quench are investigated. By comparing the electromagnetic forces before and after the disruption, we find that the disruption causes great damage to the vacuum vessel conductors. In addition, the hot-plasma vertical displacement event is more dangerous than the major disruption with the cold-plasma vertical displacement event.

There is currently a dearth of research investigating the progression and rate of decomposition for juvenile *** is thought that juveniles and infants decompose at an increased rate relative to adults due simply to body mass and that skeletal preservation is commonly dependent on intrinsic levels of bone mineral density(BMD).This study investigates the environmental variables important in driving juvenile decomposition as well as examining if currently accepted methodology for quantifying adult decomposition can be applied to juvenile ***,histological analysis is undertaken to test the Histological Index(HI)as a semi-quantitative indicator of ***-five Sus scrofa ranging between 1.8 and 22.7 kg were deposited to simulate body mass of human infant and juvenile *** were deposited every season over two years in the southeastern US with five depositional types:bagged,blanket wrapped,and surface control foetal remains,surface,and buried juvenile *** were scored quantitatively throughout soft tissue *** study completion and skeletonization,a femur was selected from each set of remains for histological *** sections were assessed under standard brightfield light and scored using Oxford Histological Index(OHI).results indicate that seasonal variation is an important factor to consider even when using a standardized time variable such as accumulated degree days(ADD),particularly variation in soil *** moisture was a consistent significant variable in the mixed effects *** pattern of decomposition using total body score(TBS)was similar to that observed by others prior to log transformation with a rapid incline early in decomposition with levelling *** correlation between time in days,ADD,and TBS was not as strong as those previously reported(r^(2)=0.317 and 0.499,respectively)suggesting that TBS as it is currently formulated cannot be directly applied to juvenile remai
